موقع الفندق ممتاز على الطريق واضح الغرفه صغيره نوعا ما لكن ممتازه والاستقبال جدا محترمين وخدومين ومبتسمين الفطور بوفيه متنوع ولذيذ سكنت يوم واحد فقط

No privacy = We can hear everything the guests are saying at the next door room There is not enough blinds. There is no privacy, as well as lots of light coming into the room

Very good

Room was big enough for a family of four. Beds are comfy and the small fridges really help. Staff was amazing, very receptive and always willing to assist you.

Breakfast is not the worse we have already had, but definitely there are lots of room for improvements. First of all, we are all woke up with the smell of things being fried... (and we were in 3rd floor), so maybe a better exhauster in the kitchen area. I didn't understand why the smoke detector have not been activated as we were filling really smoked every morning. In addition to that, the bathroom is really small and has not a door on showers area, so everything gets wet after taking a shower.

The excellent location and warm hospitality from the owner Mr. Sayet to the staff Salma and Fatima

It’s a structural issue where the room door was half opened. I spoke to the owner about and advise the solution. hopefully in my best visit the problem will be resolved

I visited new hotel when I was on my way back from Croatia and had to leave through Sarajevo,, stayed only for one night to recharge before catching my flight back home, The hotel was clean in general, staff were great, the room was as expected and it was a very good deal for the money

Very clean new facility! Stuff is unbelievable friendly and the value for the money is amazing. Breakfast is fresh and very good choice. It's worth to visit.

Very nice and clean property we had a lovely four days stay, The staff were extremely helpful and very nice bed and the

very clean property, comfy bed very nice bathroom.

The breakfast could be improved but it was okay. The location was a bit far from the old town but we had a car so it wasn’t too bad. it took us about 15 minutes drive to get to the city centre so if you don’t have a car you need to think again. there’s nothing much happening around the property but there is a petrol station very close by and 15 minutes walk to McDonald’s.

Great experience and great hotel.

The staff were amazing we only stayed for stop between flights. The hotel collected us from airport and dropped us the next day. We would have missed breakfast due to leaving to early they made up a little lunch box instead, gave us water and free coffee in the morning. Very pleasant, enjoyable experience. hotel was clean with good facilities and very close to the airport. I would most definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you so much for all you did as I was a women alone with a child. They really supported us and made us feel safe and secure during our stay.

Excellent, perfectly placed and exactly what I was looking for.

First of all, I have been taking care of amazingly well from the moment I arrived since my smooth check out, where I was given proper lunch box for take away, as I couldn’t benefit from the nice breakfast service, as I had to leave quite early. The staff members and receptionists especially, were very kind and supportive during my stay. I didn’t miss out on anything. Furthermore, I am very happy to be able to book a place at this hotel and on this way, I want to thank everyone who is working at this hotel. Much respect and appreciation to the New Hotel. Absolutely easy and confident to recommend.
