Für eine Nacht in Ordnung.

Alles Sauber, Super freundliches Personal beim Einchecken und beim Frühstück. Recht günstig im Preis.

Zimmer lag zur lauten Straße, Betten sehr hart und unbequem.

Jó elhelyezkedés, pár percre a kikötőtől és a városközponttól. Nagyon kedves személyzet!😊 Kényelmes ágyak, tisztaság. Minden nap takarítottak és adtak tiszta törölközőt. A közelben ingyen parkolási lehetőség van.

Reggelivel kértük a szállást ami minden nap ugyanaz volt. A kínálat lehetne változatosabb.🤔

Perfect choice for travelling to São Miguel

Very welcoming and helpful staff, nice breakfast, good location (walkable distance to the city center and bus stations), tidy room with all amenities. Everything was perfect! I can recommend this place.

Easily recommend Residencial D. João III to any traveller!

Don't let the outside fool you it's what inside that counts. I stayed at Residential D. João III for my last night on the island and was pleasantly impressed. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and care has been taken to update where needed. I can easily recommend Residencial D. João III to any traveller!

White and clean.

Hotel had a free parking on the street near by. Room was white, clean, basic and ideal for praying or meditation :) Breakfast was good and breakfast lady was so nice to prepare us an early breakfast in the kitchen.

Hotel's outside door is terrifying.

Great place better keys please

Clean and friendly staff . ok location. Nice restaurant nearby

The key we were given didn't work properly. We got stuck outside not able to get back in at night when we told the staff they said oh yes it is bad I think they need to sort this urgently. Try it out before the reception staff leave

Excellent Value for money.

Good value for money. Staff is very friendly and helpful (they are always ready to help us). My bedroom was very clean and spacious. Excellent Azorean breakfast and the Hotel is well located only a few minutes walking from Ponta Delgada downtown. I recommend you all.

Amazing, helpful staff (including the owner who agreed to keep our some of our belongings safe - and he in fact did!), rich and tasty breakfast, the room was clean and nice. A/C provided.

It is a bit noisy with windows open during the daytime.

Simple but cozy. Perfectly clean!

It's a simple place, don't expect any luxuries. With that said, the room and its WC were spotlessly clean. Breakfast was also simple but the coffee was great and the bread was fresh. The location is great, being close enough to downtown that you can walk, but far enough that there's easy parking all around the hotel.

The mattress could be retired, but it wasn't terrible. Breakfast could use a little more variety, even for a simple place like this. Fresh fruit and/or eggs would be welcome. The bed linen had an unusually strong scent.

Perfect choice

Everything was just perfect, the staff is very friendly and helpful, we were helped to have a breakfast even though we checked out very early. The room is very clean and you have everything you need. Breakfast is very good, simple, but it's tasty and enough till lunch. Location is very comfortable, close to the seafront, and it's super quiet at nights

Might be a bit noisy from the neighbors, as the tvs are located next to the bed wall in another room

Very good

Ricardo was very friendly and helpful, we could check in at late hours and he called us a taxi to go to the airport in the morning. Breakfast was very good and abundant.

The location of the hotel is not the best, since it is located in the crossing of two big roads and that's why the room was quite noisy during the night as well.

I would like to say big thanks to the place and to people that hosted me. Actually, the room was much better than I expected! Very clean, comfortable bed and full or natural light! In the night it was very quiet and I never slept better! I definitely will book again! Location is great, just next to the waterfront and walking distance from the city center.

Lovely attending staff, imo a bit overpriced for what you get.

Staff - lovely, genuine, friendly and simply awesome! Ladies working there are angels. Much appreciated! Location - plenty of free street parking around and few mins walk to the centre Cleanliness - perfectly clean place + daily service

Wifi - absolutely terrible and unreliable (slow, often dropping, or not working at all) Bed - Description said double bed but these were just two single beds merged together, that is not a double bed although it was comfortable (firm). Breakfast - very poor choice, just bread rolls with butter ham/cheese and yoghurt with granola. Some vegetables/eggs would be a really nice addition as it gets dull after 2 days.
