About this apartment rental

Relax on the balcony, watching and listening to the ocean waves. This is on the top floor of a 3 story,
horse-shoe shaped building, called the Ormond Breakers, which is located across A1A. There is private
access to the beach for residents and guests, and the beach is a no-drive beach, so it is quiet and
relaxing. You can suntan or swim in the pool, located right in the courtyard. Front door can be opened
with your personal access code, so no need to carry a key! Elevators and shopping carts are available to
help you tote your groceries or luggage. The unit has recently been undated with turtle-tinted hurricane
grade sliding doors and windows, vinyl-wood plank flooring in family room, new carpet in bedrooms,
and popcorn ceiling removal.
Balcony - We have enjoyed listening to the ocean waves while watching dolphins jumping, parasailers,
and swimmers while sitting on our balcony.
Kitchen/Living Room: Kitchen - Fully stocked with a refrigerator with freezer/ice maker, stove, oven,
microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, George Foreman grill, crock pot, pots/pans, cookware,
dishes, glasses, and utensils. Granite table top with 4 chairs, and 4 bar stools to sit at.
Living Room - There is a 55'' HDTV with DVR and a Blu-ray player. You can view the pool and ocean
through the sliding doors in the living room, while sitting on the couch or comfy round chair. We also a
glider for rocking.
2 bedroom/2 bathrooms: Master Bedroom - King size bed, dresser, armoire with 32' LED TV, and
bedside table. The bathroom has been updated with new tiles and a standing shower with a grab bar.
2nd/Kids bedroom - This fun colored room has a bunk bed with a twin on top, a full size bed in the
middle, and a twin trundle bed drawer that pulls out. The TV plays PlayStation 2 games (lots to choose
from!) and DVDs. Kids can sit on the futon to play games, or it can be extended to make a Queen
sleeper.
Pool and Garage: Pool/Garage - The pool is located in the courtyard of the building. It can be viewed
from our unit. The garage is 1 car in a 2 car garage, shared with 1 other unit. We have a code that you
can use to open the door. There is also additional parking space in the parking lot

We had a great time. Condo had just about everything you could ask for and them some. Lots of books and movies. We had an issue with wifi but owner quickly got Spectrum there to fix it. Only issue I can say is the pool is not heated. It was cool while we were there so couldnt use pool. But we knew that going in. Would stay here again

The condo was very complete and full installations in the kitchen….( spices, pots and plates +++) We appreciate the complex and the swimming pools because I was unable to walk… Everything was perfect. !!! Merci Jeff!!!

The owner was very accommodating. It is reasonably priced and in a very nice area. The internal grounds were very well kept and maintained. The condo was comfortable, the living room area was recently updated and the kitchen was sufficiently stocked. The ocean is clearly visible from either side of the unit and the beach is across the road but easy to get to. The garage was also a nice extra. Would suggest a deep dust cleaning, a bit ceiling paint, and repair of the entrance door.... Would stay there again.

The property was perfect, clean and comfy. Area is quiet, but there are many restaurants nearby. Jeff is a very accommodating host. He communicates in a timely fashion and is very easy to contact at all times. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This condo is in a great location. We could see the sunrise from our condo as well as watch the kids swim. Quiet area and neighbors. Only thing it was lacking was a washer and dryer in the condo. It does have coin laundry on site however. Would stay again!

Such a perfect place to stay. Huge bedrooms. The master bed was so comfy!! I wanted to pack it up and bring it home with me. Great communication by Jeff. Loved how stocked the kitchen was. Even had pancake mix and syrup left by some people before us that we enjoyed!! Also appreciated the backpack beach chairs, boogie boards, beach mat, and umbrella!! Parked in the shared garage before the other person got there first. They parked over the line, which was fine. We just parked in one of the public spots after that. Definitely had all of the amenities you could want just across A1A from the beach! The beach area is pretty secluded, which I love! Can’t wait to come back.

Place was amazing to stay at. Kids started calling it home right away. It honestly felt like home away from home. Only downside was the master bed was way too soft but I like a way firmer mattress than most.

Property was exactly as described. Clean, quiet, and with an amazing view of the ocean. It was awesome to sit on the balcony and watch the sunrise while listening to the waves. Property owner is very responsive and helpful. We did not get to the condo until 1am and had issues with the lock. He answered the phone and helped us right away. The area is extremely quiet and peaceful.

This condo was fabulous! Spacious, clean and very comfortable! I couldn’t think of a more perfect place for my family to have spent our vacation. The beach was awesome. I loved how private it was and non-crowded. The short walk to get to the beach was perfect. We can’t wait to come back!

Condo is very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Had some trouble getting the tvs working only because I wasn't familiar with the cable format and how to work it. Great view from balcony. Very short walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

A last minute trip with a relaxing day or two on the beach, which was a very short walk, some great surf fishing, and wonderful family time. The condo was perfect for our family.

Hurricane? What hurricane?

Hurricane? What hurricane?

Had a great visit as we came to Florida a cat. 2 was predicted, but it turned into a tropical depression and sent us 3 days of awesome surf and only one evening of rain. The only complaint was the A/c at night only goes to 72, and we sleep in 68 at home. Nicely stocked place but needed a mop. Pool perfect and neighbors reasonably welcoming. We will return!

VRBO was the easiest way to find a nice place at the beach. The owner was great and responsive. The condo is cute and fit our needs. Only negative with the condo building is lack of parking. Garages are on site but do not fit large trucks or SUV’s and most other guests do not use the garages. Other than that, we had a wonderful vacation and will rent from this owner again!

Very easy to get all related information to rent, easy access to the property and garage. Unit was Very clean and especially during the virus. Unit had all necessary items, hand soap, TP and paper towels and additional cleaners for our use. Will visit this property many times in the future
