Cheap and dirty apartment, stay away from this place!!

The price was good, but as they say, you get what you pay for. The balcony had a great view. AC was ok

I’ve been using Booking.com for over 13 years now, I’ve stayed in many hotels, houses, B&B’s, apts, etc. and this is by far one of the worst places I’ve been to. The trash bin had garbage from a previous guest and we found an used razor and an used washcloth smelling awful in the bathroom. We contacted the owner about this and he said that they were fixing a leak the day before…, I guess the plumber decided to shave his legs after he fixed the leak too… the bead-spread was stained and dirty, it looks like it hasn’t been washed in years! The owner had also promised to send a cleaner the next day, we thought well at least he is trying, of course nobody came, nothing happened, Pete just doesn’t care, I had already paid him in advance so why bother. Pete had also said that he would be in the apt to meet and greet us, as you can imagine he didn’t care enough to show up and just sent instructions via txt. The place is outdated, depressing curtains that don’t match and make the place look just sad, also very weird smell overall, not enough light, frankly just a depressing-looking place and an owner who clearly doesn’t care enough and just wants some income without providing decent accommodation for his guests. The cherry on top of it all was the shower. With a disgusting bathtub from the 80’s where you wonder if you should shower barefoot and the worst water pressure ever! If you come from the beach expect to be hours in the shower trying to get the sand off. Finally, albeit a good location, please note this place is on the top of a hill! So in and out is a looong and kinda dangerous walk and the beach that is a walking distance from the apt is definitely not recommended. In other words you need to rent a car or a taxi so at the end this ‘cheap’ place is not so cheap really when you need to pay extra for transportation. Do yourself a favor, pay a little extra and go to the Riu hotel by the beach.

the views were amazing, walking distance for the beach and city centre, the air conditioning was very nice and the kitchen and facilities were simply perfect! we cooked few time and managed to get tasty meals

I liked the place overall, it was very relaxing, quiet and the view around the property is really Awesome!!

One of the pools in section C, the bottom needs to be cleaned. It was brown, so I did not get in.

Simply amazing literally we had our second honeymoon with my husband.

What can I say about this amazing property what a amazing host Peter is the place is just stunning it has amazing views . Views for days where you can see the Ochoa Rios Bay what a great location it's close to every attraction Peter was always in contact making sure we were comfortable everything was so perfect about this location great Wi-Fi great air conditioning hot water pots and pans in the property anything you need is in the property you don't even have to look for anything except general groceries to buy. We had an amazing time . Safe secure promises.

The best place to stay in Ocho rios

Everything was perfect! The apartment is so beautiful and cozy. We felt directly at home, it has a wonderful terrace and there is also a nice pool in the residential area. It is very central with a wonderful view over ocho rios. We enjoyed the walks into the city and the beaches. It can be a bit steep but for us as a young couple was great. The communication with Peter was amazing. He was always very kind and understanding and kept in contact with us all the time. We cannot recommend this place enough. It is just magical!

Overall the atmosphere was nice, the view was also appreciated and the facilities were exceptional.

While staying at the compound at apartment C1 , I saw one cockroach scurrying around from the bedroom to the bathroom.

Staff was all nice and the view was incredible.

the place was old and muski not well maintained in the apt for the price paide, one washing machibe and one dryer witch you payed 2,50 for each load and dry. But other than that i enjoyed my stay there.
