Nice friendly hotel

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Public spaces were welcoming and airy

Rooms could have been cleaner. Cup rings on surfaces and sticky handles were noticed

Clean reasonable place. Very good , helpfull staff , especially at the desk. Quet rooms with clean beds and carpets

Breakfast could be a bit better .Sorry but just scrambled egs as only option is a bit offputting . Otherwise it is a fine hotel

Easy to access for business from the motorway, ample parking, easy to check in, strong WiFi, lovely restaurant for evening meal with lots of space.

Breakfast was a set price which was quite a lot but I only wanted an orange juice and some cereal. I opted to get food elsewhere en route to my job.

We booked a twin room through yourself and when we got there it was a double room. We were unable to get the twin room we asked and instead had to share a bed wasn’t ideal. The hotel said it was an issue with booking.com so it wasn’t great

Disappointing

Shower was tepid / cold When we checked in we were asked for additional deposit in case we caused any damage to the room?????? We're a retirement aged couple!!

Nice travel hotel

Good location in Hatfield close to the Galleria shopping centre. Handy for A1M. Hotel has been modernised recently. Room was very clean but kind of small for an executive room. Very nice bathroom. Very efficient heating and AC. Ample car parking.

Having to agree to a £50 hold on card even though not using restaurant.

The room was lovely, comfortable bed, clean and well presented. My personal preference would have been to have bath facilities instead of only a shower, but nonetheless, the bathroom was clean and everything worked well.

Whilst the room was very nice, the location was not ideal. I was awoken by a group of intoxicated students that I assume reside in the student accommodation that share the plot with the hotel. This group were outside the window and were loudly singing and talking at roughly 4am, making it difficult for me to fall back to sleep. Furthermore, the food and overall service in the on site restaurant left a lot to be desired, so much so my husband was unable to finish his meal and we cancelled our breakfast booking.

we had no breakfast as the cost was 18 EUROS (£15.48)EACH!!!! extortionate for any breakfast.

LOCATION. It was on the side of a busy junction. I did not know the area before booking so had no clue it was ON a roundabout....maybe the property could be more truthful in their location description. I also didn't like the response that called my review non factual. Rather than pull the wool over your own eyes start to listen to paying customers instead of getting defensive and calling them liars.
