Literally steps away from the Harras junction, which means a direct metro connection to downtown, and direct connection to the Hauptbahnhof by S-Bahn, that takes like 10 minutes. Amazing.
Also the beds are indeed fluffy :)
Despite its shortcomings I find this place to be a great value, I usually stay here when I'm visiting town.
The rooms are a little dorm-like and if you are unlucky and your neighbours are noisy, then you're gonna hear them. The sink is super small and the bathroom is not the most comfortable, but honestly, it does the job. For some reason I didn't get new towels every day, that was the norm here previously.

Location
Stinky bathroom, no window curtains (only window shutters), belate room cleaning, water cut off many times
3.6
Stronge wi-fi
Large room
The room had very thin walls and you could hear everything. The room was uncomfortable and the equipment was outdated and damaged.
3.6
Close to the Memmingen airport
3.6
The location is good, room is enough for a couple.
The walls are so thin, you can hear the neighbours' conversation.

Very friendly receptionists
very small bathroom
3.6
It was clean, the beds were comfortable.
The WiFi was too slow, it was impossible to use it and talk on WhatsApp and Viber
3.6
The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.
There was a weird smell in the room. I had a bad interaction from the receptionist. We eventually resolved it but it was very unprofessional.

its location was excellent for me
the floor was pretty cold but that’s a planning issue

It was good value for money. Breakfast was good. The room was big and the bathroom was recently renovated and nice. Was a good place to stay as a couple with a toddler. Was a good location through to see what every day life is like in Munich.
The location wasn't great. It's not very close to the center of the city and not as easy to get there with a toddler as we had hoped. Ubers would not take us as they do not do child seats and taxis were a little harder to get. It costs about $25 euros each way to go from munich HBF to the hotel. We did try the train system which was a short walk away and it was easy to use and only about 3 stops to the center of Munich. There weren't too many places to eat nearby but the hotel/pub that was nearby was amazing. Breakfast was a simple European breakfast. No eggs and bacon but that is common in Europe.
3.6
Location, cleanliness, staff attention.
The noise of other rooms could be heard, and in order to turn on the lights of the room, the light of the bathroom had to be turned on.
3.6
Nothing at all
Rooms never cleaned up
Towels need to ask the receptionist for new ones.
3.6
Friendly stuff and clean room.
The pillow was too soft for me. Only German programs are set on the TV.

location and that was it
We spent 10 night over there
We were staying here for ten nights with a 9 month old baby, but our experience was not that good , because my wife was shouted at by the staff on our second day !!as she was washing and steralizing the bottles for our baby, she was told to "get out of the kitchen and stay out of it."
The receptionist didn't intervene, or do anything at all.
The shower head was broken/ had a build up of calcium.
Snots on the wall
I couldn't close the main bedroom door
The walls were very thin and a very aggresive guest beside us was hammering the wall @ 6 pm !!!
Hairs in the bedding/ the cleaners obviously just fold the duvets in a vain attempt to make it look like they've changed the bedding (lazy)
Overpriced breakfast with consisted of : stale bread, warm juice, small bowls of cereal, 24 euros for 2 people!!!! extortionate, daylight robbery.
We will never stay here again.
Left a very bad taste in our mouths.

location
Wi-Fi was not working well. It is important and they did not pay much attention to it.

Our second time at this hotel. Staff, cleanliness, rooms, and breakfast, everything was very good. Recommend to everyone
3.6
The staff were friendly and helpful, the hallways, lifts, stairs, room was big and spacious. The bed was firm and comfortable. I liked the concept of converting an office building into a hotel.
There could be a lip on the floor of the shower so water does not get the entire bathroom floor wet. I would prefer a bigger bed instead of two small ones together. The pillows were not very comfortable. A mini fridge in the room would also be nice.
3.6
Comfortable bed, 16 minutes by metro to the city center, Wi-Fi worked well, short drive to Oktoberfest.
Thin walls
