Limpio, confortable, trato amable, excelente calidad precio, ubicación,
El tener que dejar la llave cada vez que salías y tocar al timbre para entrar pues cuando estabas durmiendo también lo oías de los huéspedes que regresaban

I Iiked how nice it smelled as soon as we entered. But the staff was really nice and the rooms were comfortable.

The main advantage is location and cleaness. I would like to point out that location is more then great. The room was clean and the staff was super friendly. Nearby the accomodation you have everything you need. Shop, caffe, reastoraunt, bus and taxi, pharmacie. For that money you cant expect more than this.
The only bad thing were pillows.

The location of the guesthouse is just great! Very central.
I didn’t get the room I booked and saw on the picture. I paid extra 5 euros and got the deluxe room to have a window in the bedroom but didn’t get the room I paid for. They said the photos weren’t updated in booking.
There was an AC in the room but the remote wasn’t there you have to pay 8 euros to get the remote which is funny and unacceptable at the same time!

The room was very clean and cozy. I LOVED the big shower. The accomodation is in the center of Porto and everything is near, including the metro. Mrs receptionist was very nice and lovely. The reception is open 24/7. I highly recommend this accomodation to solo travelers! Fresh towels everyday!

The room was clean and there was daily cleaning. Also, the location of the place is quite central.
Not only is there no kitchen but not even a fridge that could be accessed by guests. Similarly there is no table anywhere, which, I would think, is a basic ‘equipment’.
The room itself is quite small and the storage in the room is very insufficient. A hanger would be very useful.
Also, we had an en-suit room for 3 people but the room itself had no window, only the bathroom had a window.
Altogether, it is not very convenient to spend longer time in the room so I would only recommend it if you are going to spend most of the days outside and you are really just looking for a bed and a shower.

Very good location. Friendly staff albeit lack of english speakers.
Wifi non-existent on top floor. Room and bathroom were slightly musty. Noise from main road and lobby areas. No complementary coffee/water/etc in room. Overpriced particularly if travelling solo.

We were a group of 5 friends arriving with different planes. Our plane got delayed and we arrived at the apartment at 1 am. We were welcomed by nothing but rudeness. The manager is also the owner of the ice cream shop next to the entrance of the accommodation, as soon as he saw us he insisted that he wanted to be paid by cash because the POS was not working. We were unaware of this and we had to withdraw the whole amount of money late at night. Despite the receptionist telling us we could check in the next day he said he is the manager and he will not let us in the apartment. As soon as we arrived with the cash he showed a lot more understanding (no receipt was provided after the cash payment). During our discussion he was very rude and patronizing to me (he did not dare to have such behavior with the boys), telling me I was rude and that he did not like my attitude. I was trying to let him know how late it was in the night and how difficult and dangerous it could be for us to withdraw so much money. He showed no understanding and became aggressive and almost refusing to give us the accommodation.
Overall the apartment is clean but is without any appliance and with very old furniture, the plugs are loose and the furniture of the beds have some rusty nails that could become dangerous. The worst treatment ever received.

perfect location, perfect rooms, although one of the rooms was a little small, although this wasn't a problem.
nothing - it really was perfect

Good quiet location to visit Porto. Possibility to park car nearby for 10euros/day. No curfew.
Air con disabled. Did not offer a fan when it turned out they had one. Possibility to buy coffees and water advertised at reception but when it came to it, the coffee machine was not working.

The guesthouse is in Praca da Batalha, part of the big city downtown. Our stay was very nice, the team was welcoming, every day cleaning, pleasant conversations with the staff. At 2 houses away there are 2 pastelerias where you can take the breakfast and also lunch and dinner at very good prices. It is the perfect location to stay in at really affordable prices. If you look for luxury, it better to try a luxury hotel.
When I arrived they had an announce that if you want to let you luggage there in the last day you should pay 20 euro. I manifested my disagreement with this type of service which usually is for free. But until the end they removed it and I happily let my luggage there in the last day.

Rooms were clean and the location was central hence no problem with commuting.
Internet was not reaching the 2nd floor room so had to change the room to 1st floor which was smaller in size in every aspect.

The location is in the centre of Porto’s old town where most tourists congregate. I had never been to Porto and wanted a central base to explore. I was attracted by the historic façade of the building. Inside it is modern. The staff were very nice. My Portuguese isn’t that good but we got by. To my surprise the annual festival of Sao Joao was on that day and I only had to walk to the bottom of the street to be in the middle of it all.
My room was facing a busy street and so if that bothers you, you would need to request a room at the back. However personally I like some street noise and to hear the buzz of the city.
