Would recommend.

Great location and few minutes away from Piazza San Marco, and near the traghetto. Good breakfast options. Beautiful building

Für zwei Übernachtungen okay, wenn man im Hotel nur schlafen möchte. Verweilen will hier niemand. Die Lage zum Markuspla

Die Lage zum Markusplatz und das Frühstück. Ich muss nochmal extra sagen, dass das Frühstück wirklich überraschend gut ist.

Die Zimmer die hier mit Foto beworben werden, konnte ich nicht finden. Wir hatten ein uraltes Zimmer bekommen mit einem uralten Waschbecken. Das Wasser der Dusche war die ersten 10 Minuten kalt, dann wurde es lauwarm. Bei der Hälte der Wasserauslässe im Duschkopf kam kein Wasser raus. Ab 6 Uhr war unfassbarer Krach von überall, draussen vor dem Fenster wurde alles beliefert. Im Haus hört man Türen knallen. Die Rooftop Terrace, die hier so stark beworben wird, ist seit längerem wohl geschlossen, man kann dort NICHT draufgehen. Ich finde, so etwas MUSS hier geschrieben werden.

Overall satisfactory

Very good location, clean and helpful staff.

Elevator didn’t go all the way to my floor. We had to use several stairs to get to our room. Elevator was important to us. My daughter is recovering from foot surgery and I have Achilles.

Venice...a dream in colors, what a superb experience!

A perfect place for the exploration of Venice due to the location and facilities. Nice and helpful staff, clean and cozy rooms, a decent breakfast and a great overall experience.

Once a staff member had a rather patronizing approach at the breakfast that made me and my spouse feel uncomfortable, but I guess it was an exception.

O cheiro do ralo

Localização e a simpatia dos funcionários sempre muito solicitos, tem um snack bar muito legal no térreo.

Quarto standard muito pequeno sem janela. Sobre o banheiro: muito pequeno, o box vaza muita água e molha todo o piso e o cheiro de esgoto horrível que espalha por todo o quarto.

Staff alla reception cordiale. La posizione. La pulizia della camera. La comodità del letto.

Bagno piccolo, senza finestra né ventola. Teoricamente era una stanza deluxe, ma non c'era neanche la vasca con idromassaggio. Colazione male organizzata Staff in sala colazione non comunicativo (chiedevo in italiano mi rispondevano in inglese).

Really enjoyable stay in a hotel that was excellent value for money.

The hotel is half a minute's walk from the vaporetto stop and 5 minutes from St Mark's square and Academia bridge so a fantastic location. Hotels in Venice are generally very expensive, but we had a lovely room in this old palazzo (with an interesting history). Breakfast was excellent in the small bar/breakfast room. There is a nice little terrace outside for the use of guests and a roof terrace. We had a fridge in the room which was useful.

Really liked the room, although it had no view at all, as we on the first floor corner behind the little glass shop building. Also, there was very loud music in the bar directly below us until 11.30 on the Friday night which apparentely is a regular Friday thing. It did stop at 1130 though.

Very good

The location was great, really central. Baggage storage was included pre- and post-checkout. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious - great value for money. The hotel offers a 10% discount at a family restaurant nearby. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

The air condition did not seem to cool down the room significantly. Additionally, the skylight window in the bathroom did not have built in blinds to cover it, meaning the bathroom was quite hot during the day. The breakfast room service offer is greatly reduced compared to the breakfast buffet. The hotel does not have a restaurant.

Nice hotel in splendid location, close to the centre of Venice and easy access to airport. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.

Room was small for the price paid, bearly adequate for two people to move around. The room quoted a bidet as part of the facilities... a small cleansing sachet was provided. I have stayed at this hotel before when it was a Best Western and I really liked it, however, I will stay somewhere else next time I visit Venice.

Good location, close to San Marco Square and easy access to all water taxis. nice sized room, staff were helpful and friendly.

Great stay

The location was superb! Staff were helpful & courteous. Room was large & bathroom even had 2 sinks & a big soaker tub.

The soaker tub was wonderful after a full day walking around, & it should've had jets but they weren't working. The hotel offers free breakfast if you book through them but through a 3rd party like booking.com...(what the heck?)

The cost was high but its Venice so it was to be expected

The breakfast was fabulous! The beds were very comfortable and the room was gorgeous.

Very nice location close to San Marco and close to vaporetto. Exceeded expectations for a hotel in Venice at this price range. Very good breakfast, especially the pastry, very nice view from the room, bathtub with jacuzzi, large and comfortable room.

Pleasant stay

Location is good, it's in the middle of San Marco. Boat stop to the airport is just a 100 meters. Breakfast was good enough. Staff was friendly and the room was clean.

Superb

Although I hadn't realised that I would be staying in their annex, which was a few-minute walk away across a piazza, bridge, through an outdoor restaurant and short alley, the room was very nicely decorated, very comfortable, quiet, and had the best shower equipment I've encountered (would love to have in my own house). So all together, this was actually a unique and charming experience even though I was expecting to stay in the main hotel as I had two times before when Best Western owned it (and they had a more impressive breakfast buffet). But I always enjoy relaxing with a drink on their roof terrace and it couldn't be more convenient to the Giglio vaporetto stop which makes it so easy getting back and forth from the train station.

No real complaints.

Great Hotel - Great Staff - Close to Everything!

This is a great hotel to stay at - very close to St. Marks Square, shopping, the Grand Canal and taxi services. The hotel was easy to find, very clean, great breakfast, very helpful staff, nice room and a lovely rooftop deck. We had a great stay and enjoyed it very much - I highly recommend this hotel in Venice!

great location and the staff were very accommodating. highly recommend the cocktail bar attached to it, special thanks to Bubu and Rey behind the bar for making the trip even better
