The grounds of the hotel are very nice. It occupies a very large section of the beach
The food at the buffet is pretty much the same during our entire stay. in order to get a reservation for an A la Carte diner, you need to book between 7 and 8 AM otherwise everything is full.
The Wifi is pretty poor in the bedrooms and throughout the resort except the lobby and the restaurant/buffet areas

staff was friendly overall. beach was great. the evening shows were fun. drinks were good.
weird property. First off, you better be in good shape as there are about 10m stairs you must navigate. Get your dinner reservations on Night 1 because they overbook the property and you can't get a table. Drink lines are stupid long and then they make every margarita by scratch for each customer. Why not juts pour a pitcher? Food was.......meh. Staff was alright but none of them were overly excited to be at work. Overall 6/10 location. I'd keep looking.

Staff and facilities are good enough.
My room didn't have TV cable, and initially there was not water in my room. Photos do not match up with what I saw on internet.

Very nice pools that are great for the kids and very close to the beach (the resort is literally on the beach)
Staff could be friendlier and customer centric. Some of the spots (eg restaurants) were overcrowded. Food could be more varied.

Nice beach, comfortable room, and decent food with good options and variety. Very cold AC in rooms. Great coffee. Recommend brushing up on your Spanish before booking here. Souvenir stands at Atlantis pool weekend nights had nice items for good prices.
Staff could have been nicer, they seem bothered when guests ask for anything, especially English speakers. A la carte restaurants were worse than buffet; most food was not Panamanian at all but from other cultures. No way to control AC in room. Resort could use some updating and improved maintenance. Several bartenders mixed drinks incorrectly on purpose, and laughed when questioned. Pools could have more shaded areas, more guests than available lounge chairs and the resort was less than 1/2 full when we visited.

Very accessible to the beach.
3 lobbys to confused.

Staff was friendly and attentive. We liked the smaller buildings "campus" feeling over a big resort. We had a very good meal at the two specialty restaurants we tried.
It's an old facility that dearly needs renovation. The shower went from cool/cold to scalding in our unit with low flow. GThe room was pretty basic compared to other chain resorts we have been to. The nooise from the pool recreational activities did not suit us.

The beach and the views were amazing.
It is very difficult to move older adults and babies by car due to such high stairs and the low capacity of the buses that transport guests.

Nothing
1) I got hurt at the ankle and went to my room. I called the staff so they could bring me ice and they simply replied to go get it myself!
2) The beach is not swimable. These jellyfish all over.
3) It was off season and half of the site was closed. The staff keep saying "we are short staff, sorry" ...but booking.com charges us the full regular amount.
....very bad service on both end! Don't go to this hotel or at least not when it's off season and don't use booking.com. I'll make sure all my contacts know about this.

staff was very friendly, the grounds were well kept & beautiful, the location is perfect on the beach. Pools were well maintained
The room was dirty, the bed was most uncomfortable, most days we only got one large towel, sometimes a hand towel. Could hear everything from room next to us. The wine was awful, to the point where we went off resort and bought our own so that we could at least have a drink. Having to book a dinner reservation each day at 8am was ridiculous. By 830 most restaraunts were booked, leaving on the buffet as an option. No Wifi in the room? Even with the Plus?

The beach and common areas were nice.
The food was of terrible quality, and the a la carte restaurants were mostly closed or offering limited menu. Service was slow. The cocktails were watered down.

The beach is really nice and the quite zone is good
Hotel is dated and needs maintenance. Food is bad and there aren’t many options. The alcohol is bad too. Not worth the price of the stay.
4.0 / 10.0
Huge resort, spacious comfortable bedrooms (not so much for the pillows, though), and wide beach.
Gym as well as basketball and tennis courts available during a during the day, easy to book, though in only one place.
Unfortunately, the services offered are quite mediocre, they focus on providing quantity over quality. If you're looking for quality services and food, and to relax I wouldn't come here.
An expensive hotel with an all-included offering that's just awful and pretty non-inclusive if you don't follow the junk-food eating life style. The music near the pools is loud at all times, so much so that even in a 'quiet' spot at the beach you can hear two songs playing, one on each ear; the Christmas songs playing in loop during breakfast, lunch AND dinner are unbearable.
Food is either flavorless or has an excessive amount of sugar, dinners are overcooked and served almost cold, e.g., one one ocasión we had shrimp-puree rather than shrimps, on an other one we asked for a hotter meal (fish, rice and vegetables) and they came back with a new plate that was missing one of the side dishes.
There are almost no drinks without sugar, other than water, sparkling water, coffee, or light coke, the cocktails suck, the drinks service at the tables is mostly slow as if they were instructed to not offer you drinks more than twice.
The 'snack' bar is a pile of junk food (burgers, hot dogs, french fries, nachos), no healthy snacks are offered at all, during a four-day stay I managed to find one tiny plate with water melon, that was it. It's s shame that we had such a bad experience.
Considering the price-quality ratio, it's best to stay at a good hotel with a good breakfast and choose random places to eat. Won't be coming back to this or any other Decameron anytime soon.

The property is beautiful - grounds well kept, beach and pools are gorgeous. Food was good and varied although we were unable to secure a reservation at any of the non-buffet style restaurants for dinner due to capacity.
Room was basic - beds uncomfortable (one was broken, one didn't have sheets when we checked in), we had to beg for towels, drawers falling out of the dressers, curtains falling off the rods, no hot water at any time in the room (not a particular complaint because it was so hot, but it could be a problem for some), 3 extensive power outages during our 3 day stay. But what soured the whole experience for me was that the resort did not honor the price offered on Booking.com. We were going in high season and expected high prices, however when we went to check in (after we had already paid the Booking.com rate), we were then forced to pay an additional $720.00 at check in. They claimed that Booking.com was incorrect. We were 8000 miles away from home and didn't have any other accommodation options, so we had to pony up.

Very clean and comfortable. Wide variety of food and the staff was very nice.
Wifi did not work well in some parts of the hotel. Dinner reservation process might be improved to avoid lines. Improvements like automated door locks can be made to allow easiness and make the stay more comfortable.

Breakfast was great! Plenty to choose from. The food was fresh, very presentable, & tasty! The staff always made sure to assist you & kept everything nice & clean!
Everything went well!
