The Resort Condo in overall 4 starts, need more maintenance mostly the Infinite Pool, (sand in the pool), towels everywhere, on the 19 floor under the furniture close to the elevators are napkins or papers. Our apartment was great, clean, organized, no complaints at all, the best part, the ocean view. Friendly with kids, activities for them that my boy love it the slide and the water falls.

Great location on the beach. great view of the ocean. this is a valet only hotel if you are driving. easy process to text to get your vehicle. The unit we stayed was great except for the beds and pillows. very uncomfortable and the pillows were useless. had to check out a day early because of the discomfort.

The condos are spacious and adequately equipped. Valets were great. The view of the water was gorgeous. The downside was the temperature was quite warm in the unit despite turning the thermostat down. This made it very difficult to sleep.

Although the unit is nice, and even though the property managers were very responsive, there’s a number maintenance issues. Unit was dirty. They must wash the sheets in the unit and leave them…all were wrinkled…. Leaving us wondering if someone had already slept on them. Furniture is worn out. And the bed in the master…awful. They put a 4” soft foam topper atop a worn out failed mattress. You’d need to be really strong to operate the slider to the balcony.

Repeated warnings after booking that this was in no way comparable to hotel stay and providing numerous alerts on check-in and checkout restrictions and responsibility for partial laundry duties. Very unwelcoming. This didn’t match overall high price for property. Wi-Fi not included. Marriott staff very helpful despite not directly responsible.

We didn’t end up staying here, I tried to cancel my reservation due to Hurricane. Idalia. Although this area was not hit, I was coming here with my family for a vacation and the weather was thunderstorms, high winds and rain everyday. This isn’t much of a vacation. While it’s not the hotels fault it certainaky wasn’t mine either. So we tried to cancel and get credit for a future booking, they refused and wouldn’t even work wirh us. We purchased the travel insurance, but this is also proving to be a huge ordeal and Expedia isn’t much of a help either.

I would never rent from Singer Island rentals again! The unit I rented was extremely warm. I asked for the AC to be turned down 2° but management refused. They said it is just warmer in the summer months. So I had to open the front door and let in the air conditioned air in from the hotel hallway. Plus, my reservation was canceled halfway through my stay. I had to get new keys every day -sometimes two in one day - to access my unit until I left - about eight in total! One of the toilets was not operating properly also. Definitely will never use singer island rentals again!

The shower was clogged and I suspent the bedding was not washed. The owner had said we would have access to the privaste beach but that was false advertising. We would have to pay for two chairs and an umbrella. It was not an enjoyable vacation becuase it was based on false advertising

Amazing! Will be back 100%. Great views, great room size, great resort amenities. You do have pay for parking/valet and WiFi. Was so worth it. And we opted to not get WiFi to have more family time anyways. Food was great too. I recommend their burger!

Condo was filthy, housekeeping never cleaned room the 5 days we stayed, had to switch rooms which took up half day of my vacation. Management and staff are very arrogant and ignorant, I’ll never stay there again

The property was A+!! The entire staff was more than accommodating. All staff members made a great effort to personalize our experience. Several staff members took the time to personally introduce themselves and by the end of our short stay we felt like we had made new friends. The amenities we top notch. We were traveling with two elderly guests who had full access to all amenities due to well-designed accessibility to ALL areas.

Beautiful property! The pools were awesome and the place very clean. I think the communication between Marriott and the rent from owner condos could be a little clearer. Often given responses like you are renting from an owner, I’m not sure. The condo is in a Marriott property and if that’s going to be the case I think the Marriott staff should be able to answer questions. Additionally - the condo was beautiful and it was super clean and very welcoming. We loved staying there, except for sleeping. Our only complaint is that the beds are the most Uncomfortable beds ever. The king bed must be broken in the middle or in desperate need of a new one. The queen sleeper sofa has obviously been used too much and is in terrible condition. Five nights sleeping in that place was way too many.
