This traditionally furnished large detached Villa has an upside down layout and being situated below street level, offers tranquillity and privacy.
The main entrance leads to the four double bedrooms on two floors, three of which have access to the full length balcony overlooking the cliff and sea.
A large lounge and separate dining area, a well appointed modern kitchen and a guest toilet comprises the lower floor.
The pool deck is partially lawned and perfectly positioned for all-day glorious sunbathing whilst benefiting from those gorgeous views (also enjoyed from the covered terrace should you prefer a little shade).
The lounge and separate dining area are spacious and well appointed with traditional furniture.
Two leather armchairs and a three seater sofa are complemented by a further two seater setee, a library stand, a wall mounted heater and a fireplace. Cable Tv, video player, dvd player and a hifi system are all available. The lounge leads onto a covered terrace with tables and chairs and the pool deck.
In the dining room there is a formal 8 seat dining table and long sideboard.
Cable Tv, video player, dvd player and a hifi system are available in the lounge.
The kitchen is contemporary in style and well equipped with a gas and electric cooker, oven, microwave, American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster.
In the basement is a laundry with washer, dryer, iron and ironing table.
In addition to the swimming pool, outside you will find a traditional stone barbecue area. Swimming pool heating 300,00 euros (per week)
All linen and towels are provided, including towels for the swimming pool.
Vivenda Belo Horizonte is located in a quiet area of lower Garajau, only a kilometre away from the small community. There you will find a mini-market, two delicious bakeries, and an array of restaurants and bars. Two large supermarkets can be found approximately a kilometre away from the Garajau community.
