The care taker came to greet and checked on my Mom everyday. He took care of everything to make her stay a fantastic experience. The staff is friendly. The well kept garden made it a restful experience. Mom is a bird watcher and there were a lot of birds. She was so happy to see and hear them.
There is nothing I did not like

Secure, Pet friendly property. No meals were available on site, but ample kitchen facilities and cutlery/crockery available for self catering. Free access at all hours to come and go as we pleased.
Prices not clearly stated at the outset, as single occupant; plus 1, 2...
I don't recall this being so in the past

The accommodation needs some upgrades

The view from my cabin of Rietvlei reserve and table mountain was incredible. The cabin was small but comfortable. Dstv and wifi worked perfectly. You have your own deck with the reserve in front of you. It was private. Wonderful places to walk or run within walking distance.
A.kitchen, with a fridge, is available to use.

Position and view.
Not very clean. Furnishings spartan. Absolutely no finishing touches or small courtesies like complimentary shower gel. Duvet cover has cigarette burns.

The cape oasis was basic accommodation, sitting in beautiful tropical gardens the owner was attentive and Friendly, un fortunately. My room was robbed, the only people with key to room was me and maid...no signs of break in ..but allnof my jewellery stolen !

There were no meals included but that was indicated when making booking. There was however a kitchen at my disposal which was next to my room and had everything in there that I needed.
I had everything I needed. There were no negatives.

The location is fantastic, right next door to a bird reserve, close to a stores and other amenities. Great value for money. The staff were extremely helpful. Wonderful location for my morning runs. The garden is a perfect place to relax.
I liked everything. The cabin I stayed in was perhaps simpler but perfect for me. The size of the room was as described You should have your own car. It's outside of town but I liked being in a suburb.

Wolfgang’s place is superb to start your journey into South Africa and Cape Town especially if you want to live inside the suburbs and not within the bussy city center. A mall with everything you need is reachable by foot in ca. 20min. The neighbourhood is quiet and feels safe. the guesthouse itself offers everything you need. The tourist spots are reachable by Uber in notime.

It was all good
There's a relaxed, easy-going atmosphere. Wolf showed just the right amount of engagement & interaction. I enjoyed being left to my own devices, but it was reassuring knowing Wolf was to hand should I need anything. I truly felt at home for the short time I was there.

Very clean place and the cleaners do a very good job. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Owner is very accommodating to the needs of all campers on the property. The garden looks beautiful and well maintained which brightens up everything. The rooms are beautifully structured.
I'd like just to add Recommendations: perhaps a big family table can be added to cater for big families on the one half of property. The windmill house's kitchen could perhaps be upgraded.
Mabe something to plug in the room's for the mosquitoes. Can add glass door fittings to some of the showers in the room perhaps.

I liked everything at the place, only problem was it was to cold to be by the jacuzzi .

My wife, my little one and myself recently visited Cape oasis Guesthouse [06.09.21-09.09.21] Wolf was exceptionally accommodating and the Vibe was sooo relaxing, we'll definitely be back.
