Located on Singer Island just a 3 minute walk to a ocean beach.
It is a 5 bedroom, 4 bath home which can sleep 8 or more. It has a pull out sofa in the living room.It has a new modern kitchen and newly refurbished family room and bedrooms. It has a lanai ,beautiful landscaping, new gas grill and host of other amenities. Free WiFi in the entire home, outdoor shower with hot water. The home is close to many local attractions such as a national park (7min drive), a huge municipal beach (7min walk) with restaurants, shops, activities (tennis, volleyball, cooking etc)

Perfect place for our wedding trip with family and friends. Beautiful, thoughtfully appointed home with wonderful attention to detail. Excellent location, just a short walk to the beach. Very responsive and accommodating host. Highly recommended! 🙂👍

The house is comfortable. Typical older Florida design by which I mean not updated. Bathrooms were small, interior is dark, but overall it is exactly as described, and it was very clean. Worked perfectly for us (three couples). It’s big enough to spread out. We would stay there again.

We had such a great vacation. The house was perfect and even better than described. It was a very short walk to the beach which is huge when you have little kids. The neighborhood was quiet and everyone was very friendly. There was tons of useful great amenities and it's very close to good food options. This was a beautiful well setup vacation spot. I would stay here again and highly recommend.

We came to Singer Island for our daughter’s wedding. We needed a place that would accommodate a few families and Zenon’s property was MORE than accommodating! It was clean, well stocked and very spacious! Virginia, the property manager, was so sweet and such a wonderful hostess, making sure we were comfortable and safe after a nasty storm had gone through. We had such a wonderful time and this property was a perfect 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. We would love to visit the island again and stay at Zenon’s property!

We stay for a full month and have family/friends come visit. The house has everything you need. All the beds/bedding were very comfortable. Having 4 bathrooms is a plus! We bbq’d and cooked in many nights and the kitchen has everything you need. We like Cod and Capers and Doris Market, Fabulous month in Florida!

Zenon’s large, spacious rental home is wonderful in every way. We loved the screened in veranda, we were able to grill and cook in the incredibly well-appointed kitchen, we took advantage of all the outdoor sports, paths and restaurants within walking distance, and the four full baths were a blessing for our full house of adults. We had 6 adults, but you could definitely sleep 10 comfortably - 4 couples and 2 singles. We recommend highly!

Whole family raved about short walk to the ocean and the many gathering places in the house, big benefit with 8 adults. Football watchers had their room but still felt connected to others in the dining room, the large room adjacent to the TV, the kitchen, the living room--we never felt cramped. Clean as a whistle, well-equipped kitchen, excellent local manager Virginia. Perfect for us and we plan to return, many thanks.

This was my 4th stay at this home and I have never been disappointed. The property is impeccably maintained, wonderfully furnished and perfectly located. The kitchen has everything a chef could need. The bedrooms are roomy and comfortable. The bathrooms are clean and plentiful for multiple guests. Thank you Zenon. Already looking forward to next year🌞

Wow! This home is beautiful! Everything about this house feels like a home, it was cozy, comfortable, and my family had a great time here. The bedrooms are spacious, and so is the living area, our family of 6 + baby had plenty of fun walking to the beach and playing charades. The owner was very responsive to answer any questions and help with any issues. If we are ever in the area again we will be trying to stay here again.

Great large house within easy walking distance to the beach. Great restaurants nearby as well as a great State Park. Great house inside and big enough for 2 families. Owners were great to deal with and highly recommend this home.

This is my second stay at Zenon's home, and I have 2 more reserved! I have stayed at a dozen other homes in this area and none compare to this property!!! Comfort, cleanliness, layout, overall appeal...This home has it all. And, to top it off, Zenon is the best homeowner possible. Every question is answered promptly and with knowledge. My entire family has given their input and they all insist this is their favorite place to rent. I would give this place 10 stars and 2 thumbs up if I could.

Zenon’s property was lovely and comfortably fit my large party. The home is beautifully laid out and decorated (and there’s an amazing backyard with a grill)! There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an office with a Murphy bed on the ground floor. In the back of the house, upstairs, there are two more bedrooms and another bathroom. There is a third bathroom just off the living room/ on the inside of the back door. One of the living room couches also folds out into a bed. Every amenity we might have needed was in the house, check in was a breeze, and Zenon was easy to reach and quick to respond. The beach was a 4 minute walk from the house and the outdoor shower was very convenient and easy to use. We had a wonderful time and I will absolutely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

This house is beautiful and just a five minute walk to the beach. It appears small from the outside, but it is quite large and spacious on the inside and filled with all your day-to-day needs. The host, Zenon, is very nice, very helpful and very responsive! He went out of his way to make sure we had a nice, comfortable stay. Nothing but five star reviews for this rental! Highly recommend.

This was an amazing property in the perfect location! With 5 bedrooms, it had plenty of space for my whole group. The decor made us feel right at home in this beach community! We loved spending time together on the sunporch, but each had our own private bedroom to retreat to at night. The house was central to all the things we wanted to do, as well as to the family wedding we attended while there. I highly recommend this property to anyone!!

Enjoyed zenon’s house very much. We filled every bedroom including the pull down bed. Everyone was very comfortable and did not feel on top of each other. Enough bathrooms to go around. The screened in porch was amazing to relax in at night. High quality appliances for laundry and cooking too. The heated outdoor shower was great for cleaning all the sand off as well. Location was perfect. Located a block from 2 different beach accesses. The island has multiple outdoor restaurants and bars within walking distance. The Publix is just over the bridge.Zenon was a great host. Very responsive and easy to work with. Had a small issue regarding garbage and he called me the same day I reached out and then had someone come over immediately to address the situation. Couldn’t ask for anymore.

We had a wonderful stay at this Singer Island property! This place has everything! We have stayed in many rental units over the years and this one has been the most stocked house weve stayed in. My kids who are in their 20s said that this house is like a pay it forward house! The beach is right across the street and they had Beach towels, chairs, snorkle equipment and a rolling cooler. Its walking distance to stores and restaurants. Its a good spot.The only negative thing I could say is that some of the furnishings are out dated but it looks like they are working on replacing things because there are some newer furnishing.Great place to stay for a family vacation!

This lovely home in a quiet neighborhood was everything we had hoped for. The five bedrooms were well furnished and comfortable. The living areas were great, especially the screened porch which served us well for dining and socialization. We loved the beaches in the area and appreciated the beach chairs and the other extra supplies in the house. Thanks to the owner for his hospitality.
