Very friendly welcome, always asked if everything was ok, enjoyed my stay would stay there again.

Staff friendly helpful, really good location in the town centre.

My bathroom needed new sealant at the bottom of the shower, bust on the skirting boards, everything else was fine.

Pack a lunch

clean and comfy. Had a good shower. Tea making facilities available.

No meals or bar facilties they were closed unless at weekend.Good cafe nearby open to 2200hrs.No breakfast to after 9.30. No staff on premises. Dripping toilet cistern made it difficult to sleep.

Overall a very enjoyable and comfortable stay, could not speak higher of the staff!

Comfortable nights stay, very friendly and extremely accommodating staff. Good food and great service.

Rooms and staff were perfect, and evening meal was 100%

We were expecting entertainment as it was on there website, and an option to have breakfast which is also on there website but another guest had to let us know that we had to go elsewhere looking for breakfast.

Clean, centrally located with straightforward check in & check out process. Good parking options and easy access to restaurants and shopping. Complimentary water was a nice touch. Would recommend 👍

The loft stay

Staff were all so friendly and helpful. Room was lovely, clean and well equipped. Food was exceptional and location couldn't have been better.

Nothing I didn't like. Shower wasn't great but that's only a small thing.

Value for money, excellent location

Very big and comfortable room, located in the centre of town. Staff very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for a nice stay away.

Check in and check out as it is closed between meal services but wasn't much delay .

There was none it was extra and they didn’t have a teapot. The toilet seat was loose and the bedside light didn’t work.

The bed, the bed linen and omg those pillows. I would actually have bought some of that bedding at checkout if it was available. Great comfortable room, spotlessly clean well appointed bathroom, nice tea and coffee. Central location. Couldn't fault it.

The hotel & restaurant are very well run, with staff delivering a comfortable, pleasant experience.

The host and staff of both the hotel and restaurant were friendly and helpful. The hotel looked to have been very recently renovated, and our room was sparkling clean. Halls and room were freshly painted. Location is right in the heart of Ballina, which means within easy walking distance to restaurants. Parking was plentiful and right behind the hotel, with a very favorable daily rate for hotel guest. On our last morning, we treated ourselves to the Loft's breakfast and were delighted.

This is not a complaint: be sure that the host has your correct mobile number, so that he can greet you on your arrival. There is no elevator, but the host was very kind (and very strong) to bring our bags up to our room.
