Beautiful location and very friendly staff. They made us feel welcomed our whole stay. The food was great , I would return to this resort again
Loved everything

From the moment you check in until the moment you check out is pure relaxation. you can be as busy as you want or just float in your plunge pool, they have it all. the food was excellent and changed every day. I was always excited to see what the chef was making especially for dessert. My words cannot describe how wonderful this hotel and its staff are. We will definitely go back in the future.
Very quiet at times and some pool music would be nice but that is definitely a positive for some people as well

The food was exceptional. For an all inclusive, the value is amazing. Location is ideal.

staff was amazing, food incredible and well portioned.
honestly can’t find an issue.

Overall nice resort but not worth the money. Lower hillside suites do not have a view of the beach or ocean.
Not always enough beach chairs available for everyone. Unacceptable for the rates being charged. Really don’t need to be 20 feet apart. Set the lounge chairs 10-12 feet apart to add 3 or 4 more so everyone who wants to be on the beach can be.
Staff was outstanding and very accommodating.
Meals were excellent but could have more simple snacks available to order in the afternoon or late night. Pizza, etc

Staff were very nice and helpful
Food was nice.
Initial room (16) was very noisy with cars and golf buggies passing. However, when we mentioned this we were moved the next day (Day 2 of our visit) to the lodge next door (17)_ which was fine.

The very friendly staff only ! And the food was well thought of .....the presentation was good .... and some dishes were yummy . But the menu is rather repetitive .. they should make more effort specially for those tenants staying for a longer period than a week end .
We stayed 8 days in the property ... and now moved to another one on the island . Our aim was to stay there for 15 days ..... !!
The location , the way the bungalows are finished . We took a bungalow by the sea to enjoy living on the beach for 8 days . Instead we had to confine ourselves to our room because the bungalows did not have any glass to protect us from the mosquitos . All what it requires would be a glass or any other effective protection from an army of mosquitos . We had during our time a highly allergic person to mosquitos luckily there was a Dr among the guests to attend to her . I have stayed in highly green areas before there is always a way to control mosquitos .
The property is too far from everything so you are kind of forced to stay in or take a taxi drive for an hour.
The access to the property is through an unfinished road which is more discouraging factor from going out .
When choosing our place to stay we went to the most expensive assuming it will be the most comfortable stay . I got 50 mosquito bites and kept scratching all the time ..i was unable to enjoy the sea view from my front row bungalow ... they were no glass windows to allow to open the wooden Louvres and enjoy the place without an army of mosquitos attaching and humidity rushing in as soon as you open the wooden louvres .
There is no mention that the toilet is a part of the room open architecture . also part of the closet where you hang your clothes . It is all part of one open space . It is rather less hygienic ... this is not clearly shown in the pictures on the site .
The showers are outside the room which forces you to take your shower before it get dark otherwise you get bitten and you might feel a bit cold in a windy night .
I suggest all the above should be shared with the targeted audience on your site or upon booking prior to confirmation . As it is not fair that guests will pay this amount of money , coming to rest .. get so stressed and disappointed .
Lastly , this property is not good value for money , it is not essentially targeting high end travelers , it is rather over-priced !!!
