Llit gran i còmode
L'habitació estava al costat de recepció i ens han despertat els sorolls de gent massa aviat. No insonoritzat.

Très joli, bien situé, calme, petit déjeuner au top et accueil chaleureux.
Un réseau wifi un peu défaillant.

Breakfast 10/10

Rooms were large, and far exceeded expectations. Nicer than they appear in pictures
Pool was nice to relax and swim in
Very cute town with great day hikes all around

The village is super chill and relaxing, away from the crowds in Soller / Valdemossa. The Hotel is adorable. Our room was quite large and modernized. Comfy bed and good water pressure in the shower. The staff was also very welcoming and accomodating, we could even chill at the pool after check out.
Everything was perfect. Would definately come back.

Man hört alles.

I loved everything in this hotel. Comfy rooms, great breakfast, friendly staff, amazing view. If I go to Mallorca again, I will go to the same hotel. They even let us go earlier than the actual check-in time.
There wasn't anything we didn't like

Picturesque hotel in an amazing little town!! was so happy we discovered it!! The views in the morning are spectacular.

Clean bathroom .nice soaps etc. Good towels. nice breakfast , everything is new but it is very impersonal and generic.
This is not a nice friendly Mallorcan hotel. It is a business. There is no one at check in . They told me the next day that they couldn't be bothered providing me with a double bed because I was only staying one night. So they took my payment without hesitation but service was not their vibe. I also didn't like that the house and garden were still under construction. Workers pounding away at breakfast. And this old Spanish house is being converted into something generic which could be in Antwerp or Stockholm with IKEA furniture etc. Not at all charming or special or even tasteful.

The location
No staff on duty. Very basic room. Overpriced for what it was. The balcony was tiny and as such not useable so was not worth paying the extra for. No curtains at one window so not great for sleeping once it was daylight early morning

Location , in the middle of a very pretty Village, was perfect. The hotel is in the middle of an extensive renovation but that did not interfere with the stay.
A good buffet self service breakfast was provided.
Staff and owner were very friendly and helpful.
No staff present after approximately 3 pm.
Our room faced the street so we were unable to take advantage of the spectacular views!

This was a really pretty and quaint little property in the beautiful village of Fornalutx. Bea is the main person I communicated with and she was so helpful when it came to checking in, finding parking, and even offered to put a little breakfast together for us when we checked out at 3AM to go to the airport. It's also a beautiful building, with incredible charm and character, an authentic Spanish feel. There was also air conditioning that worked very well in the room which made it great for those really warm days.
The first morning we were there we had the breakfast that was included in the price - the meat, cheese and butter were all lukewarm and the coffee machine was broken. My boyfriend had a bowl of cereal and it was clear that the milk had gone off. We tried it again the next day and it was still equally as bad as the first day, so we ended up having breakfast at a bakery in Fornalutx every morning after that. We also were not able to use the pool the entire week that we were there as it was constantly dirty. The location of the hotel was nice and quiet but pretty far away from everything - definitely would have to rent a car.

The breakfast was exceptional, with fresh and great quality products, probably the best I have ever had in a hotel! The pool was nice also :)
The room was great, with good quality linens and mattresses. We received good advice about hikes and visits around the hotel, and the staff was kind and very welcoming.

Location was excellent,
The room we were allocated was at the top of very steep steps leading to the breakfast room and would have been easy to stumble down them , we were there for 7 nights and felt the room should have been on the upper floors , most people only stayed 2/3 nights and there rooms were much bigger, the noise we had to endure from the room above was not acceptable through the night ,

it was in the beautiful town, breakfast was lovely.
parking was a bit challenging as the paid lot only allowed for 2 hours at a time. you did not have to pay from 7pm to 10 am.

Beautiful modern art throughout the hotel. The pool is small but perfectly-formed, like at a nice house. There's a lovely honesty bar as well.

Petit Hotel is fantastic! Small and cosy, pretty
and clean. We had a room facing the street which
was nice since it didn’t get to warm from the sun.
In general there was just a really good atmosphere
at the hotel. We will definetely come back!
There is a very strong parfume/soap smell at the
reception. Seemed like it was from a dispenser.
Not really necessary.
There is a trust bar - really good idea, however the
prices were high.

The village is beautiful. Go sit in the square and watch the world go by. All the cafes, bars and restaurants are all of a very high standard.

I absolutely adored this hotel. It’s a beautiful, unusual, dreamy place, elegant and comfortable and just wonderful in every way. Fornalutx itself is such a special place, an oasis of history and narrow walkways, excellent restaurants and cyclists seeking a break, all nestled in among stunning mountains and nature under a cloudless cerulean sky. The hotel is a converted convent, airy and spacious, quiet and comfortable. Our room had a lovely deck overlooking the mountains, a perfect bed with excellent pillows, and an air blowing system that sounded like the rushing sea. There’s a diverse breakfast buffet in the morning, an “honor bar” from which you can help yourself to beer, wine, drinks, or snacks at any time of the day or night, and a friendly and accommodating staff. Truly, everything was absolutely perfect here. I absolutely would (and hope to!) come back here someday.
The pool was too cold to swim, but that’s because we were here in May and it’s not heated (and I prefer a very warm pool). The sauna appeared to be closed, but I think that’s because we didn’t go down there until late at night. I’m sure if we had asked, they would’ve found a way to turn it on for us.

The location was a two minute walk to the center of the village. The non-city view of the lemon orchards was lovely. The initial interactions were by WhatApp and efficient. There was a person in the morning for check out. The breakfast was very nice with cooked eggs available on request.
Parking was in a garage nearby with free spaces that we were told about (good). We found an extra duvet in the service closet (good - it was available).
