Uma excelente opção para férias em família

-Excelente localização, a distância a pé de todas as atrações centrais. - prédio com elevador. Apartamento grande com 4 quartos e 3 casas de banho. Cozinha totalmente equipada incluindo especiarias, sal e azeite para cozinhar.

- mau isolamento sonoro, principalmente ao fim de semana rua ruidosa com pessoas e música. - tecido dos sofás com nódoas

This was a great choice for me and my adult children. We had plenty of space and lots of options in the neighborhood fo

The location was amazing, we could walk everywhere or take a scooter or the subway. It was a very walkable neighborhood. The apartment is spacious and 7 of us were very comfortable. Very helpful host too!

We liked everything. It is on a busy street, so be prepared for some typical car noise. If you are from the city you will be used to it.

Location, location, location!!

You can’t beat the location for this property. We had a group of 7, so 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was perfect for us! You could walk to the Colloseum, The Spanish Steps, Vatican, etc. The air conditioning was key since it was about 100 degrees with 85% humidity!

There wasn’t anything negative about the space or location.

Very nice apartment, within walking distance to many

The size of the apartment was very good for a family of 10. Two and a half baths were very nice for our group. The apartment was very close to many shops, restaurants, and walking distance to the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain.

Beds were a little stiff but still sleepable.

Large, clean, easy check-in and out, and close to Termini station

We were only there for 1 night before catching a flight, but check-in was easy and the apartment was very large and in excellent shape. Our group of 8 had plenty of space and the 2.5 bathrooms came in handy too.

No complaints about our stay here..

A beautiful mansion in a good location with a wonderful host.

it is a beautiful mansion with 4 bedrooms in a very good location. it has three bathrooms with drying racks. My family of 6 really appreciate the spacious and luxurious mansion. The four queen beds are very comfortable: The kitchen is big with all the cooking amenities but we did not cook. The host, Stephan, is very nice and response quickly. My wallet got pickpocketed and he offered me a ride to the airport but luckily I booked train ticket earlier.

The apartment is next to a major street so the noise can be bothering for light sleepers. I used earplugs so I was able to sleep well.

Spacious clean apartment great location

Very spacious apartment. We were two families of 4 adults and 5 lively kids. Large beds. Very clean. 3 toilets for us all. Lovely and warm for our winter stay. Stefano was very helpful and there for advice. Great location for sights and amenities. Close to termini Station.

Only negative was the noise outside but expected with the streets outside in a central location.

Beautiful space. Really large rooms. Well stocked kitchen. Owner and staff were terrific.

Only negative was elevator repair our last two days so getting luggage downstairs was a little tougher but not anything owner could do- just building maintenance.

We absolutely would stay here again if we were in Rome.

The location was great for the sightseeing we were doing and the apartment was immaculate. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated all the space to spread out. Stefano made arrival and departure extremely easy, was readily available for questions and very helpful, particularly in arranging for a cab for us to head to the airport early on the morning of our departure.

The apartment is on a busy street so there is some street noise. We wear earplugs to sleep so it didn't bother us.

Exceptional

Very spacious apparment - we were 8. Great location close to Colosseum, next to cozy neighborhood Monti. Host Stefano was very reachable, helped us with arranging our airport shuttle and storaging our luggage safely on our last day. We loved it and would certainly come back!

There was a lot of street noise in the rooms at the street side but we were so tired in the evening we slept right through that! I suppose it is part of staying in a city like Rome (which we thought was very noisy in general - sirens, cars honking and people shouting).

Great for extended families

This place was great! Stefano was an excellent host. Great location (metro close and walkable to many sites and restaurants), good sized bedrooms -- perfect for an extended family. The kitchen was adequate size and well appointed. We stayed during a very hot stretch in August and the air conditioning worked great! It maintained a perfect temperature.

The TV in the first bedroom and living room didn't work, but we weren't doing much TV watching so it didn't impact our stay. Contacted host and he mentioned it was broken by last guests and didn't have time to fix before our arrival. I have no doubt this has already been fixed.

- spacious & clean apartment with good equipped kitchen - perfect location in the walk distance to railway station and old city - small supermarket to be reached in 1 minute by foot

- you need to consider noise of Cavour street during the night
