Nothing at all
There’s no cutlery or crockery no room service shortage of staff. The rooms were stuffy and too hot. There was also no hot running water for a shower and before leaving the room we found our bed was covered in bedbugs. We were eventually offered a 50%discount on our accommodation. Totally unacceptable. Will never recommend to stay again, given this was our second stay. We thought there must be Some improvement. There was not

Mejor

Bathroom was grubby and there was no hot water for a shower, when I mentioned this to reception about no hot water, there was no reply.

staff was friendly. Location was great
Extremely dated property. Odd room set up with a bathtub on an enclosed patio (creepy). What looked like mold in the cabinet in the sink area. Noisy

Beds were good, location and cost was fine
TV in the room was a nightmare and unusable - ended up going out an purchasing a HDMI cable so I can connect my lap top to the TV so we could watch programs.

Was upgraded to a room with balcony overlooking Rotorua racecourse which was lovely and spacious.
3.7
Comfortable beds and nice spacious rooms with fantastic balcony overlooking the Racecourse.
The shower either ran cold or extremely hot to the point we had to run all the taps in the unit to be able to shower with burning ourselves.

Lovely Cleaned Hotel. The staff was very friendly & Loved the Rooms , So spacious and comfortable. The Kitchen and Dinning Area was spontaneous.
Having a Camera right outside the Door as you walk on your balcony …. Felt like we had no privacy. Other then that , Was a Beautiful Hotel for Families and Friends to enjoy 😊

The location
The fact that therewasno hot water for morning showers.

The location was perfect, the room size was great, and the staff were all fantastic. However, the breakfast wasn't that good. Despite that, we enjoyed our stay and will book this hotel again.

The fact that we booked a room with a spa bath and then get told the spa bath doesn’t work as they have no spas anymore. Even tho it still says on all websites and social media that they have luxury spa rooms. There were only 2 towels for a room with 2 double beds. The TV didn’t work and we had to call someone to fix it. The second room we booked wasn’t ready for over an hour after we checked in at 3. Staff were not helpful at all. The place is tired and unclean. Rooms didn’t look like the images online. no extra blankets or throw cushions. mismatched chairs with the table. Barely any extras and 2 tiny pottles of milk for 3 people. I feel completely ripped off and would never recommend this property. I have never had such awful customer service at any property ever. I booked this place as a surprise luxury booking for our kids to enjoy, with a spa bath etc and had nothing but a sad awful experience. Horrible place.

Room was ok, was out dated and need of renovations. For the price I was little disappointed.
Room was out dated. No view. Felt that I was put in the back of the hotel in an old room without views or near anything because we booked through second party.

Plenty of space in our room and good sized bathroom, also a kitchenette. We also loved the balcony. There was a spa bath as well but we didn’t use it. The beds were extremely comfortable. The first two nights we were provided with spa sized towels which we loved using following our showers. We appreciated parking at the rear of the hotel.
I had to ask for a new box of tissues as the box in the bathroom was empty on arrival. 👍 Also on the third day we were not supplied with towels. I only realised that about 10pm, so rang reception and two bath towels were supplied straight away. 👍 These niggles are so small however, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One other thing, we had lunch in the Atrium on Thursday and I found it very draughty. Great food though.

The main areas of the hotel were clean and attractive. Our room was clean and big with lots of windows and fresh, sulfuric air from nearby geysers! The parking amenities are very good.
The hotel is very outdated and worn. The shower was very worn - maybe from using geothermic water? It wasn't noted anywhere. The shower head was very old and sprayed in many directions. The room had 2 beds but one was broken. The kettle didn't work. We could hear every bump of the surrounding rooms... footsteps all around. It was a noisy night. We were meant to have a landmark view but all we could see was the racecourse... Wouldn't call that a landmark. The breakfast was $20 so we opted out and went to a nearby cafe.

The social housing guests were unruly loud appeared to be screaming from being drug fuelled

The friendly staff made our stay amazing if we needed anything they are there to help
I love everything

Room was spacious with two queen beds. Clean, older room but great price and location, perfect for a short overnighter. Will stay here again.
No toaster. Reception girl was very sullen and didn't smile once as we checked in. Checkout girl much friendlier!
Missing a bedside cabinet on one side of each bed as there was only one in the middle, but not the end of the world.
3.7
Laundry was free
I had to use my own Netflix acc and reset the tv a couple times due to connection.

The staff were great. Room was comfy and clean.
The lack of appliances. Not being allowed to play music off my phone on a Saturday night and getting told to turn it off at 20:55. Coming into the room without putting the service sign on the door to replace towels not impressed. The next morning getting locked out of our room at 0953 then having to stand in reception to get another key so we could retrieve our belongings. Be aware if you stay here all you will get is a kettle and teaspoons.

Value for money
Bathrooms were bit old

The rooms are nice and warm

I liked the size of the room and the comfort of the bed
The spa bath room was bland

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very good, unlike a lot of other hotels and pillows, duvet etc very good quality.
Would have liked a bit more choice on dinner menu, but it was not a big deal.
