部屋自体は価格相応だったかと。

チェックイン時に若い男性が対応してくれましたが、とても嫌な感じを受けました。妻と15歳の息子と３人で滞在しました。「チャイルドポリシー：お子様も宿泊可能です（年齢制限なし）。この宿泊施設では、18歳以上の子供には大人料金が請求されます。」を確認の上予約したので問題ないはずですが、「７歳以上の子供は追加料金１日あたり600ペソ払ってください」と言われました。電話越しにオーナーと思われる女性から、「Booking.comの掲載内容が間違っていたので払ってください」という主張を何度も繰り返されました。金額的には小さいですが、こちらが悪いわけではないのに、とても嫌な気分になりました。

Comfortable stay!

I like the homey and dog friendly atmosphere of this hotel.The room is tidy, smells good and surprisingly comfortable. Just perfect to keep you relaxed after a tiring travel. I didnt avail breakfast though. The beach is just a few minutes walk. What a joy to wake up in the morning and experience the privacy of Diniwid beach.

The street leading to the hotel is rough, narrow & uphill and the hotel signage is not so visible at night, good thing there is a waiting area for e-trike nearby wherein some helpful residents or probably barangay enforcers keep watch.

Das Hotel liegt traumhaft schön an einem kleineren Strand, der nicht zu überfüllt ist. Um in das Zentrum zu gelangen kann man immer entlang des White Beach laufen und ist in 30 min dort. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber und die Gastgeber großartig. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Simple and close to the beach

The price, breakfast, and the distance to the beach.

Although I chose on purpose not to be on the City center, for low season it's maybe not the best option, as there was barely no one around. Other than that, the place itself is okay. Nothing special. Simple and cheap.

Pro’s; 1. Boutique design : stylish, fresh & quaint. 2. Cleanliness immaculate. 3. 5***** without the price tag. 4. Excellent private owners & staff. Big applause for Kier. 👏🏻👏🏻 5. Good quiet location 4 min walk to Diniwid beach & good beach restaurant bar. 6. Good breakfast.

One of the very best small independent hotels on the island. Nothing to complain about.

Feels like home

Kier, the person in charge while I was there, was excellent: smart, proactive in solving everything I asked. The room was spacious and a few steps away from the beach.

Everything was good :) I will come back again. I would just recommend to have a separation between the shower area and the sink / toilet in the bathroom so everything is not wet after use. However this is just my preference and is not a must for everyone.

Overall, this particular stay taught me that the word ‘boutique’ means something different here than what I’ve experienc

The AC was nice, complementary water (2 x small bottles). Dinibeach cafe and the beach are less than a minute walk away.

Old furnishings, no toiletries as advertised (soap, toothbrush, toothpaste etc.), rusty and mouldy bathroom and rusty old safe (didn’t work), dusty ceiling fan (be warned: do not turn it on otherwise you will be eating dust and cob webs). The doggies are cute, but the permeating dog smell throughout the hotel put me off from dining there or going to other parts of the hotel. Towels were all stained and had to ask for new ones.

Excellent - 10 is not enough

Everything was perfect. Since the localization at less then 5 minuts from beach, the cleanning, the size of bedroom, good hot water on the shower, friendship of the staff always ready for any question. Quiet place without noise. Lovely dogs. I just felt like i was at home ( unfortunally at home the beach water is not so warm :) ) I am sure that was the best place i ever been in this trip in Phillipines. Thank you for your wellcome.

Perfect for a relaxing stay at Diniwid Beach.

Wonderful people in a great location away from the busy and touristy stations, but still in walking distance if you want to go out. Would definitely stay again.

Superb

The hotel is 150 metres to the beach, it is quiet away from the noises at the centre of the island. . The E- tric ( taxi service) is not far to be pick up from the hotel.

Perfect for travelling couples.

I super love our room. The room is spacious. Bed is huge. Aircon is working well. Staff are really nice and very accommodating. I love that the resort is a few minutes away from Diniwid beach as if you are in a private beach. Walking distance to station 1. I love the dogs Gia and Winston.

Less restaurants in the area. You have to walk or ride an e-tric or motorcycle to go to D'Mall especially at night since it is too dark to walk back to the hotel.

Average hotel jot worth the price

Diniwid beach is 2 minute walk away

Stayed here for 7 days and room did not get cleaned at all There is no sea or mountain views because of the other buildings blocking the views Wifi was so weak:maximum 1Mbps (not MBps) Aside from Diniwid beach, there is nothing else nearby. Station 1 is 10-15 minute motorcycle ride away. City Mall is 5 minutes away and the motorbike fare is quite high if they know you are a tourist

Quiet and Beautiful Place in Boracay

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room and the garden was beautiful. The location is not at White Beach but quite near Station 1. Just be prepared to walk a little to get to station 1. My husband and I enjoyed walking from Diniwind beach to White Beach, since we got to pass a lot of beautiful hidden spots that are also great for picture taking.

I wish there were more food and beverage options. I hope they can fix the leak of the sink too.

I left my heart in Sulu Sea Hotel

Everyone was very accommodating, helpful and polite. I love every thing about the place. Makes me calm every morning to see the green surroundings and to hear the sound of the birds, waves and trees. Perfect for someone who loves nature and quiet time, yet very close to the beach set up. It was also easy for us to go to station 1 whenever we want to. I fell in love with the place so much! Or maybe because of the cute dogs who were very friendly and clingy specially Gia (Sky and Winston too!) ☺️ I am more of a cat person, but those sweethearts just changed my heart instantly! ☺️ Thank you everyone 😊☺️❤️❤️❤️ See ya again!

The corned beef on the free breakfast. But I super love the sweet ham and the omelette, those were the best! 😉 Haven't tried the pancakes though. Maybe next time! ☺️

Very peaceful, clean, the staffs are always willing to help, diniwid beach nearby, very big room.

Far from white beach, no restaurants nearby, no neaby transpo but there are motorcycles where you can pay 50 pesos each.

Value for money

Everything else. The staffs were so nice, very helpful. The room is clean, and comfortable. The beach outside is almost secluded. And they have these 2 adorable dogs that practically stayed in our room the whole time.

It's a far off from the main street. So the choices for food after dark is also limited. Tho, station 1 is not very far. It's not really a deal breaker.

Awesome location and place. Its huge and best option if you want to cook your own meals. Great for long stay. Beach area is great. Better than the other stations. Quite and peaceful side of Boracay.

Really friendly everyone from the staff, they were all the time very helpful. The Hotel is situated close to a lovely small beach, from where the big popular beaches are easy to access by a sort walk if you are interested. For those who like quiet and almost hidden places it is an ideal hotel to stay in.

Big room and comfy bed. Basic but good breakfast. Quiet place and great location.

Basically no division between shower and toilet. No shower curtain or anything. So there was a puddle after every shower. Humidity inside the room and slippery floor.

Lovely stay

Delicious breakfast, good quiet location in Diniwid Beach, 20 min walk from white beach, 20 min from the local city mall, with food court.

The aircon was too cold I couldn't really set the aircon properly with the remote.
