Everything was great. Dana and the gentleman who assisted us during check-in were exceptionally friendly. The cleaner of our room and almost all the staff were very nice. After my holiday, I contacted the hotel to get copies of some medical receipts, and Dana was very helpful in providing what I needed.

We had a great stay and ended up extending for a couple more days.
The food was nice and I loved the variety!
You can snorkel right at the beach at end of the marina, there are a few nice spots, specially to the right of the marina but it depends on the weather.
Over all the stay was nice, the staff was nice, the facility is huge and I definitely would recommend it!

Die Auswahl an den Frühstücksbuffets in den Restaurants war sensationell und sehr lecker! Auch das Mittag- und Abendessen war ausgezeichnet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben unsere Urlaubswoche in vollen Zügen genossen und uns sehr gut erholt. Nächstes Jahr kommen wir bestimmt wieder!

Сервис в отеле на очень высоком уровне. Почти весь персонал говорит на русском и английском языках. Отдельно отмечу Мохамеда, который помогал с заселением и во время нашего нахождения в отеле. Оставил личный номер и был готов помочь по любым вопросам, даже тем, что не в его компетенциях
Не при каких обстоятельствах не открывайте окна в номере. Я за полчаса случайно напустил 15 комаров. Убивал целые сутки вперёд. И это с 3 фумигаторами, которые был вынужден купить, чтобы иметь возможность поспать

The wifi is on deal-braker level bad. Mediocre gym. Tables in the appartment were to low to sit at them if your are 180cm or higher. No proper deep pool to swim in.

Food was exceptional, we really enjoyed the 5 different main restaurants specially the italian restaurant. the idea of serving food from 5AM till 12:00 midnight is amazing.

Konumu harika çalışanlar çok temiz ve saygılı Hurgadaya çocuklu geleceklerin başka otel aramasına gerek yok havuzların neredeyse hepsi ısıtmalı ve aktiviteler son derece güzel . Dışarı çıkınca pazar tam karşınızda ki zaten biz sadece 2 defa çıktık o da alışveriş için . Otel içi boat shuttle çok keyifliydi tekrar geldiğimizde başka yer aramaya gerek yok herkese çok teşekkür ederiz.

Some servers are very serious, unfriendly. The towel card at the beach is a bad idea. I forgot my card one day and they wouldn’t give me a towel although I offered them to leave my driver’s license for insurance.

Everything. All the aspects are perfect. The room is too spacious with an amazing quite sea view which made our stay so enjoyable. The food and its variety is beyond amazing. The night shows and the mini disco for kids was very entertaining. The staff is so friendly , receptionists Ahmed el eryan and mahmoud knows how to delight their customers on arrival and departure.
Thanks to the whole team and would definitely stay at Dana beach every-time i go to hurghada.

Востаннє я була в Єгипті 14 років тому, в іншому готелі, де до моря потрібно було іти пів дня, а з їстівного були фініки та кока-кола. Тому великих сподівань на цей відпочинок я не покладала. Готель вразив надзвичайно: нас заселили у шикарний номер на березі моря з власною терасою, ванною за склом і окремим душем схожим на хамам. На території 5 ресторанів: кухні різних країн, і вони дійсно цьому відповідали. Нам особливо сподобався азійський та єгипетський. Їжа смачна та свіжа: піта з печі, свіжі соки, стигле манго… Персонал відповідає рівню готеля: запитують про потреба та побажання, посміхаються, приносять напої, переставлять лежаки. Дочка подумала, що забула телефон коло видачі рушників, зі 1 хв. біля нас був охоронець, чи все ОК. Чудова анімаційна команда: якісна йога, веселі бачата та танець живота. Ввечері цікаві шоу програми, конкурси та жива музика. Мрію повернутися туди знову!

Wir haben ein Upgrade bekommen und somit ein wunderbares Zimmer. Dies war sehr großzügig aufgeteilt in 2 separate Räume mit Betten, ohne Zwischentür.
Die Anlage ist sehr groß, was zu Anfang etwas erschreckend wirkt, allerdings verläuft sich dies wieder.
Das Hotel war wahrscheinlich nicht voll ausgelastet, deshalb kann ich keine Einschätzung geben wie es im Ausgebuchten Zustand ist. Der Strand war okay, aber auch hier denke ich wird es etwas eng bei voller Auslastung. Man kann allerdings auf einen von 3 Pools zurückgreifen, mit Kindern sogar auf einen sehr schönen Kinderpool mit Wasserspielplatz.
Was uns sehr aufgefallen ist, alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hilfe bei der Liegensuche und Wahl am Strand kam immer sofort. Service egal wo war Hervorragend. Ob Strand, Pool oder Restaurant es gab immer super schnell Getränke.
Ebenfalls war alles sehr sauber. Jeden Tag wurden alle Nassbereiche (Poolbereiche) komplett gereinigt. Zimmer sowieso. Die Anlage ist super gepflegt und begrünt.
Das Frühstück war überschaubar, allerdings findet jeder etwas von herzhaft bis süß. Gerne alternative Milch wie Soja oder Hafer. Das Porridge war etwas dünn :(. Der O-Saft war eigentlich nur Wasser mit Zucker. Da könnte man etwas auf Qualität achten um noch mehr zu punkten.
Beim Abendessen kann man zwischen verschiedenen Buffetrestaurants wählen, wie z.B. Italiener, Asiate oder Orientalisch zusätzlich gibt es noch 2 große Buffetrestaurants ohne spezielles Thema.

Na pláži pracovníci hotelu v žlutých tričkach vydávali plážové osušky: za peníze dobré kvality, ale bez peněz host dostal osušku, která vypadala mnohem hůř, než muj starý hadr na umývání podlahy: opotřebováná, špinavá, smrdící, stará hadra s dírami. Chlap, vydávající osušky by si měl uvědomit, že toto není jeho kšeft, ale hosté platí za hotel nemalé peníze a očekávají za to čistou osušku na pláži, ale ne zatuchlý zapáchající hadr.

Had the most amazing 8 days in Pickalbatross Dana beach resort. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth, and when you have a 1 year old, it really does ease the stress. We arrived late, Ashraf at reception recieved us, told us to go grab some dinner whilst he kindly sorted all the paperwork out. We had a lovely 2 bedroom family apartment and it really felt like home.
I have to say, this place is absolutely spotless. They're constantly cleaning. The food also was delicious, I honestly cannot fault it. There's a variety of restaurants to choose from hence why we didn't really need to leave the resort, everything we needed, we had at the resort.
Accessibility is great, we have a pram and there were ramps and lifts everywhere so we never got stuck, we were able to get to all the places Dana beach had to offer.
Highly recommend this hotel, and we are definitely coming back here again next year!

First thing once you arrive don’t expect a welcome drink as i didn’t get anyone welcoming me at the reception even that i drove six hours, second thing I’ve booked twin beds deluxe sea view, i got checked in a king bed room, i’ve got no information from the person checked me in about the facility of the hotel or the entertainment program at all, however after two nights of issues and bad experience I’ve complained and i got in contact with Mr Ali el sayed, and he handled everything from there he added another bed for my daughter, after I complained that the sofa bed is making my daughter have pain in her back, he listened to all the issues that I’ve faced personally and tried to solve it and make our stay more comfortable and pleasant thanks to him, regular staff that deal with guests like waiters needs more training to learn how to treat guests with smile no matter nationality of the guest, some staff were showing bad attitude when they deal with Egyptian guests, personally i had lots of issues dealing with waitress there are two waitress one in food court handling the outdoor area his attitude was very lame and made me sick to stomach the other one handling the kids aquarium pool with scowling face, others you can feel that they are tired of working and make you feel guilty for asking for drinks, maybe if they hired more waitress and reduced the working hours they will have better attitude with smily face, but you can’t blame guests for ordering drinks they are only there to relax and enjoy their time and paying lots of money for that, and boat staff were not looking for safety at all letting lots of guests getting into the boat, and you can’t blame the guests because there are only two boats in the day time and only one at night so you can imagine the waiting time to transfer from point to another, Food and restaurants needs a loooot of improvements and quality, chef Wagdy one of the few there that will seek your feedback about the food and check that you’re...
