Staff didn’t really help sort the issue “you’re nearly going home” 3 days into our 7 night stay…

Location

We asked for a double junior suit with a hot tub and we got two single beds and a bathtub but paid double the price compared to a standard room! Very disappointing

The hotel was perfect !The view was amazing ,stuff super friendly and helpful with everything ..Perfect breakfast and perfect buffet in the evening..Chryssa the manager was amazing and helped me a lot with my newborn 😇Thanx to everyone for such a pleasant stay guys !

Really enjoyed the stay. Great location to explore Rethymno and Crete.

Nice view from the room and a great location. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

Pool a bit small at hotel but you can use bigger one at Kritti hotel.

Super location

Perfect location and very helpful and friendly staff. Nice restaurant and excellent breakfast.

Crete weather was stormy and we left earlier but had to pay for the whole week.

* Great staff at the reception Mary and Eleni. * My room was ready earlier and I was upgraded to Junior Suit for free. * Sun beds and towels are included to room rate. * High quality hotel cosmetics. * Modern interior. * Great location.

The breakfast was boring and poor. On Sunday the situation was saved by smoked salmon and sparkling wine, but on Monday it was gone. It was not even possible upon request. If I could recommend: * Don't fry the eggs in that much oil and make them so well done. * Crudités is so finely chopped that it looks miserable. * Add Greek salad, fruit yogurts, smoothies, green leaf salad, sliced vegetables, red onion, zucchini etc. It won't increase your food costs at all, but will add variety, colors, and rating. And one more point. F&B staff is not smiling :(

Fantastic

First of all, I really liked the hotel's staff; they welcomed us with a big smile and held us with any questions. during our stay. Moreover, I was impressed with the room's cleanliness as it has a significant effect on our vacations. Last but not least, the breakfast and dinner meet everyone's expectations as it is delicious.

I did not use the swimming pool as I preferred to go to the beach.

It was undoubtedly a worthwhile stay! This Hotel has a combination of elegance and luxury.The location is more than perfect. The staff was very welcome and made us feel like home. Sure we will come back soon!!!

wonderful time

The rooms are spacious very well kept and great shower. All the employees are friendly and attentive and the hotel is very clean. Breakfast was great with plenty of options and well prepared.

the choice of beer only being fisher in the bar and in the mini bar only one bottle should be two

unsatisfactory! Not a 5 star hotel

Definitely not a 5 star hotel. The staff has no clue what hospitality is and is very rude and unprofessional. They were not helpful from the minute i walked to the reception desk and what strike me the most was that they were arguing and shouting at each other outside my room at 09:30! There was an odour in the room as soon as i walked in that took a while to clear and the shower divider glass came off by touching it. At least the hotel is in a great location.

Fabulous

Clean, breakfast was good and most staff was pleasant.

I didn't like the fact that we had to pay to use the sauna for a hour or so, the hotel isn't cheap so I think the sauna should be for free
