Lovely guest house with comfortable rooms, extremely friendly and helpful host and lovingly prepared breakfast. The house is in a great location for walking into the city but also for driving outside to surrounding attractions.
4.8
The breakfast and the location. The host was also very hospitable.

The breakfast was excellent. There was a wide variety of items to choose from including some, such as a smoked salmon and scrambled egg bagel, that I had not expected. The location provides a convenient short walk into central Inverness. The rooms were comfortable. The place had character with its high ceilings and Victorian or possibly early 1900s design.

First and foremost, the lovely Susan! The guesthouse is beautiful and very well appointed. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. The location is very convenient.
Apparently, the room we had is the smallest in the house and it is indeed a bit on the small side. Other than that, it was perfect

The owners, Richard and Susan, are wonderful and so accommodating. They really go above and beyond to make sure that you are comfortable and well taken care of. I mentioned that I had a milk allergy before my stay, and Susan and Richard bought so many milk substitutes to have available at breakfast like oat milk, vegan yogurt, and “butter” spread. They also have a great deal of wonderful suggestions for food and music in town. The location is of the B&B is fantastic and in walking distance of everything worth seeing in Inverness.

Location - so close to town centre! Warm welcome from host. Attention to detail in room. Delicious breakfast.

We liked absolutely everything, Richard gave us a lovely welcome and Susan was the perfect host, so informative, happy with a bubbly personality. Nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in room 2 which was perfect with a lovely comfy bed. Breakfast was amazing and my partner Gary has been introduced to 'haggis' which he now loves. We are definitely going back next year and we can't wait. 10/10!!!
There was nothing we didn't like.
