Hotel close from airport and close to athens for tour, well managed for car parking in so busy place , great reception staff
5 star hotel not sure who give this rate, room paid for deluxe with balcony (not present), each day dishes left outside from room service and sit there for full day (looks dirty and smell not well in hall with so high temps), breakfast until 10:30 but in reality no chance to take a clean table or eat anything from around 9:45 (shocking that need to ask staff for glass, hot water, coffee, bread or anything else if you like to eat), this was my first time experience like that. very highly overpriced on pool area (simple aperol spritz cost 14e where in most expensive what i found in town was 9,50, pinacolada 12e, bottle of water 4e, prices like for 10 star hotel), i can understand that everyone want to get profits but come on it is greece 28km from Athens - in Athens middle of town -down to Acropolis so busiest tourist area was cheaper. After 8pm looks like ghost hotel, all lights off just few in hall and reception, nothing happening in that hotel. Indoor pool pay for use 25e per person for hotel guest? wow i would expect again paying 1k for 7 days to have it free for your own guests

The size of the room and the pool. Also was the best hotel we could find close to the stadium. 5km. No trains when the concert finished so we just walked back.

The breakfast was very nice and the location of the hotel excellent
the hotel has a very calm atmosphere and as foreigners we especially appreciated that most
of the guests were Greek!
Wonderful pool area
As a Small Luxury Hotel of the world there should be magnifying mirrors in the bathrooms
The beds are awfully hard compared to European standard. Can easily (and cheap) be ameliorated by buying top bed madrassas i.g. from IKEA

- very clean, with cleaning service twice a day
- accommodating staff
- great location in kifisia
- would be nice if the place was a bit better maintained
- the business center is located in the corridor of the second floor. the computers are very old and there is no privacy for people who’d like to have business calls there, would be great to see that improved in the future

breakfast was pretty good
the place smells. they had to offer me 4 different rooms in 4 different areas till I found a room I could tolerate. the rest had an old age home smell (and I worked in a few as a student…😅).
in addition the room wasn’t clean enough, the window didn’t totally close so during the night I had some wind blowing in (and street noise of course).
spa looks very different than in pictures…

Very central to Kifissia, large rooms and very clean.
The area is a fantastic alternative to down town Athens. Up market shopping, plenty of restaurants/bars and mostly locals.
Pool is great. So you get that resort feel as well.
Train is 20.minute walk and you can be down town in 20 minutes.
Staff not always so friendly. I am not sure why but staff never seem to smile except for a couple of individuals. They are all professional but a smile now and again 2oule be nice.
Initial room was very noisy so we were changed after 2 nights.

Hotel is located in the beautiful Kifisia neighborhood amongst trees that provide great shade in the heat. Friendly staff to welcome you.
The beautiful hotel is in need of some maintenance. The gym attributes are pretty often not working anymore and the matrass in the room needs replacement as well. Breakfast was ok and for someone that prefers a healthy breakfast, some more fruit would be welcome.

Excellent tranquil, green, cosmopolitan, location, car parking, Friendly staff, clean & modern premises, good breakfast.
Inner suite door to the adjacent suite was not locked and we had an unexpected visit. Even worse this intermediate door was not soundproofed at all so we were like in a hostel overhearing everything from next suite and vice versa with no privacy ....

Very big room and central location. Very helpful and polite staff.
Parking - almost impossible to find a parking space in the street in front of the hotel (as suggested by reception) and the underground parking is located in another building ~400 meters away. On top, to access it you need to use an elevator for the car which is quite tight.

The staff and cleaning is good
I can hear what ever happen in the street and outside the room, I could not sleep well every night.
Finding a parking for the car is headache, its full and you have to go 100 m away to park the car then come back walking.
4.0 / 10.0
Very friendly staff, great location
The rooms need a good renovation and some essential features need repairs (e.g. shower, curtains).
