Hotel parfait pour famille nombreuses, mais pas pour un séjour romantique dans le calme.

La localisation, le calme, appartement nous rendant autonome sur notre voyage.

Visita familiar para recorrer la isla

El edificio es de la estética de César Manrique en la Isla. La zona es muy tranquila y sin problemas de ruidos. Salón-cocina, terraza para desayunar o cenar, un baño recién reformado y en nuestro caso dos dormitorios con dos camas cada uno. Está muy accesible, de rápida entrada y salida y con aparcamiento disponible para dejar el coche de alquiler. Súper cercano para rellenar la nevera. No está cerca de la zona de playas, pero se llega andando en 10 minutos guiándote por Google. Salvo que te guste estar todo el día en los chiringuitos del paseo marítimo, es una correcta elección, ya que tienes piscina

Fue todo correcto y el recepcionista de adaptó perfectamente el retraso de nuestro vuelo de Tenerife. No encontramos nada malo, salvo la ausencia de algún ventilador para los días más cálidos.

Decepcion

Es la segunda vez que vengo y la verdad ha sido una decepcion , llegamos a las 12,30 de la noche y el apartamento despues de la ultima vez que fue hace 5 años estava fatal el microondas no iva bien la nevera hacia ruido un rollo de papel de water para tres personas y nada de productos para limpiar , hormiagas etc al dia siguiente pedimos un cambio y a otro dia nos cambiaron a uno un poco mas caro en otro complejo que era el que yo havia reservado en primcipio por el booking , el otro apartamento estava algo mejor. Pero en 6 dias no nos han limpiado nada solo me han dado bolsas de basura u rollo de papel , las de la limpieza ni saludaban ni nada todavia me quitaban las tumbonas cuando me levantava de la piscina , la verdad es que no me ha gustado nada , el chico nos ayudo a cambiarnos , pero me parece una estafa pagar 420 euros por este apartamento me sabe mal porque hemos estado muchas veces en la iisla y esta ha sido la peor , ivamos con rl peke y ni un detalle de dejarnos ni agua ni nada por la hora que lleganos asi que le pongo un cero patatero y es una pena porque la otra vez nos gusto muxo pero esta fatal unos años despues , casi sin utensilios necesita una redorma a tope ni la duxa casi salia agua muy mal

Cheap and cheerful

Very peaceful setting, the staff went out of their way to help you and were polite and friendly. We were in a 2 bed in the annexe, very basic but had everything you needed for a short break. Pool was cleaned every day.

Towels weren’t changed in the 4 days we were there or room cleaned, but for the price we paid can’t really complain too much! The sun beds in desperate need of replacing, they did look slightly better in the main block and you can hire toppers for them.

It was quite quiet, smallish complex with a lovely pool and friendly staff

I prefer somewhere with 24 hour reception but we were aware of the hours before booking and we didn’t have any problems

Boravak 7 noći

Svidio nam se bazen, bilijar, ležaljke koje smo imali u apartmanu pa smo se mogli sunčati. U kupaonici ima fen pa je to plus.

Nisu nam se svidjeli jastuci jer su bili neudobni. Kreveti također nisu baš udobni i namještaj u sobi je zastario. Wc papira je falilo i to je mala zamjerka, ali vjerojatno smo mogli zatražiti više. U kupaonici se također ne dobiju gelovi za tuširanje te šamponi pa si ponesite.

Buena semana en Lanzarote

Zona muy tranquila, piscina limpia y agradable.

Para comer hay una especie de barra americana entre la cocina y el salón. El problema es que las banquetas son demasiado bajas para poder comer en esta barra. No hay mesa de comedor, así que la única opción es la mesita baja, que está con los sofás. Un par de taburetes mas altos podría ser una opción.

Molto luminosa,grande piscina e un simpatico gattone che ci veniva sempre a salutare. Parcheggio sempre disponibile appena fuori la struttura. Le donne delle pulizie molto simpatiche e disponibili.

Unica pecca, ci aspettavamo di trovare almeno una bottiglietta d’acqua nel frigo e qualche prodotto da bagno anche solo per i primi giorni. Mancanza di bidet.

We have been 4 times and we will go back so affordable and clean .

It's very spacious , quiet and private , it's not too end luxury it's very clean loads of space everything you need . We had a beautiful new walk in shower this time too . This made a difference too .

Aceptable, ausencia de cosas básicas

Las instalaciones están bien, se aparca sin problema y está muy bien situado para recorrer la isla. Necesitamos un par de cosas durante la estancia y las proporcionaron sin problema.

La limpieza diaria es mínima (adjunto foto de la ducha, no la limpiaron ni un día). No dejan cosas básicas como un recogedor, un estropajo (25 céntimos), una bayeta (otros 25 céntimos), lavavajillas (1€) o gel (otro €). Pagamos casi 200€ por persona por 6 noches así que consideramos que por ese precio estos servicios son mínimos. Lo que sí dejan es papel higiénico (un rollo al día), pero el domingo no pasan y el sábado no te dan una extra, por lo que tuvimos que recurrir a usar servilletas que teníamos. Por otro lado, en la habitación y el baño hace frío (marzo 2024, 15 grados por la noche y 20 por el día). Yo tuve que ir a dormir al sofá ya que se estaba mejor. En resumen, les faltan detalles muy básicos que harían la estancia mucho más agradable.

Fantástico

Apartamentos sencillos pero limpios y con lo necesario para una semana de vacaciones. Salida directa a la piscina que estaba muy limpia. Cualquier cosa que necesites puedes pedirla al personal de limpieza que pasa a diario o en recepcion. El wifi funcionaba perfectamente en todo el apartamento. Se encuentran en una zona segura y tranquila. A 5 minutos de supermercados y paseo maritimo donde hay una playita pequeña Enfrente hay una parada de autobus para ir a Arrecife... Destacar el trato excelente por parte de todo el personal

I would use these apts again

Property contacted us to confirm arrival time so there was someone there to meet us with keys.Reception and cleaning staff were very friendly.Apartments all had a terrace area with sunbeds and only a few metres from the pool.Our apartment had sun on it from early morning to late afternoon.Others got sun slightly later in morning {around 10am}The apartment was 5 - 10 minutes walk to the sea front but no steep hills so easy to navigate.Other residents were regulars there so I think says it all.

Good place to stay

Apartments are very quiet, we loved the pool and it´s clean area. The room, bedroom and kitchen are simply equipped, but I think we didn´t miss anything. Just bring your own sponge and dishwashing liquid. The bed sheets were not changed during our one week stay, but we get fresh towels two times and the trash was taken out every second day. On the other hand, the floor was not tidy at all, but there is a mop and broom in the kitchen for using if needed. The bathroom is very nice and large, we loved it as well as the huge terrace ( room no.14, first floor ). Unfortunatelly there are some pigeons, so the terrace is dirty from their feces. There were two sunbeds in the terrace, one broken, both dirty, no parasol ( but maybe you can borrow one for some fee, but we didn´t asked ). Apartments are close to the supermarkets, 10 minutes walk to the strip, just in the middle of PDC. Lot of parking places just next to the accomodation every day time. Pool was clean, wifi worked good. After all I can reccomend this appartments to everybody who are wonderng to explore Lanzarote, great place where to start trips around the island, good price if booked in advance.

There are pros and conts like in every other accomodation, just pick what you prefer, see as much reviews as you find and you will not be dissapointed.

Nice midwinter break

BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, CH4 & 5, BBC News channels all available on the TV in the apartment 😀 Apartments are in a good location, bus stop 1 minute away for No's 03 & 161. Great little supermarket at the bottom of the road sells just about everything and is open from 8am - 10pm!

Toilet wouldn't flush one day, but tbf, the owner attended to it and rectified the problem there and then.

The place was clean, spatious and has great location to explore. It wasnt corwded, what gives you some intimacy (we were there in january).

The blankets weren't washed/changed before our use, there was no hot water in the morning and barely some in the evening. Wifi isn't the fastest one in the world, but yeah... we are on vacation and on the island... not a tragedy at all :)
