Nothing, they are disgusting😥

It's a lot of mess, there are no towels, the furniture is broken, the showers are broken, it's not worth trying, it's better to sleep in the car

Not that great, but not that terrible.

Location wasn't bad. All in all, the place was still liveable and we enjoyed our time in Ayia Napa, even if our hotel room wasn't so clean or we'll take care of.

Towels were never changed over our four nights there. When we left some on the floor to indicate that they needed changing, they were simply taken and never replaced. My cologne bottle went missing, so the cleaner either took it or threw it out, good that it was cheap. The place was infested with ants, but at least I had chance to finally use my mosquito spray. The white paint on the balcony and bath was coming off, so they can't say it was our dandruff.

It is okey for a few nights for a friends trip, I do no recommend for families.

The property has a good location, close to the beach and restaurants. The stuff was very helpful.

We heared everything from the street, it was hard to sleep well. In the room we got it was mold on the walls, but we got a new room in short time.

To put it bluntly, it was a total scam. I already booked the hotel in January. Based on my mobility difficulties and special dietary needs, I have absolutely certain criteria when looking for accommodation. Also, whenever I travel with someone, I take a room with separate beds. I checked the reservation several more times. Upon arrival, it turned out that instead of the reserved room, a room with one wide bed was offered, and the receptionist claimed that booking.com had not given her the correct information. At my insistence, he reluctantly contacted another nearby hotel and sent us there, confirming that everything I wanted was there. In reality, while making preparations for dinner, it turned out that the electric oven was completely out of order. Neither the staff of the replacement hotel nor the original hotel wanted to start looking for a solution to the problem, but arrogantly repeated that this is how it is and will remain and that they are not to blame for this situation. Incredibly unprofessional behavior! Because I can't go without food for medical reasons, I had to make extra expenses to eat anything, even junk food. Of course, the pre-purchased and prepared food was completely wasted. Also the fact that the toilet was not lockable and instead of one night lamp there was a lamp base that was covered with tape (in the picture) is a serious testimony that something is very wrong with the attitude. The crown on everything was the noisy guests from the adjacent rooms until at least 1 a.m. (I had to personally clean them up) and the dumb cleaner who knocked on the door of the room at 9 in the morning, who could not understand why I shouted at him to stop disturbing the visitors. I would like to receive an adequate answer as to how such a situation could arise in the first place. Until this answer is received, I warn everyone - stay away from such a junk hotel with junk attendants! Apparently I have to take some steps to get my money back.

They cancelled our booking when we actually arrived there because of the reasony they were full. We payed a month earlie

They cancelled our booking, so we didn’t had the chance to stay there. We glad that they booked a room to another hotel. (Sadly that hotel didn’t have warm water and the air conditioner didn’t work) Because of the accident they booked for our last 2 nights an another room to another place. It was perfect. Name of the hotel: Cleopatra.

They reached us before our expecting arrival that when we will be there, and then I answered the time when we will arrive. Then they said at the hotel that they are on full. We were so disappointed.

The reception area and communal areas where clean, the location was excellent! Our stay was really nice and Linda on reception was just amazing, so lovely and always on hand if we needed anything!

the downside was that the hotel was very noisy at night, there are a lot of families staying in the hotel and we’re awake all hours cooking as you could smell it. there was always large groups of people hanging about that made us feel uneasy.

PAY ATTENTION !

Hotel has a good room with big beds, clean with balcony and great lights. Location is great near center but you need to walk 15-20 mins to the beach. Food is very good.

We left 100$ dollars in wardrobe, probably cleaners robbed us. So be carefull if you are leaving money and your stuff in the room. They ask deposit for hair dryer, control remote.. Every day and night suspicious people walk by recepcion and hang with workers. So you dont feel safe cause u never know who is working. Also in that area late at night drunk people are walking around.

Fit for a Cockroach

My double bed was comfy & i had air conditioning & free WiFi also had a balcony, but that's it !

upon arriving at the hotel, the receptionist checked me in to one of the rooms in the hotel, but on my booking it said i would get a studio in the annex building next door ! I had already paid for a whole month, but once i got to the room the door was hanging off it's hinges & the room had no tv or mini frigde & a kettle, also the bed hadn't been made ! So i asked to look at the other rooms on the frist floor & none of them execpt one had a working tv & mini frigde & kettle. You can't use the kettle without purchacing a plug adapter, as it has two pin plug on the lead & all the plug sockets are three pins. When i turned on the tv i couldn't get many channels & the tv wouldn't stay on for more than 5 minutes, very frustrating & also there was an infestation of Cockroaches in the bedroom & the shower room & in the shower cubicle. When i went to use the sink tap, i couldn't get any water & also in the shower the water pressure kept fluctuating. Also you can here doors banging & drunks in the hallway coming back from there night out, very noisy throughout the night. After two weeks of this & not having my room serviced for more than two days & having reported these problems to the reception staff & the manager Florius Flouri, i lost my temper & pushed the printer off the counter on the reception desk late one night, as i couldn't get any reponse from them ! Later that morning at 7am i had loud banging on my door & it was the police, as they had reported me for damages. I expained to the police officers that i was upset as i hadn't had my room serviced for days & i couldn't use the tv & there was Cockroaches in the room !

Bed was comfy, amazing location in centre. The room was basic

It was not a kitchenette- There was a hot plate and a fridge. The hot plate could not be plugged in at the same time as the kettle. There was one frying pan and one plate. One room was exceptionally mouldy.

FAKE PICTURES, VERY UNSAFE PLACE

Nothing. I'll explain everything to my lawyer when I sue them.

Everything was so dirty and we didn't feel safe. Our door was broken, towels and linens were dirty. Our room was far away. I have stayed with my child and mother. Whole nights there were loud people, probably drunk and drugged. We left the accommodation after 2 nights without sleep and paid for a new one. I 've been asking for a money return for days from this hotel, as we didn't use it, but they are trying to skip this, Probably I'll sue the hotel. I called our embassy and they'll send the inspection to this place. Never book this hotel, as pictures aren't representable and they put fake pictures,

The Air Conditioning

The poor organisation, the rude and unhelpful staff. The room was nothing like the pictures at all. They are late to check you in but then rushing to check you out. They had told my airport return transfer that I had left and lied about trying to call me to get home when I was sitting in reception waiting, luckily the main office called me up and then my transfer was able to locate me. I’ve been working in Cyprus for 12 weeks and I came here for 2 days before I leave to relax but it wasn’t a nice place to stay.

Stinking Dirty, from rubbish left in the room from previous guests to corridors that looked like the clean up of a rave. 15 years in this business and things are tough with staff issues but this was a poor effort guys!! hotel is in a good location for the strip but needs tlc
