3ème séjour dans cet hôtel idéalement placé
Tout est au top, accueil, propreté, emplacement au cœur de Sligo.
Choisissez une chambre avec balcon vue sur la rivière… c’est trop top
4.3
Very welcoming reception staff
Good breakfast
Twin beds could have been wider
4.3
Location, parking good
Unusual design caused lots of creaking/ whistling in high wind during our stay. Breakfast was of the ‘truck stop’ variety not a 4*. Expensive for what you get

We enjoyed the shopping centres. The Museum & the
Cathedral.
We were full satisfied with everything. No complaints w
4.3
The location was perfect. Roughly 10 minutes from the train station.
Room was a good size and clean.
The room next to me (304) was incredibly noisy. Possibly really loud guests. It sounded like someone was hitting the wall with a hammer.
4.3
Location was central to Sligo town. Excellent food and comfortable seating.

The balcony
The lift didn’t work
4.3
Comfortable room, excellent staff, central location, good bar food and breakfast
Weak shower, soap that needs to be squeezed from an inverted toothpaste-like tube fixed to the bathroom wall, a sink you have to lean over to shave, and bizarre lift/elevator access
4.3
Breakfast was lovely very tasty and fresh
Enjoyed everthing
4.3
The location was great, right on the river
Breakfast was very nice.
4.3
Beautiful hotel. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. The location is excellent
The elevators need to be updated. They were even out of order for a while during our stay.
4.3
Beautiful river views. Quiet but very central. Helpful friendly service
4.3
Great location, friendly staff, fabulous views of the river from our room.
The flush on the toiled wasn’t great and it was very slow to refill the cistern. If you had a big job going on you’d be there a long time trying to get rid of it.
4.3
Everything about our stay was just great, the staff were so nice and helpful especially Tara and her colleagues. We love going there and so do our family. Beautiful Hotel , delicious food and perfect location can’t wait for our next stay there .
Couldn’t find anything I didn’t like.
4.3
Nice hotel in the centre of the town. Very attractive spot, by the river. A decent bar for a drink at the end of the day. I liked it.
Nothing really, it was very nice
4.3
Very nice and spacious room and hotel, modern decoration, just across the village center, nice bridge with flowers and river, parking garage was just below the hotel with direct lift connection, 4 eur per day.
Breakfast was untasty, “plastic” taste od bacon, eggs etc … we expected more from this kind of hotel.
4.3
Good location & helpful, courteous staff.
Like all hotels in Ireland at moment, a bit expensive, esp for Sunday night when they weren’t v busy.
4.3
Close to town
No tub

I had porridge, one spoonful which I thought was very little, fill the bowl 😊

Imagine a solo traveller paying €230 for bed and breakfast for the night. And then the receptionist tells you you have to pay €4 to use the carpark for the night. What a rip off!!
The breakfast was an organised mess, and could only be described as average.
You can't open the window with the noise from the river.
You have to wait ages for the lifts. No sign of a stairs anywhere.
4.3
Great location and lovely bedrooms
Very busy at breakfast but was well staffed so moved through queues quickly. All staff pleasant and efficient.
4.3
The location is very good. Central. Walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. Room was comfortable and spacious with a bath and shower which is rare in a hotel. Complementary upgrade was a nice touch also.
Only downside was no sky sports in the room. So had to stay in the bar all day! ( not a bad thing)
4.3
Room was so cool comfortable and location is perfect
Checking off of names when coming in and out of hotel
4.3
Staff were very nice and helpful. Nice room and had a good night's sleep.
I would rather if the breakfast was a buffet type as I had to ask the server for more food as I could only eat some items..

Everything.....cannot find fault at all

More friendly staff in restaurant
We changed room because the balcony was totally inadequate
