Traumhafte Anlage, sehr nettes Personal

Die Anlage ist großzügig, der Pool ein Traum, so viele Palmen und alles sehr gepflegt. Die Ferienwohnungen sind für uns als Eltern mit Kind optimal gewesen. Alles was wir brauchten, war vorhanden. Ein Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke. Das Meer ist nur 3min zu Fuß entfernt. Es gibt 3 Strände in Laufnähe 😊 Wir würden sofort wieder hier Urlaub machen.

Relaxing hotel for walking holiday in La Gomera

We had a very quiet room, bedroom as well as terrace. It was bright and spacious. Kitchen utilities were perfect incl towel, washing up liquid, sharp knive. Older facilities but very clean and spacious bathroom with shower (bathtub removed). Pool area clean and quiet. Staff at reception and also cleaning ladies super nice. Would definitely return!

Las instalaciones y zonas comunes son geniales, la piscina perfecta (una maravilla que se pueda hacer topless), y el apartamento super amplio y cómodo. Además el personal super amable, especialmente Kevin y Duna, que fueron muy atentos y estuvieron disponibles en todo momento. Mil gracias por todo.

The house is well equipped albeit basic. The pool area is definitely 5 stars, and most importantly the atmosphere is very laid back and relaxed.

There could have been a ceiling fan in the living rooms, would have made it all more comfortable

So worth it and enjoyable

The apartment with the big porch and view on the pool. We sat there every single night enjoying the view of the lit pool. The two bedroom apartment is spacious and felt just right. Even though there is no air conditioning, the fan is fine if it is not too hot. Keeping the canopy during the day open helps a bit, and the thick curtains closed also helped in preventing the room from getting really warm. Last but not least the cleaning staff was very nice and very kind. We just left today and are at a different location and accommodation and miss 'our appartement' already.

The 2nd bathroom has a very tiny shower. You would even say it is so small it is not useful. Having two toilets, though, is a good thing. For the hot summer, having airconditioning would be a nice addition.

A very attractive, quiet property with fabulous location, highly recommended offering excellent value for money.

Myself and 2 friends enjoyed 6 nights at El Llano. The property has a great location only a short walk from supermarket, bakery and the seafront. The pool area is excellent and very attractive, a very large pool perfect for swimming. The apartment was spacious and ample sleeping facilities for our group of 3, cleaning, changing of towels, emptying bins was done regularly. The staff were very friendly too. A very attractive, quiet property and highly recommended with excellent value for money.

The complex was very quiet, close to amenities such as a supermarket, and only a short walk from the restaurants of Vueltas. The apartment was comfortable and there was a nice swimming pool.

I loved the swimming pool and the palm trees and other plants that surrounded it. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed to be able to cook our own meals. The location was good for the Harbour beach and for the buses to go on walks. There was a very good bakery close by.

Underwhelming

the location: close to beautiful nature and close to shops and restaurants one friendly lady at the reception

Not a welcoming place at all: we were asked to communicate our arrival time in advance but when we got there -after a long trip- nobody was there. The receptionists put a card saying 'back in a few minutes' and then you needed to wait for more than 20 minutes. No apology was made. We stayed in an oldfashioned dark appartment smelling badly of sigarettes although it's not allowed to smoke. We had to ask for toilet paper every day as they didn't put enough to get you through the days that the rooms weren't being cleaned. Swimming pool towels were charged extra and the swimming pool itself was ice cold. It's way too expensive for the lack comfort they're providing. We left the place three days earlier than planned because we didn't enjoy our stay there (the bad weather surely didn't help)

Peaceful pool area. Central position in Valle Gran Rey.

Very few toiletries supplied. No shower gel and only one tiny bar of soap to last the whole stay.

Superb location, spacey well-equipped apartment, very friendly staff.

Sound isolation is pretty weak. Wi-Fi on the laptop requires sign-in every time.

Amazing place.

The facilities are great, full of nature and a really nice swimming pool. The location is good, next to supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants and close the beach.

Very clean spacious apartments. Pool area very clean and plenty of sun beds. Very well stocked Spar shop next to the complex. Any staff we had dealings with were polite and helpful. Close to the old town with plenty of restaurants. One of the best apartments we have stayed in. We asked for a pool view and a quite room and got both,

Nice pool and few people swimming in the evening. You can drive around to the beaches by car. There is a nice German Bakery not far from the property to get mornig coffee.

Charco del Conde is very small beach, many people and no place to swim.
