Perfekte Lage, aber mittelmäßige Wohnung.

Die sehr zentrale Lage der Wohnung war toll, denn man konnte von dort überall hin zu Fuß gehen. In der Straße war es nachts überwiegend ruhig. Der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern funktionierte gut.

Die Wohnung macht einen etwas heruntergekommenen Eindruck: Die Steckdosen u.a. sind nicht fest in der Wand, die Wasserhähne tropfen etwas, der Putz blättert teilweise von den Wänden usw. Die Ausstattung in der Küche war mittelmäßig; außerdem gab es weder Spülmittel, noch Spültücher o.ä. (was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt dort nicht unbedingt kaufen möchte). Das WLAN funktionierte nicht (und wurde auch nach mehrfacher Nachfrage nicht hergestellt). Eine besondere (und inakzeptable) Unannehmlichkeit im Bad bei unserer Ankunft wurde zwar beseitigt, aber wir hätten uns ein Entgegenkommen der Gastgeber als Ausgleich/Entschädigung gewünscht.

I would stay here again, FANTASTIC place.

The location is FANTASTIC. I really liked this apartment, it’s really big and easy to walk everywhere! The surroundings are amazing, as there are a lot of restaurants nearby and a supermarket in case you are interested in cooking home. Chris was a really proactive and responsive host, he was very clear with the check in instructions + he made recommendations for us. FANTASTIC place, definitely don’t miss out the opportunity to stay here!

Very good

The day before and during our stay our host was great at corresponding, however I tried to contact him multiple times leading up to our stay and had no response. Made me feel concerned that we would not have a place to stay given it is. ‘Self check in’ with no person on site.

Great Place, Amazing Location

Location, location, location. Close to everything including all major monuments, restaurants and the Metro is just a 3min walk. Chris was easy to communicate with and accomodating to our requests. Restaurant Toto just next door was delicious and had friendly staff that always greeted us. Grocery store just around the corener had fresh produce and made to order sandwiches for less than 4 euros (ask for friedly Andres in the deli area). Washing machine was handy as was the hair dryer. Perfect place for our family of 4. Thank you Chris we had a great time!

Great location but a few things broken

Great location close to all the major sites. Spacious apartment. Nice bathroom and good shower.

When we arrived the key wasn’t left where we were told had to contact property to get someone to give us the keys. Door handle fell off when first opened apartment door. Old bloody tissue found behind TV in main room despite room having been cleaned before our arrival. Corner unit press door complete off hinges making it very difficult to access bins. Left window very difficult to close. Didn’t close properly at top or side allowed outside noise to travel making it very noisy at night. Pull out bed not fitted correctly to frame and slightly uncomfortable due to same.

this place is very roomy and cozy for family stay in Rome. a perfect location for shopping luxurious brands and near so many good places near Silver Spanish’s steps. the host, Chris is very kind and honest. if you wanna stay in Rome. this is a perfect place.

Good location but not clean

Location was fantastic, right around the corner from Spanish Steps Apartment was spacious and the living area was comfortable

Bathroom has mould everywhere and the shower had not been cleaned for seemingly a long time. I had to put a towel down in the shower to avoid standing in the dirt. Owner forces you to send pictures of your passport in advance which is a bit sketchy and then the key to the building is digital only, so if your phone runs out of battery then you're locked out.

Spacious apartment and superb location

Location is perfect near Spanish Steps, restaurants and shops. Spacious apartment for family. Host is responsive.

The bed was a little hard for my liking but still ok. Could use a little bit of maintenance work but nothing major, all facilities in working order.

Good apartment, great location!

The location is amazing: right in the middle of the center of town, lots of bars, restaurants, stores etc (2 minutes walk from the Spanish stairs). There is one bedroom for the parents and the kids sleep on a couch that opens and is pretty decent. It's good for a family with 4-5 people if the children are still young, or for a bunch of friends that don't mind sleeping in the same room (or even share a bed). The facilities are great (good wifi, loved the coffee machine :). The owner is very nice & helpful! If you need more soap or towels you can usually find extras in the cabinet in the corridor at the entrance. There's a small supermarket down the street, when you get tired of restaurants (or on a budget) I recommend buying some products and making your own meal!

This was one huge apartment that was splat into two and the main door leads to a small corridor and from there each unit has a door. For two nights we had noisy neighbors which was a bit annoying (they kept getting in and out late at night waking us up). This unit has one bathroom (including a shower) so if you're 4-5 people you need to be considerate about using it.

Very chic, stylish and perfect location. It is very well located and it was easy to get to the main places by foot. The apartment is spacious, well decorated and the bed is big and comfortable. Inside flat everything was brand new. The kitchen was fully equipped. The bedroom is cozy, the bed is just awesome. Kitchen with living room are big and comfortable. Apartment are very cozy and warm. Underfloor heating is a big plus for me. Large, sunny, quiet apartment in a perfect location. Big thanks for manager for professionalism and punctuality. The cleaner are very hardworking and friendly. Thanks a lot, it was great❣️

First floor cosy and central apartment

The place is very central and cosy. Since we arrived early, although the flat was being cleaned, they permitted us to leave the luggage..

A small detail, a plug on the tv was dislodged, it can easily be fixed, but otherwise the flat was very cosy.

Exceptional

the apartment was clean and comfortable for living with a child. the apartment has a crib and high chair for baby. The biggest plus of this apartment is that it is in a great location, next to the Spanish Steps. and all sights can be reached on foot. the owner of the apartment is very nice and kind. She told and showed on the map of the city where you must go and how long it will take. Thank you very much for our great stay. we will definitely be back!
