I feel comfortable like I'm at home

The check-in process was extremely fast. I checked in at 8:15 and was in my room by 8:25. I was served breakfast upon early arrival, even though the first meal included in my package was lunch, without any additional cost. Multiple rooms were available for me to choose from. The rooms are clean and are cleaned daily with towel replacements. The food is diverse, especially during dinner. All the staff members are friendly, and they always have a smile on their faces despite their hard work. They don't expect tips from anyone. Mrs. Sherine provided continuous support throughout my stay, and I believe she is a major reason for the hotel's success. Aqua team is friendly and takes better care of the children than their parents. My 5-year-old son roams around the hotel on his own, and I feel reassured.

Almost everything was great: food, service, cleaning, etc

The one thing which wasn't perfect was a taxi service: it was stable in terms of time, but cost were different almost all time when we were speaking with them.

Very good

Great hotel and service for its price. The pool and beach areas look nice. The rooms are big enough. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. There's a big variety of awesome food (even if it is repeating sometimes, you can always choose something different so that you won't eat the same meal earlier than in 7 days).

There's no sound isolation in the rooms, and no carpets on the floor in the hall - it's very noisy. On the other hand, it's the same almost everywhere. The hotel is quite far away from Hurghada (20 minutes by taxi). The service in the restaurant is really slow, you need to actively attract the waiter's attention if you need a napkin or a drink. Waiters are the only part of the hotel's staff that I didn't like at all. Alcohol... is the same as everywhere in Egypt. If you want good alcohol, bring it with you. Do not expect much from an all inclusive system.

Great place to recover your energies.

If you want to relax that's the place to go, also for diving, it's just there. Mattress is really good, could sleep well.

The food is not the best, specially meat. I guess it's because it's all-inclusive. I also didn't like that every time someone tries to sell you something, but that's an Egypt problem in general.

The beach was cool, The room was clean.

The food was so bad and tasteless, it is repeated everyday and everymeal the same dishes. With low quality even. The hotel policy is there is no pets allowed while there were dogs and they were playing everywhere even in the bar while we have lunch. They were carried in the beach towels which we use !
