Ich würde wieder in diesem Hotel schlafen.

Es gibt einige Parkplätze auf dem Hotelgebäude. Trotz einer gleichzeitig mit einem Reisebus angereisten Gruppe bekamen wir die Zimmerschlüsse schnell an der Rezeption. Die Zimmer waren sauber, die Betten gut. Das Frühstücksbüfett war gut. Die Lage des Hotels passte auch, weil man zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten in der Einkaufsstraße und bei den Pubs war. Ich werde gerne wieder dort übernachten.

Die warmen Speisen des Frühstücksbüfetts waren nur "warm". Vielleicht wäre jemand mit der Erwartung, heiße Speisen (Speck, Würstchen, Kartoffelecken) vorzufinden, etwas enttäuscht.

To be fair… Can’t really fault it.

Cracking hotel for 3* rating. Location great. Room was fab with plenty of sockets with usb’s everywhere. Breakfast good. Would definitely use again.

We stood in front of the receptionist for what seemed like 5 minutes before acknowledgement. A bit odd!

over priced hotel

paid extra for a lake veiw, that actually overlooked the carpark with the lake in the distance! very over priced for a standard hotel. we had problems getting a taxi so asked reception to help and was handed a list of numbers and told to call them ourselves! would I recommend, no stay at the Premier Inn its nearer the train station and shops.

Lovely...beautiful stop on our way through the Highlands, and only a short walk to town

We left an item in the room, and the staff were so helpful in posting it on to another hotel for us. Greatly appreciated. Room was very comfortable, just a little challenging with our luggage on stairs.

A pleasant place to stay with a nice outlook and good location.

The location was ideal and I enjoyed a really nice meal in the hotel bar. The decor is outdated but on the other hand it was homely.

I was lucky to secure a parking spot but it could be tricky if you missed out given the location in a busy road with no street parking. The breakfast was so-so and the location of the lift was inconvenient especially with a heavy bag in tow.

Das Haus hat Charme, ist aber in die Jahre gekommen. Das Zimmer (3-Bett für Zwei) war in Ordnung aber nichts Besonderes. Gutes Full Scottish Breakfast vom Buffet, der Rest eher Mittelklasse. Parkplatz vor dem Haus, der aber nicht garantiert werden konnte, dann aber doch verfügbar war. Fußläufig zum Zentrum gelegen. Unterm Strich ok im Sinne eines Gasthauses aber nicht günstig.

It was ok but disappointing.

It looked nice from the front. If you’re eating in, go for the lamb Madras - that was very good.

Once inside, the whole thing was like a tired version of a travel lodge or similar. The most dispiriting thing was making a cup of tea at breakfast using a tea bag, a very small cup and the hot (not boiling) water from the coffee machine. Small things can make a big difference. A pot of tea would’ve been lovely. Cups in rooms were also very small. I imagine that most visitors, having spent a day outdoors around Fort William, would appreciate a hot drink in a big mug.

Nice place but bring ear plugs!

The breakfast was good. A mixture of cold and hot foods.

The rooms were not sound proof and you could hear everything happening in the surrounding rooms, all night. The restaurant prices were quite high, there are plenty of more affordable restaurants within a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

Wouldn’t stay again. Not worth the money paid!

Location was great. Room looked clean.

The room was small. Honeymoon couple in a twin room. No fridge in the room. It had a strange smell in the room like damp. Staff not very attentive. Breakfast was awful, stone cold and there was no bacon.

Lovely room overlooking the loch, had to pay a bit more, but worth it. Plenty of parking. Very comfortable Hipnos bed! 15 minute walk to town centre and pubs, restaurants and shops. Excellent buffet breakfast. Staff polite and helpful.

The rooms were comfortable, bathroom was new and clean. Great location, 5 min into town and overlooking the water. Breakfast had a nice selection.

Some areas need renewing, like the breakfast room. The carpeting is definitely not sanitary in an eating area.

Very disappointing, room way too small, over priced, terrible breakfast

The hotel is in a great location.

The room would be one of the smallest I have ever stayed in before, it was like a box, and the price of the room was very expensive. The breakfast was terrible, no bread left, no eggs left, no mushrooms left, not even water in a jug. Very disappointed with this Hotel and I NEVER do a bad review.

Great place to stay

It's a great hotel for a single traveller. Breakfast and coffee machine awesome. Lovely staff, good fish and chips dinner. Thank you, I'll be back!

Good location, great staff and food, soundproofing between rooms is terrible!

wonderful staff, particularly the receptionist whose name I sadly did not catch. Friendly, professional, both at reception and at breakfast. Breakfast was excellent, hot food, a plentiful supply and a surprisingly nice quiet atmosphere. My bedroom was comfortable, a decent size, and the shower was fantastic.

As others have noted, the soundproofing in this hotel is horrific. I was able to hear the conversations, detailed conversations of the people next door to me, and it's only thankful that I had to be up very early as on my second morning, so were the two people who lay in bed talking to each other from 7am. I was there during a quiet period, but I imagine that during the busy summer months it must be an utter nightmare trying to sleep with people coming and going at all hours.

Brilliant would stay again

Great hotel, food always hot in the evening. Just a short walk into town.

The breakfast has a good full English breakfast which is self service but was only ever warm did’t matter what time we went in.
