Amazing Treehouse (lucky upgrade), very kind staff, amazing breakfast, very good food and outstanding service. Nice activities (kajak, yoga), very close to "paradise"
everything was perfect
4.0 / 5.0

The resort it’s ok but too far away from everything 20-30min drive by car to arrive somewhere to buy something if you need or to go out to eat because their food is average we tried 70% of the menu and if you want to do a pizza take away from another restaurant in the same resort same owner etc they don’t do take away to eat in the room or at the beach and for the italian restaurant you need to book in advance. The staff real nice but the policy of the resort need some change in my opinion (hope it’s only me).
The staff come twice a day in your room to do some stuff and one day they forgot my door open (window door) and in another day they left unlocked the slide window doors (were locked by me before to leave the house) basically everyone could into my house (not staff member),If you are afraid of spiders bats reptile etc it’s not for you at one night i had a bat in my bedroom just gone when i open the light i was lucky that it was open the slide door. The roof of the house is not sealed so you can get anything inside. Swiming pool close at 7pm.

OMG, what is not to love about this hidden gem on a fairly remote Island! To the view from the ride over, from the beach, from the room. This plane was like stepping into a brochure ad for Paradise. Clean facilities, amazing staff, great food and drinks. Hammocks, beach chairs, poolside chairs, pool waterfall. I utilized the Spa services and was very happy with my experience. They had a bonfire evening with hors d'oeuvres and cocktails. Your first one was free! I would give 20 star rating if I could.
I love it all. Not one bad thing to say. There was some construction but they were considerate about the noise. It's good to see them working on upgrades.

Beautiful beach and really lovely staff
Air conditioner in room was exceedingly loud and also very isolated, the local town wasn’t great!

Accommodating staff in construction period
Massage are too expansive for what it is

Views and room
Very very cut off from the rest of the island - which is very frustrating, food was average and overpriced, there was loud construction going on through the day by the beach and the pool. Room wouldn’t cool well enough or fast enough.

We liked the views from our villa and the breakfast was very lovely.
We were sad about the big pool under renovation, the jellyfish in the sea and the that there was no little shop near the resort for snacks.

If one resort can have a name "paradise" then this is the one. Professional and friendly staff, exotic atmosphere, great food and cocktails fabulous room with pool and billion dollar sunrise view.

Paradise is set in a beautiful location on a private beach surrounded by cliffs. The resort was well maintained and aesthetic. The superior studio was spacious with lovely decor. Our room package included a yoga class and a boat trip to Pak Bia Island which were good. Some beautiful tropical wildlife found on the island. Perfect place for couples who want to relax in the resort only. Excellent breakfast. The food at the Seafood terrace was nice, accompanied by a live singer. Cocktails were delicious, happy hour twice a day was welcomed.
Not easy/cheap to get to the resort! Resort's transfer service is expensive (1500 baht per person, one way) and the only other way is ferry then private taxi (around 800 baht for 2 people).
Not easy to get anywhere from the resort. A couple of beaches are walkable but not easy routes. The resort/public taxi charge high prices to get to other locations.
Only 2 restaurants at the resort. The cheaper restaurant (seafood terrace) and bars were still around 3x price of other restaurants/bars in Thailand, but this was to be expected given secluded location. Every price also had a compulsory 7% tax + 10% service charge.

Beautiful natural and private rooms/gardens. Aircon GREAT, WiFi GREAT. LOVE the no plastics policy, plenty of glass bottled water supplied and water refilling station at main reception. Lots of stairs if you are not staying in one of the beachfront rooms but small golf buggy type electric vehicles to transport to your room if you are not up to the walk. Very relaxed atmosphere and staff are a credit to the hotel, always greet you with a happy smile and hello and go above and beyond to help you. Root restaurant at Treehouse absolutely beautiful food and well worth the prices. Not much more price than at Paradise restaurant. Breakfast buffet ok. Spa very tranquil and ok, offer different daily specials but paying more like Western prices and not the best massages we’ve had in Thailand.
Had to request milk in room for coffee, wasn’t restocked with mini bar check each day.
website advertises themed buffet nights but did not have any in the 6 days we were there. No live entertainment as advertised , although we did go in May - low season.
Communication could be better- got a note one night to say the pool and main restaurant would be closed that night for renovation for the next month. So glad we were leaving the next day as the pool and restaurant the main beautiful attraction on the beachfront. concreting dust everywhere in the air. No notification on their booking website warning visitors of renovation and no pool for use. Would have been really pissed if just arriving to that with no warning.

Beautiful setting, extremely attentive staff. Nice isolated beach, although a shame about the jelly fish! Quiet at night.
Very pricey for Thailand but to be expected in its secluded location.
Our room had a smell of drains.

This was the biggest disappointment in our 3 week island hop in Thailand.
Firstly - the views and location are sublime, it's definitely paradise! And thankfully this helped us get through the 3 nights there. We booked 4 but checked out a night earlier! As we were that unhappy!
Secondly - Pew, the darling assistant manager who listened to our list of issues was very professional and friendly. She really cared and understood. She gets 5 stars from us. The ladies in the restaurant were also friendly and so sweet!
Although they refunded us for the last night, I was very torn about writing a review! Being in the travel industry, I felt it was my responsibility.
This was the biggest cost of our hard earned holiday. I thought it's important for all to know as I would hate any one to experience the same. So here goes!
1. The aircon did not work. It blew very little cool air! May temperatures in Thailand are over 30 degrees daily and humidity is a killer! No one wants to sleep in hot humid weather! We complained immediately, the 'engineer' came and said it wasn't working properly so he would bring us a fan. As the heat was horrific, I was sick from a blowing fan on my back all night. And it made very little difference! It made us leave a night earlier, we were happy to lose 6700tbh. That's how bad it was! The ceiling fan above was so old hardly worked!
2. The bed. This bed was shocking. It was like sleeping on a slab of cement. Hard as a rock. When I checked the actual bed, the mattress was filfy and very old. They put a mattress protector over the hard bed to try make it softer! After night one, we suffered back ache!
3. Food & Drink : the food was average, nothing absolutely out of this world yet the dishes you would normally pay, cost 3 times more! We spoke to many of the guests and everyone could not believe the prices! 410 tbh for a margerita pizza? The drinks also very expensive!
4. Service, room service was a hit and miss.

It truely is a paradise. Palm fringed gold sand beach looking over a fantastic islands view and lounging back in a deck chair in the evening with a mojito in hand. Very nice.
Lots of sand flies, we were bitten constantly, we always needed apply and reapply insect repellant, the resort even needed to smoke the gardens one day. I was quite disappointed there was no gym, especially when you are there for an extended stay. I think they could also do better with the restaurant given you are captive to the resort, fresh fish barbecue would be a good idea and menu specials rather than just an unchanging menu. Also make sure you take the resorts expensive direct private ferry as getting there by public ferry and taxi is difficult and long over really rough roads.

Big scam does not respect tourists look at the comments on google maps and you will know exactly what it is.
very nice picture but it is not the reality
You are in an open air prison. Can't even stay on the beach because of sand flea. I mosquito infested. had booked for two nights, I left after the first night.Does not refund the second night.room at 2500 baht ask for better service.3 hours to fill the jacuzzi.the air conditioning does not adjust You are held hostage by the tariffs.I have resided in Thailand for 24 years. This is the worst hotel I have found.I don't recommend it for anything in the world. It is a taxi tourist trap 11 km in 800 bats for 2 people.Bangkok Pattaya airport 1000 baht for 150 km. No activities to do at the hotel. Cannot swim in the sea because of Medusa. Trap Tourist you would have many more cheaper hotels on Phuket Patong with better service and better

The location is amazing. The name paradise is well deserved.
Like most resorts in Thailand, also this resort requires some renovations and upgrades. The staff is very friendly, however, they really strogele with English communication.
Despite all of this the location, the limited number of guests, and the basic comforts the resort provides makes it it a great place to visit.

Everything about this place was awesome, the location, the vibe, the facilities, we had a beach villa with a private pool which my daughter loved. Large outdoor space, with table bar, swinging sofa. I was happy for my daughter to wander around in safety with the wonderful friends she made there. We had the best time and I can highly recommend this place to anyone, especially to families.

Paradise beach is a must see location off grid but all accessible speed boat 🚤 loved our stay only short 1 night but heaven on earth 🌎 thanks

The location and nature. It was nice and quiet. Loved the animals on the island, lizards, birds…Nice swimming pool. Very friendly chef at the Italian restaurant. The food was good. Good breakfast.
It is very warned out. It needs new make over. You can swim in the sea in the afternoon. The water is to far away and very shallow till 12:00 Otherwise very relaxing beach.
You only can eat at the resorts restaurant. They charge extra service charge and vat on the top of the menu prices 17% which is very weird.
The evening buffet is not worth the money, it is better to order ala crate.

You cannot fault the location. The Paradise resort is located in a beautiful part of Ko Yao Noi. The biggest asset of the resort are the staff, always helpful & always smiling.
The rooms were a little disappointing, they really need investment and a refresh. The jacuzzi in our bathroom ran out of hot water and the controls were old & difficult to work. Also the bedrooms were tight in size but the bathrooms huge with lots of wasted space. The choice of food was limited, quality wise it was good but not great.

everything. the staff was very attentive and welcoming, the activities that came with the room (amazing view with the yoga class) were superb, the food was delicious and we couldn’t get enough of the view from our room. this is the best resort we stayed in while in Thailand!
the sunbeds are in high demand especially since Germans like to use their tried and tested towel booking system. so early bird gets a spot

everything stunning about the property and location
I could list everything we did everything about this place is stunning complete paradise bit pricey for the plunge pool villa but you get what you pay for in life the pictures on booking.com don’t do this place justice it is magical

The swimming pool is very clean. rooms are very clean. Housekeeping is really good.
Food doesn't have many varieties. Maybe because it is an island and far from the markets? Prawns in my fried rice are not fresh.
4.0 / 5.0
The location is amazing, a real paradise. Very relaxing, the beach is beautiful. Perfect for couple or families.
The staff does not speak well English, it was difficult to communicate.
The island hoping tour is overpriced, but Tan the guide was really nice.
