A wonderful stay in Rome

We had a wonderful time at the Relais Rome Suite Hotel. The room was very nice and perfectly clean with a lovely little balcony. The hotel has a very good location, within some minutes you can get to the Vatican and other sights. The staff is very friendly and helpful. All in all, we can only recommend it!

Hidden Gem

The hotel was very comfortable. Great location to Vatican, food and shopping. Quiet and clean. Breakfast was a plus..

Great location as it is very close to the Vatican City

The staff were always helpful in giving us tips where to eat, places to visit,etc.

The room was cleaned up and the beds made up every day.

the property is spotless,the staff were very attentive, welcoming and pleasant

The location was absolutely brilliant for anyone who wants to be on the Vaticans doorstep ,very close to plenty of restaurants, shops, very safe area I liked that we could look after ourselves with whatever we wanted for breakfast in the spotless dining room The bedroom was modern, spotless, comfortable,warm ,equally in the summer theres air conditioning and screens to leave the window open we also had a lovely terrace, the towels were changed daily and the beds made(which were very comfortable) I really couldnt find any fault with this property

Ok für die Lage aber unkomfortabel und überteuert

Die Lage direkt beim Vatikan war der Hit! Das personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Das Zimmer war Mini! Die Nachbarn hat man nahezu atmen gehört da es sich bei der Unterkunft um umgebaute Wohnungen handelt, In der mehrere Einheiten untergebracht sind. Das bad war aber das echte Manko. Ich bin 1,60 cm und es war mir nur möglich seitlich auf der Kloschlüssel zu sitzen, da ich anders keine Platz gehabt hätte. Es gab keine Ablagefläche beim Waschbecken für irgendwas und auch nicht in der Dusche wo es auch kein Licht gab. Das Frühstück sollte man sich unbedingt sparen für den Preis ausser man mag nur abgepacktes

It is clean, nice toilet, accessible by train or bus (walk around 7 mins to reach train station). A lot of restaurants. The staff is very accomodating

Wonderful stay

Literally a stone’s throw away from St Peter’s Basilica. Great staff - Vince is awesome. He’s proactive, extremely helpful, and manages the place well. The place is clean.

Weekend romano con famiglia di 3 persone

La posizione sicuramente invidiabile, la qualità dei locali e degli arredi è sicuramente di alto livello, le misure di prevenzione da covid sono sicuramente efficaci (compresa la consegna della colazione)

Siamo stati ospiti in tre: moglie, marito e una bambina di 8 anni. La camera era già piccola per due persone. In più con una colonna portante in mezzo alla stanza. Con il letto della bimba in pratica non ci si muoveva. Anche il bagno molto piccolo. Avendo dovuto fare la colazione in camera, non c'era spazio per farla in maniera normale (non comoda). Io e mia moglie seduti sul letto della bimba e mia figlia su una sedia di fronte ad un tavolinetto microscopico. Se non fosse stato per l'ubicazione strategica e per il poco tempo in cui si sta dentro la stanza,, direi che la valutazione sarebbe stata insufficiente.

Ripped off

For 360 Euro this was disgusting- advertised as a double room (see pictures). To put this in perspective we had an apartment between the Trevi and the pantheon for 200 euro. The shower was cold, you couldn’t swing a cat in the bathroom (see pictures). Avoid at all costs there is far better value for money in Rome. I travel a lot and this was just pathetic.

Pleasant

The location was fabulous close to the main attractions.

The room was just too small for 3 people (2 x Adults and 1 child) bathroom was also very small, thank=God we are small people otherwise we would not be able to get into the toilet. I'm not sure if this is in all Italian Hotels but there was no kettle or glasses in the room , to make coffee tea etc,

An excellent location and good value!

The location was fantastic, about a 3 minute walk to the Vatican! Staff was very friendly and room was modern and met our needs.

The reception desk was not occupied throughout the night if there was a problem. Bathroom could use some updating in the shower area. Rooms were modern but small.

Great Stay!

I like the accessibility of the location to the metro train, bus station, grocery stores, restaurants and the Vatican. It's all walking distance. Jobel, Vince and Lily are great.

Food selection for breakfast is so limited. It would be great if the room has a microwave oven, coffee maker or a complimentary coffee.

Great Stay! Ok

I like the accessibility of the place, walking distance to Vatican, the bus station ,the metro train, restaurants and grocery stores. Jobel, Vince and Lily were so helpful and pleasant.

I think the breakfast selection is too limited. I wish they have a microwave oven inside the room, a complimentary coffee and a coffee maker. That would be great!

I would definitely stay here again!!

Extremely friendly staff! Location is very close to Vatican (2 blocks) and convenient. Felt safe! Police station is just around corner. Rooms very clean.

Rooms were a bit small but typical for Europe and has everything you need.

Great location in a cozy and clean property. Worth the stay!

Room is cozy and clean. Beds are quite comfortable and extra pillows are provided in the room. Great to have a safe and wardrobe in the room as well. Bathroom was super clean also. Vincent was super friendly and a great help throughout our stay !

Nothing of significance but the rooms are quite close together and walls are thin so other guests can be heard from our room in the afternoon and early mornings but was within reason and we didn’t have any issues.

Staff is outstanding. They kept our room very clean. The location is very safe (right next to a police station). Lots of good and very reasonable places to eat.

People are great, location is perfect, breakfest & transfer from the airport with super kind italian driver included in the offer are absolutly perfect

No vegetables in a breakfast proposition and plastic flower at the balcony. Free water in the fridge could upgrade feelings about the stay;)

Perfect location. Very close to public transportation and the Vatican.

The location was absolutely perfect. Also, the room was always clean when I got back at night. The automated doors with the card worked flawlessly, a very good system that is of course adopted by many now.
