Jose absolutely fantastic had a. Small prob sorted with in 20 minutes top bloke top apartment will be using one of his apartments again very soon apartment feels like home thank you jose

Location was fine.
No cleaning, no change of bedding for 10 days.
Microwave didn't work, 3 broken wall sockets, the beds were really uncomfortable could feel the springs. No sunshades round the pool. Poolside was not very clean.

1st Floor but literally 10 steps up from ground level so accessible. Location is great, overlooks the town park, with a cut through straight to the beach. (watch from the park side balcony to see how to get through). Just down from a shopping centre and stops for the town train and buses to Faro, Vilamoura, Loule etc. There is also a taxi rank there, few quid to the coach station for buses to Silves, Portimao and anywhere you might want to go for a day trip really. Short walk to the beach, the old town and the Strip (if that's your thing). Huge apartment and good facilities, even has a washing machine, Loads of room for us two and it would easily accommodate 6 people. It was very clean. Two balconies was a bonus and the park side one gets the sun most of the day. Fantastic value for money was about 20 quid a night when we stayed. We will stay again and really recommend this place.
When we were there some days and nights were cold, no heating at all in the apartment meaning sitting in the lounge in the evenings needed us to wrap up and we came prepared for March with thick jumpers and socks so weren't the shorts and sandals regardless people but there were plenty of blankets so we weren't too cold at night in bed. They do need new pillows though, hard or lumpy were the options and we both had neck and back pain for most of our stay from them, beds themselves were comfortable though. There are two air conditioner units that possibly heat too but both had signs saying they were out of order so they weren't any use. Booked this partly because we like the quiet and the "silence between 10pm and 10 am " requirement appealed to us. Unfortunately it's mainly residents living there we think and it seems that doesn't apply to them, lots of loud talking, singing and noise from nearby up until about midnight most nights. But you don't hear other residents in the bedroom, though you do hear the rubbish lorry collecting for a few mins around 12.30 most nights. The main issue though was the apartment above appears to be being renovated, some mornings the kango drilling and banging directly overhead started at 8,.40am but some mornings it was nearer 9.40 and some days they weren't there at all. Luckily though we are early risers so were usually up by then and made a quick escape from the noise which had always finished by mid afternoon/early evening when we returned. We do realise this is out of the apartment we stayed in owner's control so nothing they could do and hopefully it will be finished soon though.

Location, staff , everything was perfect and I really recommend for families with children.

The apartment was very big and well equipped had everything, washer fridge freezer full cooker microwave, it was a fifteen minute walk to the square or €4 in a taxi and there was a swimming pool which was very quiet while we were there
