ideal für zwei bis drei nächte in ponta delgada

zentrale lage in der altstadt, nur wenige schritte von der igreja de matriz. geräumige und saubere zimmer.

parkieren schwierig. bad/dusche, bspw. duschbrause, hätte mehr pflege verdient. frühstück durchschnittlich.

One night stay at hotel do collegio

The staff was amazing specially the guy and girl at the front desk (can't remember their names) they were so friendly and helpful. Definitely will recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great place to stay!

Great staff, offered advice on what to see and do. Assisted with early checkout and provided a breakfast box to go. Rooms were amazing. The location is perfect for walking to attractions.

A pleasant stay in Ponta Delgada

Location is central so you can walk around the city easily

The breakfast was poor and repetitive, the room was not cleaned well each day, there were missing toiletries, and had things that did not work properly

The size of the room was great and the staffwere super friendly and helpful. Great breakfast (though the same everyday - no variation).

The bathroom! It smelt like a hospital and had shower curtains instead of a screen. There was a lack of personal touches - what I'd probably describe as a feminine touch. For example the only mirror was in the bathroom and there was no plug so styling hair was not possible and it wasn't for a lack of space. There was also just a shampoo/soap dispenser and not a very inviting warm room. This wasn't the typical 4 star hotel in this regard. It was functional but not in any way cosy or inviting.

A gem of a place...!

This hotel is a little gem...! Staff are friendly and helpful. The room that we were in was spacious and spotless. We didn't use the pool as it was Feb however it looked great. The hotel is walking distance to amenities. The breakfast is amazing..lots of local produce....!

Wonderful place

We stayed 10 days and we felt dally well in this hotel : central, clean and staff is really helpful The restaurant is good although it is Japanese cuisine which is surprising The building itself is very beautiful

You could add a kettle in the room to make tea or coffee (suggestion)

Highly recommend this newly renovated and centrally located hotel with good breakfast and friendly staff

Very centrally located, great breakfast, friendly staff who helped with reserving a taxi and packing my breakfast since my flight was early in the morning.

The Wi-Fi did not work properly at times but everything else was good: clean room and bathroom, consistent breakfast and well-trained staff knowledgeable about the island and how to spend your time effectively when you are on a short trip.

Room was very nice/comfortable and spacious. Good bathroom with all the necessary stuff. Friendly/helpful staff. Very good location. Everything was really good.

We think breakfast fell a bit short when compared to the rest of the experience. Quality was good but we felt it might need a bit more variety.

Rooms are good, but bathroom could benefit from refurbishing.

Superb

Great location. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean. Breakfast was wonderful. They had books that guests could take away! Street parking available. Pool looked inviting.

We could hear voices during the night. Room 117. I think sound carried through the air vent? I always travel with earplugs. Reading light wasn't great.

Beautiful spot for PD!

Super comfortable, nice balcony overlooking the old town streets, big pool and beautiful furnishings! The staff were all incredibly helpful and kind

Nothing, we loved it! Not a big fan of parking in the underground garage they have 🤣 it’s a pretty tight squeeze and my anxiety was pretty high but the staff helped guide us in/out and we didn’t damage the rental car 😅😂
