FANTASTIC

I'm sorry I didn't catch her name but the manager was an absolute pleasure to deal with, so friendly and accommodating. Our room was lovely and warm when we arrived it was also fully equipped. The pool was well used by our children and us adults enjoyed a soak in the hot tub. We really enjoyed our stay. We do plan to stay here again. Please thank your amazing manager for us 😊

Rotorua Motel

Nice and easy. The owner was very accommodating for us as travel took longer than we anticipated. The room was basic but warm and had everything you'd need for a night away. Even on a busy street, the street doors were kept at a minimum if you kept the kitchen and bathroom door closed. The pool was tepid, and none of us braved the swim, but the spa was at a lovely temp, allowing us all to sit and relax.

The parking is very tight, especially in a big ute wouldnt be good if you aren't a confident driver.

Not worth the money we paid, would never return.

The water in the shower went hold and cold all the time without the handle being changed. Unclean, super dated, no aircon. Very rundown.

Would highly recommend this motel to others.

While the staff were not obligated to consider my situation, they went the extra mile to accommodate my wife and I. We were so grateful, I offered to pay an additional fee which they gracefully declined. I would highly recommend this motel to others.

Wouldn't rebook, clean but badly maintained.

Very central to shops and inner city

Very run down, requires upgrades even just a paint job . Repairs of bad quality are visible. Paint peeling off.

Absolutely poor ! DO NOT recommend for those who are trying to travel and enjoy their holiday with their babies.

This motel is a EMERGENCY HOUSING facility. The couple staying in the room next to us were fighting EVERY SINGLE DAY all hours of the night.

the hotel should do regular maintenance to their room.

with pool and good location

many things are unable to use inside the room such as the light, socket and hot water for shower. I have plug in my phone to charge at night but it was low battery in the morning, I have tried another socket, but it’s still not working. The hot water are not hot enough for shower, I waited a long time. 3 lights are not working inside our room

I would never recommend anyone to stay here, it should be condemned

Nothing. I wish I had not booked it at all. It was that bad I only managed to stay an hour before I found somewhere else to stay.

It was dirty with no maintenance done at all. The bedding looked dirty, the ceiling light did not work, the bedside lamps either did not work or one did not even have a light bulb.

The spa pressure was fabulous. Location. Smiley people. Comfy bed.

The receptionist didn't understand me. There were no cereal bowls. Only one glass. No hand towel in kitchen. No flannels. Too many chairs. Nowhere to hang nice clothes.
