Desayuno tuvo algunas cosas buenas.

Location, location, location, that’s was you are paying for. Near everything. For us it was very important to have a parking, and this hotel has one on premises. Also the staff, very attentive. Breakfast was good, different options to choose.
The rooms are very outdated, needs an update. Also, the rooms looked clean, but it needed a little bit more attention, I am very allergic and was sneezing all the time inside the room.

Close to centre and the buzz of the city. We ended up staying an additional night. Plenty of places to eat nearby.

We like how big the room was, how clean it was also! As it was the fiestas del Burgos, they placed us as far from the noise as possible. Also my fiancé needed an empty bottle to use for his rowing race and thy went out of their way to find him one which was nice :)
I think for a 4 star hotel it should have better extra offers such as dressing gowns and slippers in the room, moisturiser as well. I've stayed at 4 star hotels in the world and they always include these extras.

The location was central to the Camino and to the Cathedral. We selected this hotel for the price and that they would receive delivery of a bicycle.
The breakfast was expensive. So we ate elsewhere.

The location was super . Literally a few hundred yards from the Cathedral . Set in a tiny street which we had to drive along to get to the underground car park . Neither the drive nor the street are for the faint hearted. And the car park CANNOT facilitate anything above a smallish car . We drive a mini clubman and it was TIGHT .
Very attractive hotel . Simple rooms . But be warned , rooms looking out on to the street a very noisy at night .
We visited the museum of evolution which was really interesting and well set out .
Just the street noise . Breakfast was minimal but ok . A great little cantina outside the doors to the hotel served lovely fresh tapas .

Everything except one thing
Staff generally very good but one receptionist lady was very unhelpful particularly when we complained of a serious issue in Eleven Rooms apartment

very central, everything was within walking distance
To get there by car is a bit confusing, the receptionist directions weren’t that clear

Fantastic hotel. Large, well appointed modern room with seating area.
All good though didn’t eat there

Very clean and spacious room. Well located, close to restaurants and bars and to the cathedral. The dinner was very good
The reception has really worn down carpets that need to be changed and overall the entrance doesn't convey what you expect from an hotel in this category.

The staff was above and beyond. Not only did they arrange a multi country rental car for us without a hitch, they were able to get me an emergency dental appointment in less than 24 hours. Thanks especially to Aimia who found me a super dentist and turned us on to La Favorita around the corner where we ate every night. Babia down the street for morning coffee. Would not stay anywhere else.
Nothing. Loved it all.

It was very central in Burgos so wonderful for walking around the area.
Very difficult to find. Not good address for the satnav but very helpful when I rang up to say we were lost.

Location was superb!! Old town, cathedral and bars just round the corner. The double storey superior room was excellent with confy bed and cosy living room. Great
Bathroom was spacious but the rounded toilet didn't work for me it was not to my liking. Bath was just ok!

looked at breakfast, but didn’t decide to take as it didn’t look as if it had been refreshed for hours

. great staff at front desk.
The place looks better pictures but looks like the rooms, hallways and need a big makeover. the rooms looked outdated. the location is excellent, but access via vehicle is a bit trickier. you must call in to have access, but it's quick. staff was great. especially the gal at front desk and housekeeping
el señor at the continental breakfast area seemed a bit flustered with the volume of folks showing up. we were one of the first to show up, and he did not allow us to go into the "nicer room" I asked to enter and preferred.
NEXT thing you know a stampede of folks kept going in and he said nothing about not entering. Not cool. He needed to polish his etiquette to reflect the four star rating I assume they want to retain.
