Amazing villa! We will be back.

The location was great. About 20min walk to the main strip in Sanur but we enjoyed the walk. If you wanted food and restaurants closer there was lots, plus money exchange and bars. A great breakfast restaurant was just next door called “soul in the bowl” YUMMY! Adi the host was amazing- very helpful for anything we needed. The place was clean and comfortable- great pool and perfect for us as 3 adults and 2 children. We stayed 3 nights and wish it was longer. We will be back for sure.

séjour en famille à Sanur : plage, visites sur les îles, ballade à vélo...

les grandes chambres avec de grands lits confortables et salle de bains attenantes, la clim dans toutes les chambres. La piscine n'est pas très grande mais très agréable quand on rentre de ballade pour se rafraîchir. La cuisine est pratique pour se faire des petits déjeuners en famille. La situation géographique : au fond d'une impasse donc très calme.

it was great staying in the house despite the less than 4 stars cleanliness, but that improved thanks to the manager Adi

3 separate bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and a pool, was great. However the best about the accommodation was the manager, Adi. He took care of everything for us in a very friendly and personal way. He also drove us to some interesting places outside of Sanur in a very safe and comfortable way. It was very nice to talk with him.

The cleanliness of the accommodation is not the best part of it. Thanks to Adi it improved during our stay. The kitchenware for cooking could also be improved. Thanks to Adi we got a new rice cooker, that helped.

Adi was very accommodating with anything we wanted. Very relaxing and quiet area

Big villa! Further walking distance from the beach than expected. The location felt a little uneasy

I liked the size and the furnishings and the filtered water provided.

It wasn't super clean (bathroom especially, mainly shower) and the beds were hard.

We would not hesitate to recommend this Villa.

Location was great with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Beach was a 10 min. walk, however we didn't spend anytime there because we had our own pool. Laundry a few doors down and lots of shopping nearby.

The kitchen could use a deep clean.

I didn’t like anything about this place Filthy just look at the photos

No hot water for first 2 days Uncomfortable beds and pillows place is run down and not clean didn’t swim because pool didn’t look very clean

Beautiful air conditioned rooms with perfect plunge pool.

pool area beautiful and clean . Rooms quiet with very comfortable beds ( don’t know what the whinging was about in previous reviews). For the price it is perfect. Adi great communicator.

Villa needs work but good location.

Location was good. Secure villa with lockable gate and door entrance. Each room could also be locked individually. Good WiFi. Would be a good, cheap villa for a group of young people who aren't fussy. Can sleep up to 6 ppl in 3 king beds.

5 night stay in 3 bedroom Villa. First night had to change bedrooms 3 times as the beds were extremely uncomfortable. 3rd bed was good but was in the room with the worst air conditioning. Showers had no floor fall to drain so water spread across the entire bathroom when we having a shower. Bathroom had an unpleasant odor from the drains and they were not cleaned very well. Water pressure was terrible. Fridge/freezer didn't work. Pool was good only on the first day but water turned green from the 2nd day onwards. No safe to store valuables. Towels had stains on them.

Just a great stay and pleasant experience :))

Honestly everything about this villa is just amazing but to list a few highlights: the comfiest beds ever, really well kept pool/garden, great kitchen facilities, great location (circleK & nice restaurants nearby) and most of all AMAZING host! Adi was incredibly responsive and quick to fix any problems we had, it really did make the experience just that little bit better :))

Could do with a little more kitchen ware but when we asked for a big pot Adi provided one almost immediately, so no complaints there!

Exceptional

Super experience for the entire family. Try the Italian/Indonesian to the right for dinner, the coffee shop to the left for its great breakfast and ambience.Drinks across the street/bottle avenue and a honest corner shop. The home salon down the road gave my parents a good home service massage. Bike rentals not far. .. just a great neighborhood.

Great Sanur Villa option for multiple couples

A terrific pool villa close to shops and eating choices down the southern end of Sanur. Away from the road noise and and an excellent pool to chill in. Good sized rooms each with their own large ensuite. Having the kitchen facility was a great bonus as well.

A little hard to find as no road side signage and not under that name on Google Maps. The "Bottle Avenue" shop across the road is the best landmark for location.

Nice Host and clean property with great facilities conveniently located close to major aminities.

the property is conveniently located near to the local beach, major roads, shops and restaurants. The property has great facilities such as a swimming pool, air con in each bedroom, a working kitchen and large bedrooms with attached bathrooms.

It would have been great if there would have been more cookware such as pans and pots.

PERFECT FOR BIG FAMILY

All the basic needs for kitchen are available. Bedroom is spacious, bed and room arrangement are comfortable. It's also in walking distance to the beach. Downstairs bedroom has direct access to the pool. Pool is clean.

the bathroom should separate the space for shower and toilet, the water from shower may wet the whole floor. it's not a big deal though as they have fan that dry the bathroom after a while

Staff were fantastic. Location was okay but had to get taxis everywhere. Villa could do with a tidy

Staff were very helpful and responded promptly to our requests

There was construction next door started at 7am & a few times went until 8pm. Workers could look into pool area - was not enjoyable to sit outside.

Excellent, and comfy! Great value for money!

There was building happening next door and was very noisy from 7am until 9pm each day! The workers could see right into our villa and watched us!
