Pool was nice. bungalows are nice but very cramped downstairs: if you use them as advertised, meaning four beds, you need the sofa bed downstairs, but when open you cant then open the front door!
We had a meal in the restaurant. First: truly great food. But the staff were very brusque and we felt very pushed when ordering. They weren't interested in us. There was also a party at the pool, meaning the restaurant full of guests paying large bills we forced to listen to the incredibly loud dance music coming from the pool beside us, which had just a handful of people at any time. Management really need to look at where the priorities are.

Lovely place and staff were helpful
A little shop with a few essentials e.g shampoo and milk would have made travelling with a family abit easier.

The overall experience for the plac is ok cause some of the things were missing but they mentioned in the description, as far as the value for money I would say it's expensive in this price and important thing not recommended if you don't own a car.

The restaurant was great. Big swimming pool with great vies
Is far away from everything. If you don’t have a car only options are getting a taxi or walk 30 minutes to the next bus stop with very few buses running during the day. Staff doesn’t speak English but they try to communicate at their best

The entire place, totally different from other option around the area. I will recommend this place if you like camping style with your private shower and toilet
To much noise due to weddings

We enjoyed our stay at Ippotur in June a lot and truly recommend it. The pool area is fantastic, the staff very friendly and the food at the bar excellent. The cottage we booked was small, but newly renovated and combined with the terrasse and pool area everything you need for an amazing summer vacation. The kitchen also offers everything you need to cook, if you want to eat in (we recommend to bring a French press with you, however there's an Espresso maker in the kitchen). Just some small details could make the cottage even better, f.e. a shelf in the kitchen or a bedside table next to beds on the ground floor. Do not hesitate to contact the stuff, if you have a problem or need fresh towels f.e., they'll help you.
The Ippotur is up in the hills, you need a car. There are some great beaches about 30 minutes away (use public ones), to the supermarket and a pharmacy it's a ~8 minute drive. You can also visit many interesting spots in the area and there are many good restaurants.
The housekeeping could be a bit better, f.e. the restroom by the pool should be cleaned more often during the day. And although the bathroom of our cottage was new, there were already signs of mould due to a lack of propper cleaning. But the team seems to be rather new and we're sure it's just routine missing.

Nice location.
Staff doesn't speak English. They think it is not necessary that the same group / family under one reservation should be close to each other, it is not logical to them. They expect the guest to know the place in details, like layout and category. No map is given. The houses were a bit dirty (fridge, glasses) and stinky (damp). This place is more for kids for summer vacation. For same money you can get much better around. The place is worse in reality than on the photos.

Clean interior, clean towels, hot water.
The surroundings are not so beautiful as in the photos. We had a late check in and the reception was closed even tho we announced them that we will arrive between 21 and 22.

Our bungalow located near the restaurant, it’s quite near parking place and the pool. If we book other room looked like we have to park our car somewhere in the hill and quite walk down.
My kids like swimming, so every time we arrived after going out somewhere, they went to pool with just little walk.
Sometimes we had our breakfast in balcony with green hills view.
Summer in italy is mostly sunny and hot, even without air conditioner, I found our room are cool enough, we didn’t really find mosquitoes even we stayed in wood.
Kitchen is ok for quick and simple cooking.
We visited Pisa, Cinque Terre and Firenze.
There is no extra toilet papier, luckily we brought some from home if not we have to buy.

This holiday resort is in a terrific area of Italy with lots to see nearby. A boat trip to the Cinque Terre is strongly recommended as is visiting the local medieval castle of Fosdinovo where you can enjoy an aperitivo at the top of one of its towers. The swimming pool, affording wonderful views of the countryside, with sun loungers available for everyone, is definitely the resort's strongest point. We were lucky enough to be there for the Ippotur X Factor competition so could enjoy live music at the poolside. The staff at the bar were extremely helpful and kind and we very much appreciated our lunch time salads. The air conditioning in the rooms was very efficient and the bed extremely comfortable.
We live in Italy and travel around a lot so having paid over 200 Euros a night (for 2) for this self catering accommodation, we were somewhat disappointed. The kitchen facilities are very limited as there are only two gas rings to cook on with one pan for each. Our fridge didn't keep food cold so making meals was challenging. If you want to eat at the resort's restaurant you need to book well in advance as it's popular with local people and residents don't have priority, as is the case with other places we've stayed in. The cottages could be difficult to get to with families with pushchairs as the paths and steps are steep. Parking outside the cottages can also be an issue in some places if larger cars need to pass. WiFi is excellent around the pool and bar area but is intermittent and of very poor quality in the cottages further away. The staff at the reception don't show you to your cottage and took little interest in our concerns.

Outdated interior and bathroom not comfortable. But great swimming pool and restaurant. For the kids it was great.

We’ve had an unforgettable stay at this wonderful property! The restaurant is beyond and above - a true gem with freshest meet, served in a very special way and their focaccia was the best we’ve ever had. The sweeping pool is a dream - extra large with wonderful view - an unforgettable place. We could get an upgrade and stayed in an amazing room with terrific sea view. The staff was great. We went to a wine tasting and a vineyard tour at a near by winery LUNAE, which was another great highlight of our stay. We recommend the location and the hotel to everyone who is interested in gourmand food and relaxing holiday.
The standard cottages are quite small, they looked much bigger on the images. There is a one bedroom upstairs and a small sitting area and a kitchen on the ground floor.

The views were amazing. You can see the sunset and sunrise.
The rooms are very basic. Beds are very old and uncomfortable. Pillows - oh my god- it was like they had stuffed balls of clothes in the pillow cases. We went and asked for softer pillows and they didn’t have any. The shower room was the best part of it.
The location isn’t great either - nearest town is 20 minutes away
We were slightly disappointed as it looked amazing in the pictures.

The pool was truly amazing, great views and beds and sunset was amazing there. Localed in the Gulf of Poets with vinyards, hills, marble and great beaches and food. The restaurant on site (Elia) is a true experience and great value for 5 star food, you need to book but very much worth it. The beds and pillow's were very comfortable. The outside area is lovely and the view. You can eat outside- bring some incense maybe or spray for insects as in the hills. The location is great if you have car, about 25 mins to Lerici, Bai Blu beach, we also traveled to the sandy beaches which were flat at Forte Del Marmi. There is a lovely market at La Spezia in the mornings for fruit / veg and meats / fish and there are local supermarkets which are reasonable and a lovely Pizzeria on the main road - Pizzeria Il Genio.
The accommodation did not have doors and was semi detached and there was alot of noise, i.e if next door used the stairs etc. There are no doors on the rooms -0 just the bathroom and the front door. There are just 2 rings to cook with, no cooker or microwave, this was enough though as the food is amazing there and to heat up / etc. There is a small track to the rooms we stayed in and hard to drive up. Better park lower down.
