Located in the heart of Breckenridge, Paradise Ridge is the perfect choice for people who want convenience, space, and comfort. The Elk Ridge complex is located near 4 O’Clock Road, so easy access to the Snowflake lift, hikes, and to town will complete your mountain vacation. Full of amenities that including a private garage, full size hot tub on deck, a washer/dryer, and access to a shared outdoor pool and hot tubs.
The Space:
Sleeping: Bedroom 1: king bed (sleeps 2) - one level up from the main floor; Bedroom 2: queen bed (sleeps 2) - main floor where living room and kitchen are located; Bedroom 3: two twins (sleeps 2) - street level; Bedroom 4: captain’s bunks with queen and twin (sleeps 3) - street level; Additional Sleeping: queen sofa sleeper in living room (sleeps 2) - main level; Additional Sleeping: full-sized futon adjacent to the master (sleeps 1-2) - one level up from the main floor.
The Neighborhood:
Paradise Ridge is located near 4 O’Clock Road and is just across the street from the Snowflake lift and in the heart of Breckenridge. It is also an easy 5-6 minute walk from the shops and restaurants of downtown. Important! 2 parking spaces only. There is room for one regular size car inside of the garage and one car/truck outside of the garage.
Getting Around:
No need for a car in this location. Walkability is wonderful! The Snowflake lift is located less than a 2 minute walk from the front door (just across the street), is surrounded by hiking trails, and is an easy 5-6 minute walk to downtown Breckenridge!
Other Things to Note:
Cancellation Policy: Once the reservation is confirmed and the first portion of the payment has been made, those funds are non refundable. The remaining balance will be due thirty days before your arrival. Once the balance is paid, that portion is also non-refundable. If the ski area shuts down or a public health order prevents us from hosting you during your reserved time, you will be eligible for a full refund or will be able to reschedule. Checking in and out is simple and someone is always available to provide assistance. Rest assured that you’ll arrive to a professionally cleaned and fully stocked home. About the Owner: We are excited to share our home with you. We are a family of five, from Boulder, Colorado with deep roots in both travel and skiing. For the 2017-18 school year, we pulled our kids from school and “worldschooled” them through Nepal, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, New Zealand, China, Costa Rica, Italy, Switzerland and Greece. In most of those places, we stayed in short-term rentals and deeply appreciated this more connected way of travel – a way of travel that helps you live more like a local than a visitor. When we returned to Colorado after our trip, we began searching for a mountain getaway that we could enjoy ourselves, as well as share with other travelers. We found this spot in late 2018 and fell in love with the rustic log touches, the cozy family room and the location for tweens’ and teens’ growing independence. We updated the kitchen and bathrooms during the 2019 mud season. Why Breckenridge? Annika’s parents met in the lift line at Squaw Valley, and she was a second-generation ski patroller. The family fun that comes from skiing and low-tech time in the mountains brings us closer. We enjoy summer hiking, all the festivals, the historic town and, of course, the world class skiing. We really enjoyed our stay and the MBR on the top floor was really nice. This was our family's home base for our son's wedding at the Lodge. Had everything we wanted and nicely done throughout

This house was perfect for our family of 11. We enjoyed our summer vacation here. Within walking distance to downtown Breckinridge & approx 50-60 miles of everywhere we wanted to visit. We are already planning our return visit. The hot tub was a wonderful bonus. Thank you for sharing your home!!

This home exceeded my expectations. Very clean, close to town, nice appliances and cookware. Spacious enough for a large family-we had 5 adults and one child.

This was our second trip to Breckenridge. A group of 7 stayed here for a snowboard trip in March. This townhome did not disappoint. Exactly what we needed for our group. Very convenient location between two lifts (Beaver Run and Snowflake). It was nice having snowflake lift practically across the street in case we wanted to start the day at Peak 8. Getting to town was an easy 10 minute walk. There is a shortcut / trail to take through the woods that made it a lot quicker but it is definitely steep and snowy so we only used it with snow gear on. Free shuttle stop directly in front of the condo complex so easy enough to catch a ride if you don’t feel like walking. Overall perfect accommodations, nice furnishings, comfortable beds, clean, roomy and well stocked kitchen. Highly recommend for larger group or even two families.

We had a nice time here. The property was as advertised. We had no issues or complaints. We did have a loud neighbor playing music until midnight everyday, and the walls seemed thin. Not much you can do about that. We recommend the place highly.

Paradise Ridge was perfect for our family. The accomodations were exactly what was listed and equipped with everything we needed, especially in the kitchen! We loved that the bus stop was across the street so we could get to Main Street super quick yet for the ones that wanted to walk it was not to bad either. The property managers were super nice and we look forward to coming back. Thank you!

My husband and I were so happy to spend a couple weeks with our adult children in Breckenridge. This property was prefect for the five of us. Enough bedrooms/bathrooms, open space to hang out, and close enough to town to walk to dinner. We had an issue with the grill not working at the house and the property managers handled it quickly and communication with them was easy. I particularly enjoyed being able to take off on long hikes right from the house up the many trails on Peaks 8 & 9. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great place but heat didn’t work!
The heat never seemed to work, the basement was constantly 60 degrees the entire time and no one could sleep down there due to it being so cold!!!

mountain paradise
The property is conveniently located, but with just enough distance to get away from the Main St crowds. Anything you'd want to do in Breck'—restaurants, ski lift, gondola, biking, hiking, swimming, shopping—is a short walk away.
The property is very nicely appointed and everything is in excellent condition (seriously, I want their kitchen cabinets and quartz). The kitchen is well-stocked with any tool/dish you might need to cook and dine, and the appliances are modern and clean. WiFi is fast with no dead spots in the house.
The mountain decor fits the area without being kitschy. Plenty of space to lounge with family/friends, read a book, play games (lots of good choices provided by the owner), watch a movie, or you can sit on the front deck and enjoy the mountain views. There's a hot tub on the back deck for those sore muscles you got from hiking or skiing.
The owners get my appreciation for providing nice quality linens and plush towels. The pillows and beds are very comfortable and clean.
There is parking for one car in the driveway, a garage to store bikes, skis, etc., pass for the pool, and even a discount card for the City Market.
It's a great property. We're already planning our next visit.
