Great location if you don’t want to stay in town.

A very surprisingly huge room - and fab location

Location, access to the pool at the Palace hotel, huge room, great breakfast

No bedside lights in our room. Beds weren’t particularly comfortable.

A mistake

They lure you in with pictures from Theoxenia Palace hotel which is two blocks away but you are cut off from That hotel’s amenities. The “three-bed suite” consists of exactly the same room as fhe “two-bed suite” with a double bed and a foldable cot they add next to a couch, leaving very little room move around. The staff did not help with suitcases, finding taxis, anything. The lobby reeked of smoke.

Fabulous hotel in a fabulous location in Kiffissia

Staff where excellent and although it was a short walk to the sister hotel for breakfast, I preferred the stay in the old Grecian Town House.

Would of preferred a room not by reception but there was no disruption.

invest in your property, the people who work for you do not deserve this

the age of the hotel can be seen everywhere. the room was just in front of the concierge and we were not notified. got moved to another building. a huge cockroch was found walking inside

It wasn’t the best

Staff was amazing- food was excellent

The curtains, bedspread and couch were visibly dirty - seemed like it hasn’t been washed in years. No tea/coffee making facilities. No iron for work shirts. The pool and breakfast was in a different building - the next block over - didn’t use the pool because of the distance to the hotel.

Excellent value for money accommodation

The location is excellent for our needs. We are returning customers for 9th time staying at this very venue. The staff are polite and professional. The breakfast buffet at the nearby Theoxenia Palace is well appointed and a refreshing stroll away. The room is huge; we always opt for the semi-basement 100 sqm suite. It is very good value for money for what it offers.

The furnishings have passed their prime and could use a refresher.

A decent accommodation at the Kefalari area

The location is ideal for us. The immediate vicinity has parking spaces although the area is hard to find spots. The venue is peaceful and secure. The room real estate is huge. It is good value for money. Very friendly reception.

The toilettries were mediocre. No complementary tea or coffee in the room. Furnishings have long passed their prime. No dedicated covered smoking area.

Huge bath and enourmous room with great comfy bed

Climatic system in our room was old and very noisy. Woudl also be cook to have a tea pot or coffee corner on the room

very nice , clean and in a safe area stay for a family.

the property was in a very nice area, including parking. the room (we had a suite) was very big and comfortable.

the heating system was too noisy. the breakfast that was in the other hotel was not very convenient for a family with kids.

I would not recommend this hotel to a friend

Location was fine and the room was beautiful.

The room was cold. We had to call the reception three times at least until something was done. Still, it seemed that the temperature was set to 230C, regardless of the temperature we were trying to set the conditioner at. So, when the air conditioner stopped at that temperature, the room got very cold within minutes. It took the member of the staff who brought a bottle of wine in the room about 5 minutes to open the bottle

Fantastic comfortable stay

This is not the first time we have stayed in. The room is spacious, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic because we love the Kifissia area, and it's convenient. Metro can be taken to the old Town.

Big room with very comfortable bed and sofa. 2 toilets and 1 bathroom, very quiet and relaxing. Area in northern Athens, Kifisia is very green and nice for walking, restaurants, shopping etc.

An okay stay, but not as modern or fresh as other places

Location was good, some staff made an effort to please

Room seems a bit “tired”. The furniture could do with a makeover, especially the mattress on the bed (not uncomfortable but oldish and the springs made noises whenever you moved). Also, it was unbelievable that it was not possible to get a bottle of water at midnight.
