Good B&B in the center of San Teodoro. Clean and tidy. Daily cleaning.
Huge problem with parking. Around apartment there is only limited parking zone active during day. In the evening & at the night there was market and all of parking places were blocked. In case of parking at night, local police issued fines. Unfortunately, the B&B attendant did not inform us about this, and even misled us that we could park there at night. On the first day we asked for a kettle, a corkscrew and 2 wine glasses. Unfortunately, this request was too big and the staff did not provide us with these simple items...

Location is very good, just a few steps from the town centre
Room can get noisy, TV and WiFi did not work. And we were out of running water for a day.

Clean room and central position if you do not mind the noise during the night and early morning.
Water in the bathroom was yellow/brown. Difficult to find parking since it is right in the center and at night there was noise coming from the bar nearby and people on the street even with the windows closed. Then early in the morning there is noise because of the cleaning of the roads. To get the key you have to call and then you have to meet the responsible person at (or near) Punto Zero Cafe. The lady at the Punto Zero Cafe was really rude and just kicked us out on the street because apparently they are not responsible for checking in guests so we waited in front of Punto Zero Cafe for more than half an hour for the responsible persons to arrive with the keys. No lift and no lights in the stairs. They have rooms in different locations, so make sure that you check before if the rooms are in the same location. Will surely not return and not recommend this to anyone!

Clean and big appartment with nice terrace, close to the city center. A couple of public parking slots are available nearby or around 700 m. But if you would come late in the night most probably it could be difficult to find available slots close to the appartment.

There was no WiFi

location is great, as everyone said close to everything , spotless clean
the noise from the street during the weekend days

Good location close to everything but street did look a bit rough at first. Breakfast room was lovely set out with a good selection of continental goods. Clean room comfy bed. Would stay here again
Communication to get into room was a bit challenging needed to be a smooth check-in process. Stairs very steep if you had mobility issues ground floor room would be needed.

Location! Right in the centre of town. Housekeeper cleans the rooms daily with fresh towels provided.
As I slept during the day - noise levels coming from the business downstairs was a bit annoying when trying to get some sleep.

Room was big with a nice bed and had a little shared varanda (just with another room). It's very close to the center, even though it's not in a great street. Close enough to the beaches as well, if you don't mind walking a km or two.
The only down for me was that it stated to have WiFi and it doesn't have. Parking was close to the room but honestly we got a little lucky, so not sure if it's that simple everyday.

It was super clean. The balcony had a wonderful view.
The room is in a different place than it is said on booking. The address on booking is wrong.

The place is convenient and at the center of San Teodoro.
The staff saw us outside, waiting the moment we arrived there. We waited outside with our baggage for 3hrs until we can finally checked in. If we didn't called them after waiting so long, they wouldn't even care giving us the keys for our room.

There was some heavy rainfall the day we arrived in San Teodoro so we were told that we can't stay in PUNTO ZERO ROOMS because of the flood. We were offered 2 rooms in another accommodation called "Eldivin". We had breakfast included as compensation, which we really appreciated. "Eldivin" accommodation was located 10 minutes of walking from the city center, the rooms were huge and clean. We also had parking just in front of the property.
What I deeply disliked was the attitude of the girl at the front desk. I arrived at their reception, entered, and saw that there was a person in front of me checking-in (there were like 5m between me and them, I was wearing a mask). In that moment, the girl at the reception pointed her finger at me, showed me the door, and said "NO". I stepped outside and waited until the other guests finished. I understand it was because of Covid regulations, but you can't speak to a guest as you would throw out a dog. I later found out that she couldn't speak a word of English. We used Google Translate to communicate. When you work in tourism I find it really embarrassing not to be able to say "Can you please wait outside?" or just speak in Italian, I would have gotten the point.

Punto Zero is in the heart of the lovely little city centre of San Teodoro. After 20.30 PM in the summer months (not sure if all year) the city centre closes due to the night market setting up so no cars can park there - spots can usually be found rather close by as well though. The Punto Zero Bar / Cafe is just around the corner and check in / out is super easy by grabbing / leaving the key there.
The Punto Zero Cafe / Bar around the corner played horrible EDM music blasted up until 2 AM on weekends (not sure if during the week too) which was a bit of a bummer. Sleeping before was not possible
