Thanks for your wonderful and friendly hospitality

Great pool and facilities and very friendly staff

The air conditioner kept dripping water. Took the maintenance 3 attempts to stop the leaking. But over all a good place to stay

Absolut preiswertes Hotel in Toplage von Nusa Dua

Das Grand Whiz Hotel im balinesischen Stil verzaubert mit seinem Charme und erinnert baulich im kleinen ein wenig an das Flair einer 5-Sterne Anlage. Gut gefallen hat vor allem der große Pool, der tropisch angelegte Garten und die tolle Lage in unmittelbarer Strandnähe sowie das absolut freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal.

Es war alles in Ordnung. Lediglich die Matratzenhärte war für einen von uns ein Problem. Das Personal hat versucht, es mit einem Topper zu lösen.

Comfortable Hotel With Natural beauty.

This is an excellent option if you want to stay in a quiet place. Room is comfortable though AC is not sufficient according to room size. Breakfast is good.

The room lighting is insufficient. Far from Kuta which is the most happening place in Bali. Very few options of restaurants nearby. There is no travel desk in the hotel

Breakfast had variety but limited in western food. Pool and restaurant meals excellent. Hotel cleanliness was very good.

Air conditioning was in need of maintenance but only in my room. No issue with other travellers rooms.

Recommended hotel, quiet location.

From the first encounter with reception staff we were treated with respect ... and of course smiles! This includes the 24 hour gate guard who always greeted us with 'welcome back' when we'd been for a walk. Everyone working at Grand Whiz was smiling and courteous, even the gardeners and pool attendants. Breakfast was varied, many dishes offered each morning to suit any taste and appetite. Also delicious, and again, provided with a smile and respect. The pool is wonderful, a perfect temperature all day every day, with poolside lounges and umbrellas as well as shady trees surrounding it. There is a long extension for lap swimming exercise. There is also a shallow kids' pool. The beach is a short walk (300m) mostly through a wall enclosed pathway which is shared with motorbike traffic. Riders are always courteous and 'thank you's are forthcoming, as the pathway is quite narrow. There is a courtesy bus from Bali Collection pick up and drop off hourly most of every day. It is a short 5 min walk to the nearest convenience store.

The bed was so hard, I woke from disturbed sleep feeling bruised. I have no other negative comments.

Great option for Nusa Dua!

The bed was incredibly big and comfortable and the location was really nice.

A very large bed meant we had very little actual space in the room, but we didn't mind much - just something to think about if you like to spread out.

the property was clean and well maintained. and the staff were so kind and welcoming!

couldn’t get hot water in the shower, but didn’t have enough time to clarify with the staff. it looked fixable. the hotel is a bit far away from convenient eating options

Grand Whizz is great if you don't have the budget to be on the beach amongst the five star set

The Whizz is a great place to stay. A few hundred metres walk to shops and moneychangers etc, and a couple of hundred metres to the beach and the Sri Lanka surf spot. Restaurants are walkable but check because many of them have a pick-up and drop-off service. My ground-floor room had a great little balcony for afternoon drinks. And if you are a pool lap swimmer, you are going to love the Whizz. The pool is narrowish but must be 70 metres long. The staff are very accommodating and work hard to keep guests happy.

When we were there the pool restaurant and bar were closed for renovation. The food offered at the other restaurant is pretty restricted.

1. The shower was broken I have to call the staff and they changed it with the other one. They should have cross checked it before letting me to find out this kinda fault. 2. They should have manpower incase their a group coming up to stay with them. At breakfast there's less staff to handle the situation. Due to a big group the breakfast area was handled very badly by them. I have to inform about it to manager. Its not their staff problem but hotel should think about this when they accept group booking. With very Less manpower the cleaning and hygiene wasn't maintained at the time of breakfast.

Quiet Break in Nusa Dua

Beautiful friendly caring staff, good location though very different to Legian, Kuta etc… a lot more spaced out, gorgeous surroundings. Comfy rooms & beds. Good restaurant & pool.

Small TV for the room, other guests were super rude… not the hotels fault but we didn’t like it.

Affordable yet very nice quality hotel !!!

Very affordable hotel compared to the other ones in Nusa Dua area and offering good confort and quality for the price. Pool is big and nice. Beds are comfy and staff is super friendly! Access to the beach is very close ! I will go back !

The air con was a bit old and was really loud compared to other air cons. No big deal but might need some fixing soon. Also my room was not ready at 2PM checking time which is ok in little homestay but I think in a resort it should not happen. But I only waited less than 30 min and they did give me an upgrade to deluxe room which was nice !!!

I feel disappointed.

The hotel is near beach.

The walkway was too dark at night. Shower head were defective and water flow is bad. Toilet has a foul smell. The breakfast was terrible too.
