Lovely family stay

Lovely place to stay from management to staff you feel home from home Big thanks to all hard working catering staff include their manager breakfast team and diner Big thanks to room service( oumaima and her colleague sorry I forgot her name ) Mounir and Omar and all porters reception staff And a big thanks to Jamila at spa ( chokran bzaff). Très beau parc aquatique, grande chambre avec literie confortable, personnel gentil et serviable

Un très beau séjour ! Accueil chaleureux

Accueil chaleureux .C'était comme une grande famille à l' écoute . Beaucoup d' attention ..très propre les chambres et le personnel chaleureux. ..un grand merci a Rachida ( femme de chambre )qui a été adorable tous le long du séjour ainsi que toute l'équipe de la restauration/ du bar / de la réception.

De kinderen vonden het super en wij hebben daardoor ook een aantal leuke dagen beleefd!

Het aantal glijbanen is fantastisch voor kinderen van alle leeftijden (wij hebben kids van 7,11&13 jaar). Het all incl eten is heel goed, voor ieder wat wils en meer dan genoeg keus. De kamer was prima en schoon. Het personeel was meer dan vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

De bedden zijn ietwat hard (waar mijn man dan wel weer heel blij mee was). De hammam royale behandeling viel mij (heel erg) tegen. Verder niets op aan te merken!

Bardzo slaba jakosc serwisu sprzatajacego pokoje. Obsluga hotelu bardzo mila- ale bardzo slabo orientujaca sie w tym co w hotelu jest, co dziala w jakich godzinach itp. Bez szans na dodzwonienie sie z pokoju na recepcje. Bardzo slaba przestrzen restauracyjna- klimat ze stolowki pracowniczej

Geweldig tot volgend jaar!!!

Super kamer, personeel was heel gastvrij vooral Hiba. Wat een lieve meid was dat zeg. Het eten was heel lekker en uitgebreid. En het waterpark was ook geweldig

Activiteiten in de avond, er was niks te doen in de avond.. geen show.

Perfecto para ir en familia.

Comida infinita, para todos los gustos y variedades. Hecha al momento, desde tajines típicos (con opciones vegetarianas también!) hasta pizza, woks, sushi... increible. También usamos el bus gratuito que te lleva a la ciudad, muy conveniente y fácil (hay que reservar primero).

quizá las habitaciones necesitan un poco más de mantenimiento. La ventana de nuestra habitacion era vieja y cerraba mal, pero el resto bastante bien.

Tout, c'était exceptionnel. Nous sommes resté 4 jours du 20 au 23 septembre 2024, chambre 3311 il me semble avec une superbe vue sur les piscines et le jeux de golf, juste magique. L'hotel a été au delà de mes attentes, si je pouvais mettre 20/10 je le ferai car c'était mes meilleures vacances en famille avec nos enfants. Le personnel était vraiment formidable, d'une gentillesse extrême et toujours au petit soin et avec le sourire. Un grand merci à Mounir le responsable qui nous a acceuillis avec bienveillance et qui nous met à l'aise tout de suite. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

J'ai passé un excellent séjour, Les installations étaient impeccables et l'ambiance conviviale. Le personnel était attentif et toujours prêt à aider, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable, un grand merci à Mr. Youness🎖️ et Mr. Hamza🏅. Les activités proposées étaient variées et adaptées à tous les âges. Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour des vacances inoubliables 🤩🤩🤩

We had a wonderful time with our family, creating lasting memories that we will forever cherish. Everything was amazing—the facilities, entertainment, activities, and food. However, the highest praise goes to the staff, who consistently go above and beyond. Their genuine kindness and helpful nature are remarkable, without exception. A special thank you to Mr. Samir, who made sure we were always well taken care of. The resort is also conveniently located near various outside activities, which we booked and thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, it was one of the best summer holidays we’ve ever had with the kids!

I went to the spa and had a Moroccan hamman bath and a massage. It was the best massage and service I have ever received

The staff were excellent, very courteous and friendly. The food was amazing, facilities were top notch. The rides and water park was enjoyed to the full by the kids, there were cocktail spots at every corner, food was tasty and our overall experience was exceptional. There were activities in the many pools on the property, sometimes there were pool parties and the overall ambience was very appalling. My family had a fantastic time and would love to go back at some point.

Awesome

As a consultant and business owner, I enjoyed seeing how well managed and orgestrated everting was. There was enough staff to keep it clean and help the customers. There were many live guards, we even saw one in action, a small girl was in trouble under her matras and in a blink of an eye the lifeguard dived in the water not waiting to be sure, he took no risk and went for here 👌🏼

I have to dig, the only thing I didnt like was the behavior of a few guests. Some of the guests didn't know how to handle themselves with free alcohol, dividing their waist or how a uranari works.

Chouette moment partagés en famille

L équipe d animation ainsi que les activités proposées et les spectacles du soir étaient super. Ils sont très accueillant et sympathique.

L établissement n est pas très propre et bruyant durant la nuit. Au restaurant, pas une cuillère de service par plat et peu d hygiène. Nous avons toutefois pas été malade 😜 et avons bien mangé

Bon hôtel All Inclusive

Les repas pour un All Inclusive sont très bon et cuisine locale. Le personnel de l'hôtel est accueillant et souriant. En dehors du centre de marrakech et ressourçant. Navette gratuite attention "faux guide" à la sortie. Nous avons pu nous faire rembourser une excursion en partie car notre fils était malade merci à Nora.

Nous avons trouvé que les excursions étaient plutôt chères, bien mais pas exceptionnelle. Dans la vallée de l'Ourika "le guide" est également le serveur du restaurant. (Cependant très gentil). Liteie dure et chambre mal insonorisée ainsi que bruit de la clim et musique le soir forte.

Lekker eten, accommodatie waar voor ons geld

De kwaliteit van het eten was goed!

We hadden 2 dagen regen en het resort is niet echt uitgerust om daar goed mee om te gaan. De vloeren werden spekglad bijvoorbeeld en omdat het door de refen koud was wilde iedereen bij de maaltijden binnen zitten, waardoor er al gauw geen plek meer was.

A truly amazingly fun hotel for the whole family!!

This hotel is a kids paradise. The Aqua pools are huge and plentiful keeping kids fully entertained for hours. The family rooms are spacious and beautiful and the food is amazing. However the real gem of this hotel are the staff, I found every staff member to be incredibly helpful, friendly, happy and approachable. They really made our stay at this hotel an amazing experience.

Séjour exceptionnel dans un lieu inoubliable

Un grand MERCI pour ce séjour fabuleux. Dès le hall c’est un grand Wahou tellement c’est beau, grand et tellement magnifique.Toute l’équipe est exceptionnelle. De la réception à l’animation en passant par les serveurs durant les repas nous avons été accueilli comme des rois. Notre suite était incroyable. Merci aux dames de chambre pour la déco de fleurs chaque soir et les gourmandises déposées dans le salon. Merci au barman de la piscine pour sa gentillesse et ses cocktails. Les filles a l’accueil vous resterez dans nos cœurs. Ismaël reste comme tu es, on t’aime très fort. Un grand merci au responsable du restaurant et Monsieur le Directeur vous êtes un Grand Homme. Came to celebrate early 40th birthday and just relax and we did exactly that. Great location, everything on hand on site

Very clean and in a very serene location with no hustle and bustle. Food available was excellent at every meal time with nothing repeated during our stay. I’m sure we’ve oiled on a few pounds/kgs in the process!

Fabelaktig opplevelse for hele familien

Dette var over all forventning. Stedet, maten, fasiliteter og personale var fabelaktige. Variert og god mat, veldig familievennlig hotell, super aktiviteter i badeland, mange sklier som passer alle aldersgrupper. Vil spesielt takke Fatima Zahra og Rachida som rengjorde vårt rom og var super hyggelige. Ansatte som Fatima Zahra og Rachida er noe hotellet må ta vare på og de bør belønnes godt for sitt bidrag.

Rommene kunne vært større, vi bestilte large familie rom, det største rommet hotellet hadde. Sengene burde vært bedre, madrassene var altfor harde. Treningsrommet burde vært bedre, med flere apparater. Vi måtte klage på dårlig AC, men hotellet tok vår bekymring på alvor og løste problemet raskt.

Parfait rapport qualité prix en famille !

Personnels vraiment très accueillants, serviables qui se démènent pour faire tourner ce grand complex toute la journée. Vraiment tout le monde est au top ! Infrastructures idéales pour les familles avec enfants. C’est vraiment fait pour les familles avec enfants. Nourriture très bonne pour un all inclusive avec du choix, de la qualité et de la fraîcheur.

Emplacement un peu excentre mais des navettes gratuites à disposition. Ma chambre ne disposait pas de porte de douche mais c’est un détail. Les piscines extérieures ne sont pas chauffées. C’est à prendre en compte quand vous réservez en hiver /automne /printemps. Peu être proposer de l’eau pétillante dans les boisons :) Mais vraiment le rapport qualité prix est excellent.

J’y ai séjourné du 30octobre au 6novembre pour la 7ème fois et nous y retournerons c’est sur ☺️

Incroyable Aqua Parc Aquatique Les chambres ont étaient rénovées ce qui est fortement agréable (je parle des suites) L’immense gentillesse du personnel est juste magique ils font leur possible pour nous satisfaire et tout sa toujours avec le sourire

La nourriture assez répétitif Le jus d’orange au petit déjeuner couper à l’eau 😵‍💫 Sinon dans l’ensemble on trouve toujours de quoi remplir son assiette

Enjoyable stay. Small improvements would make it a great place to stay.

Good range of facilities, especially the water slides and the rooms were comfortable.

Some of the rooms were dated and small things around the hotel needed fixing/updating. The food was very repetitive, same every day and very limited for vegetarians.

Hôtel familiale.

Les différents proposition de repas. L'amabilité du personnel des femmes de ménages au personnel des restaurants. L'équipe d'animation au top pour les enfants. Et spectacle proposé tout les soirs.

Que les toboggans n'étaient disponibles aux heures d'ouverture et pas tous ouvert en même temps car en nettoyage ou il y avait un défaut. Les boues ne sont pas de bonne qualités. Le manque de respect de certains clients le soir mais cela l'hôtel n'y peut rien.
