It's only a short walk into town, with parking to the free rear and front, keyless system was good
No receptionist and multiple phone numbers to call when you arrive

The place is very peaceful and near to the city. Staff is very friendly and provides everything. They gave us complementary breakfast which very nice. All the staff members helped us. Will stay again for sure.

Nothing in there was to hotel standards
I recently had a regrettable experience at this hotel. The list of issues was extensive. The shower was broken, and there were no towels provided. The radiator in the room was dysfunctional, leaving me feeling cold. Despite reaching out to the reception for help, they were unresponsive and did not offer a room change. The bed sheets and pillows were worn out, and the room had an unpleasant smell.
To add to the disappointment, the breakfast was subpar. The pots were empty and even the juice jar was empty. When I requested brown toast, they did not have any available.
Overall, this hotel was a letdown and definitely not worth the money.

Only the location
Broken bed, switchs not working, taps not fixed. Broken light & door handle on bathroom broken
0.5 / 5.0
Nothing
Having to go to hotel across the road to check in , the mould in the corners of the shower tray and the dirt around the shower head , no towels in the room not that you would have dared use the shower
Ground floor room with double patio doors that were not able to open so no fresh air was able to circulate the room ( hence why it probably smelt so bad )
Holes in door from changing locks around and generally a really poor standard of finish in the room also the view of piles of rubbish in the grounds of the hotel was not fantastic

Horrendous bed linen and pillows. No lamp shade, just a bulb. Shower dirty.
