Breakfast was good overall, but limited choice of fresh fruit and no pastries available when I was there. The room was clean but could have done with a bit of TLC. The location was good. A short walk to the railway station and town centre. Car parking available at the vack of the venue.
The venue overall was in need of some TLC. Perhaps our stay was before any decoration or update? T he owners need to check their crockery for cleanliness after removing from the dishwasher and to check for cracks and chips.

Breakfast was very good great choice of cereal and good service
Only fault was climbing stairs to get too our room as we were elderly and disabled

AMBIANCE
OUR ROOM WAS VERY SMALL AND THE BED WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. I WAS ALSO CHARGED £20 TO PARK MY CAR FOR 6 DAYS. THE GUEST HOUSE WAS NICE LOOKING AND LOCATION WAS OK BUT I WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN.
3.9
Check in was easy, room was cozy, location was good as it was in easy walking distance to restaurants.
Being on a busy street, there was a lot of traffic so if you are a light sleeper, this may be a minor issue.

Friendly staff and good breakfast.
Very small room but good value for money on a budget trip.

Very clean and tastefully presented room which was warm and fresh. Comfortable beds and nice warm modern en-suite with shower. Very pleasant attentive owners. Good variety of food at breakfast which was well cooked and presented. Parking round the back but space at front to unload/load when you arrive/leave. Pretty garden down to the river.
The twin bedded room was a little cramped.

Staff are amazing and breakfast was delicious. Convenient location for drivers as it is close to the Glenn Nevis and on the road across to Glasgow. Room was of good size and bed was comfortable.
Nothing much really. You get what you paid for, which is a good standard as far as BnB go.

The breakfast was very good and heary. Toasts, Eggs, Hashbrowns were served. We spend only one passing night on our road trip. Basic rooms but clean. The hosts were very nice and welcoming

The accommodation was very good and the staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, and I certainly slept well.
It was a little way out from the main part of town, but that's not really a complaint.

Great central location and wonderful reception by Laura, who tried to arrange everything we needed or asked for, understanding our needs, and even booked us dinner in a lovely place nearby. She told us lots of stories, advices for our next day and was so friendly, making us feel at home! Thank you so much to Laura and her husband - we'll remember this stay for a long time!
Nothing I can put my finger on, really. The building is old and has some noise when you move around, but nothing to do about it!

It looked inviting from the outside. The hosts (Alex and Lorna) were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. They were more than happy to check us in early so we could get to the Jacobite Steam Train on time, which meant a lot to us. The room was really big and nice and warm and the breakfast was plentiful.
The bathroom was a little on the small side, and the mirror was on the opposite side of the wall to the sink, making a wet shave interesting!

Friendly hosts. Good breakfast choices with cooked items tasty and hot.
Close to town within walking distance, 15-20 mins.
Excellent spot if you want to travel on the Jacobite steam railway, only 10 mins walk to station.

We loved the location, the friendly staff were great. our room was more than expected with lovely views of Ben Nevis range. The location is walking distance from centre of Fort William and perfect for the Jacobite Steam railway and Scot rail sleeper to London.
nothing to improve

Very friendly welcome on arrival. We were shown to our room which was clean and comfortable. The location is very good with only a relatively short walk into the centre of the town. Breakfast was well cooked and plentiful and certainly provided just what we needed before a long drive home.
