The evening meal and the breakfast were very good
The approach road required minor repairs

Staff and owner were brilliant, super-friendly, only 7 rooms and not full so felt very intimate. Restaurant food excellent (though limited variety for non meat-eaters) and bar great. Ski in/out location on slope 5 (blue) just super, great views at breakfast - really lovely spot.
Arrangements for skidoo pick up (initial location, timings, bit more help would've been appreciated), modern design/trad. ski chalet style could be carried through a bit more, our bathroom tired and needing refurb, towels not great - no sushi bar!

Food excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. It couldn’t be faulted.

Baita Cretaz is 10/10. People work so much, it’s scary! They literally work non stop.
The house is adorable, a traditional cabin adapted very well to turism. The rooms have wooden ceilings, old/// but very functional furniture, traditional rugs. All this traditional beauty it’s making your stay so pleasant. Your FEEL the vacation to the fullest here. The breakfast was great, the lunch served for apres ski delicious ( try the lasagna), the dinner .. mmm! Try all the menu! But start with Cerbo. Another thing about this spot is that you need a ride on the ski mobile when you come back at home. It’s a little scary, if you’re not used to it. But the plus is that someone is ALWAYS available to pick you up ( outside slope hours, 8- 4)
Hard to believe, but I really liked everything. Thank you guys for helping me with lots of things, from finding a taxi, to keeping my wine for days and serve it to me inside, outside..

+ Friendly and helpful staff.
+ Nice breakfast, especially we liked croissants as they vere super fresh and buttery.
+ Good location of the hotel (ski-in, ski-out).
+ Ski-doo service (for getting down to the city and up to the hotel) was super helpful and fun!
+ Nice restaurant to have both lunch and dinner when you don't want to go to the town.
- Cold! Room 2, where we lived, is located near the backdoor of the hotel, where hotel guests leave for the skiing day and return. So the door is frequently open, which lets the cold in. Also there were cost-saving measures at the hotel, when the heating was off (both radiator and towel dryer) during the night (~ from midnight till 7:00 in the morning) and during the day (from late morning till 15:00). This all resulted in extremely low temperature in the room, which made our stay very uncomfortable.
- Wi-Fi was very bad, both signal-wise and speed-wise.
- There was only one trash bin in the room (which was super-small) and one a bit bigger in the bathroom. It was challenging to throw away somethin bigger (e.g. water bottles).

Everything. I can’t think of a better place to stay during a ski holiday in Cervinia! Rooms are charming and cozy, food is great, staff is very friendly and helpful, location directly on the slope (reachable by snow mobile, which is an attraction in itself), terrace in the sun. Our overall price was also convenient. A very enjoyable week - wish we could come back soon!

The food and staff were great. The location is very remote from the town proper. There were walking trails from the hotel to the town, but we were unable to walk the rocky paths.
The location and no air conditioning. It was very warm.

The owners and staff made this a fantastic stay for us - they could not have been more accommodating. The food is superb and this hotel offers great value as well.
The skidoo ride up and down to the resort is not for everyone.

Access to the piste. pleasant, friendly staff. Good value.
would have appreciated some directions/guidance when arriving by car given the location of the hotel and the access restrictions in the town

The hotel is better than expected. Location and cuisine are amazing.
I have never seen a better hotel in ski resorts. 10!
Sockets are not new European, but the old Italian format. This is not a problem, but you will not be able to connect your personal hairdryer or kettle.

You could choose to dished from the menu, so you can have exactly what you feel for
Boot heater did not work

Great location. just a short walk from town (we did it in under 7 minutes) or a snowmobile ride up. food is fantastic with freshly made pasta and a menu that changes all the time depending on what amazing ingredients they source.
Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms (we had 2 singles-long story) we’re just right with fantastic views. Bar did great cocktails.
Nothing other than things that weren’t they’re fault (could have had more snow, Apres ski toned down because of the pandemic).

Very welcoming staff, quiet location next to the slopes outside the main village. The restaurant attached is very convenient, provides very tasty hearty mountain food at very reasonable prices, particularly with the half board deal. Would be happy to return.
