Meravigliosa scoperta al centro di Lucca.

Lo stile della struttura é molto suggestivo in una magnifica cornice di un palazzo antico al centrissimo della città. Lo staff meravigliosamente accogliente.

perfect for our overnight stay in Lucca

decor, exceptional breakfast, warm hospitality, central location, parking facility

only that our own GPS kept sending us the wrong way... check and print off the hotel directions.

Great Central Lucca stay!

Room was very well finished, exceptionally clean and very well maintained. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfasts were great! Very central location.

Only downside with such a central location was noise in morning from street cleaning, deliveries etc. However this was only a minor detail.

We would recommend this to anyone wanting to visit Lucca.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely, with a choice of eggs made to order each morning. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, the building has lots of character, and the location was ideal for us.

The only thing that could have improved our stay would be a small fridge in our room.

location was excellent, as staff arraigned parking for our car close to the hotel. the breakfast each morning was awesom

Lucca is a beautiful and tranquil city. Staying here made it even better!!!

Best value in Lucca.

The location was fabulous. Our room was really comfortable, with a great shower. Breakfast was very good, with nice continental selection, and eggs prepared if you wished. The absolute best we’re the hosts: can’t say enough good things about the care and attention we received, especially from Deborah. She arranged reservations for wonderful restaurants, gave good advice about things to see, and was so cheerful and pleasant. Everything was more than expected. Will be happy to return.

Delightful boutique BnB in the heart of old town Lucca.

I can give this place a 10/10 with no hesitation. Easy to find, great communication (as long as you give a heads up when you are arriving- after hours checkin is available with notice), the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast! WOW! The manager of La Boheme is a gem, and she’s the kind of person who thinks of all the details to make your stay memorable and special. Wish we could’ve stayed longer than 2 nights but there’s always next time!

Exceptional

Beautifully appointed room and comfortable bed. Hosts were top notch, very welcoming and made us feel at home. Excellent communication, easy check in/out.. Each morning we enjoyed a delicious full breakfast prepared by very cheerful host, Deborah. Highly recommend!!

Note: WiFi not reliable due to the beautiful, thick walls of this lovely hotel.

Amazing location inside the walls of old/historic Lucca. So convenient for exploring the city with a home base for respite and restrooms. Hosts was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was very good. Room was beautiful and fit with the old-town vibe (massive main entrance door, cool skeleton keys). Would definitely stay here again if we are able to make it back!

Staff seemed (understandably) a little burnt out from tourist season.

A million thanks to the staff

Extremely kind and helpful staff. They helped me start my car when I found it with an empty battery in the morning. Help with electric cables came within minutes. It was most appreciated. A million thanks!

The room was nice, roomy and spacious but not very much heated.

Excellent location, quiet room as requested. Comfortable. Very good breakfast with omelette. Friendly and helpful staff. Readily advised on good restaurants and things to see/do in Lucca.

Right in the heart of the city, the staff was very accommodating, clean, very nice buffet style breakfast. The staff will also prepare eggs to your liking and coffee. Most of all, the location was great!

Superb

Room was clean and up to date. The staff was friendly and helpful in suggesting a great restaurant and making a booking for us. We liked the concert too. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious with eggs made to order.

Parking was available but we were unable to use it because we couldn't locate space. But we used the parking outside the walls and it was easy to access the hotel. We would recommend this hotel to friends. 5 stars!!!

Really lovely stay with great hosts

We had the family room, which was fabulous, and used the garage nearby (extra charge but well worth it). Great location near the center of Lucca. So very friendly and helpful - especially a nice touch to stop by a gluten-free bakery every morning and bring a fresh, different pastry for my partner. Really enjoyed staying here!

The location was excellent, & the breakfast good, & the room was large, comfortable & quiet. All of the staff were extremely friendly & helpful & although this was not important to us, as Italian speakers, spoke a number of languages.

Fantastic!

Fantastic location in the heart of historic Lucca with plenty of restaurants and shops just around the corner. All the main historic sites in walking distance. Great breakfast. Very friendly owners and staff with good tips where to go and eat.

Really had a nice experience and would like to stay here in the future.

The property was very clean, in a quiet (but very central location), and the host was very kind (helpful and even prepared us a nice coffee and breakfast). I would definitely stay here again.
