Superb

everything! I am really happy that I have chosen a great place that was quiet as well, considering that all of the resorts nearby were unfortunately very loud which we don't prefer. This was the perfect place for us to stay and we are grateful for everything. The architecture applied on the resort was also great, it was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Good value for money, gave us much more considering what we have paid. Will recommend this resort and come here next time, Inshallah.

Wifi service was barely present as only the dining area could provide a bit of its service however, its okay as it's an island so wifi is not supposed to common there :) And food service at the resort was barely present as well :( so we had to walk and find for food elsewhere

Bad exp. Not recommended to stay-in in Redang.

the location, it's close to the shoreline.

1. no pick up service from the jetty drop off unlike other resorts. chatted the owner ahead of time but informed us just to walk (roughly 10 mins walking under the sun) 2. worst rest room ever. there's a fishy smell inside the toilet and the sink spills whenever we used it. 3. beds - we all got bed mite after we checkedout. Our legs were pretty itchy. Linen, towels were not properly cleaned. 4. staffs - hard to communicate in english. we had misunderstading commucating our request. Requested to take out our food but one of their staff just throw the food. good thing they refund us. 5. no peace of mind - while we're staying, there's a contructions on going infront of our hotel. bit noisy and we can hear them screwing and the machines that they'rr using.

too bad experiance slow handle problem, slow service , not valueable property not in good condition first room i get air cond problem waiting untill 7pm to solve and second room also problem no water around 11pm i have a baby so very dispointed for this issue

If you want an experience that makes you remember and never go back, yeah it's suitable..

Nothing special, they didn't provide any towels, shower gel, or any basic items. Service and attitude like no brains talking..

They trick n lies at the times arrived and lies before going back.. Example: They trick us into saying that the boat arrived at 12, they left us at JT for 2 hours.. Then I call the vigourmarine boat, at first they say 12.. Suddenly 2.30pm arrived.. Imagine we stuck at JT for 2.30hours, I will never forgive the lady and the guy..

Perfect location, a bit strict accommodation policies

The location is unbeatable, right in front of the beach. The resort restaurant area is cozy and with good internet connection. The beds are comfortable, with two floors (5 beds in total). We forgot some stuff in the room and they brought it to the ferry area (short scooter drive away).

- We had no transportation from the airport to the accommodation. We didn’t get any reply from the resort and had to arrange it ourselves, even when the resort page says that they arrange it for you. We ended up paying a lot of money for a transport that could have been arranged within 5 mins from their site. On top of that, from the jetty area we had to walk 10 mins under the sun with the luggage until the accommodation. ⁃ On arrival, they didn’t allow us to enter the room for an hour and a half because they said the payment was invalid (upfront payment done via the booking reservation) and insisted that we have to pay in cash to be able to enter the room. We refused, and they didn’t allow us to enter. We had to call Booking's customer support and only after that (they discussed it with the resort) were we given the room key. ⁃ We booked a room for three people that included breakfast, and they said that only two breakfasts were included and that if we wanted a third one, we had to pay for it (which was not specified anywhere) All in all, after solving all these issues, the staff was friendly again (and after all, we're on holiday and the surroundings are too much to be upset about all the time), but the whole experience at the very beginning could be massively improved

The view

Arrived at Redang and it was quite a distance from the jetty, and they had no transport available to pick us up, so they took our luggage with motorbike and we walked to the resort. We’re soaking wet from the journey and our room is still not prepared. The dining/ reception counter is sandy, their toilets- if you’re not desperate enough then don’t use it. Our first day there we had a blackout in our unit, thankfully that was fixed early. Not many choices for breakfast, and they served it with like two staffs working, so service was slow. The second morning, they told us they only have one menu for breakfast and after we ordered that, they came and tell us that the menu is now not available and we have to choose other menu. I mean, even if you’re desperate, please not here.

it was poorly maintained, dirty toilet linens, room was not cleaned everyday, same linen used for our entire 5 days 4 nights! staffs were unfriendly, territorial, poor communication. we came early with 3 small kids..had to wait under the sun until our room was ready..didnt bother to offer to stay in the canteen until room ready, bloody let us burn under the sun..please dont get this one

1. Old furniture, mattress and pillow not comfortable at all. 2. Water pressure too low for shower 3. Only for first day our breakfast with yummy Nasi Lemak, then the rest day till we checkout only with English breakfast with no taste at all. Coffee too diluted. Overall food not tip top at all for yummy tummy. 4. Drinking water with the container stained with water sediment, “algae” ermmmmm not good

The best location, friendly staff and a great stay all in all

Everything was great! We arrived quite early in the morning, well before check-in time, so we left our bags at the reception and went to the beach. The room was prepared earlier than check-in time and they let us in. The air-conditioning, toilet, hot water were working properly. The staff was helpful, friendly and nice. We also rented from them snorkeling equipment and life vest for 30MYR for the whole duration of our stay and they arranged a memorable snorkeling trip for us. The breakfast was good, western style or traditional style on different days. The location is just fantastic, right in front of the Long Beach with beautiful palm trees all around. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

i would say that this place is very near to the beach . my room also facing the beach . not so crowded . All of their staff very friendly and helpful .

maybe they could provide with toiletries and complementary drink in the room . but they do provide us with hot and cold water free flow . I like that one ! hopefully can improve on food ( breakfast ) .

Exceptional

Very good location beach front main attraction. Best for budget holiday. Staff very friendly. They provided breakfast for us although they are not serving yet. I think they are still in process of renovation.

The worst ever hotel

The place is dirty, dirty and smelly. The room is old without maintainean. It should be upgrade. The staff is not professional and not well dress to deal in food serving. It is worse than a budget hotel. The worst ever hotel I'll been. Not worth your money.
