Good location, okay price, but the noisy air conditioning unit in the second room needs to be fixed.

The location was good. And one of the two rooms was good. But the air conditioning unit in the second room was NOISY!!! The price was okay; we actually stayed for three nights, not just one.

The shine is off Acapulco

Location was excellent. AC worked very well. Bed was nice. I booked for 2 nights. I saw the cliff diving which is 15 minutes walk away. I left the evening of the second night on a night bus to next destination. Nothing to stay for. Old school hotel ok for what I needed.

Big dead cockroach on the floor when I arrived. No hot water. Good pressure. Big gap under the door to the balcony. Very small bathroom, no proper sink.

its located close to the quebrada and the zócalo and we had a balcony

the walls that separate the bathroom from the bedroom don't reach the ceiling so it's basically like the same room and you can hear everything

Staffs are very friendly and accommodating…always making sure customers are being comfortable and rooms are clean. Air conditioning in the room is a plus. Good price. Good locations. Hot water. Strong WiFi.

Place is nice.. Acapulco is expensive,this is the best price for room i guess.. you can walk to Caleta beach and papagayo..its 20 min walk..or you can take a half dolar local bus..so its ok..do not expect smth spectacular,but it really ok

Nice cheaper place in acapulco

This hotel is small has a good quality of wifi, very safe neirborhood, hot water all the time even if you don't need it, is just in the down town of acapulco very close to the beach and I think you can't wait more for a lower price and I just can say meet expectetions for his price

Lef earlier than planned. Pictures and reviews on booking.com don’t do justice - in my opinion

- bad smell from the bathroom - bad internet - not very welcoming - kept asking about paying my rent, even while I wasn’t a day behind

Staff was exceptional. Our cab driver didn’t have change..reception staff paid the 100 pesos to cab driver and I paid her back after going to three different stores trying to get change for 500 peso note which was all I had.

Bathroom was clousterphobic. You had to sit sideways on the toilet because your knees would hit the wall if you sat forward. Location was in an unsafe area. Hotel didn’t do money exchange and nearest place was a 30 minute walk. We changed hotels after one night.

Central located, close to main street and old town square. Good wi-fi , air conditioned and comfortable large bed. Good room and bathroom.
