Location is superb because it gives you the closest view of Mount Kinabalu peaks.
The flower garden as the backdrop of your house really gives the feeling of living in spring time.
I believe the maximum guess is only around 10 persons because the chalet resort only has three houses (one for main house with king sized bed and two houses with double twin beds) and its located at the end of street stretch. Providing more lighting around the garden at night will give more sense of security.

Room was spacious and has a good lighting. The bed was good. No aircond but it was cold. The toilet reminds me of oversea’s hotel toilet. Flowers everwhere and smells good in the morning.
The toiletries should be printed with Spring Garden name to look exclusive. It is very dark at night and have to pass bumpy path to go there. No cafe, need to bring some food if you hungry as this chalet is isolated and far from any restaurants.

Location was amazing, garden was amazingly maintained and vibe was just awesome! Great place to get cut off from the world. Best part was waking up to Mount Kinabalu right in front of you from your doorstep.
Lack of basic facilities within the room (for price you pay) example there was no fridge or safe in the room (there’s also generally not much visible security at night ), main door could be more secure and safe considering the gardens are publicly accessible. No cafe / breakfast at the location and the roads are not the easiest to drive through. Mr Wong was extremely helpful with organising us access to a fridge in the bigger villas but it was not very convenient with a toddler for last minute access at night
the place has great potential and would have a been a 10 if the items above were provided

Mr Lee could not have been more helpful. went out of his way to help us sort things out like a trip.
Expensive for what it is. Should at least have a coffee machine and ability to have an early take away breakfast which we missed on both our days as we were out before 7.30am.

Breathtaking views of the garden and river. Very relaxing. The owner was very helpful. My wife and daughter enjoyed their stay and wish to come back again.
Somehow the shower was not hot enough that night.

This is a splendid getaway for a family or individual looking for a zen place with natural elements to cleanse the soul. Mr Lee was very helpful and made the stay super pleasant. Would love to be back. Remember to bring thick clothes as it could get really cold at night.

Amazing location with Mount Kinabalu right behind the garden. Absolutely beautiful setting, the gardens are amazing and are well kept. Ideal for a one night stopover.
Modern, clean, stylish chalets with comfortable beds, great showers and bathtubs.
The addition of a fridge in the room would be beneficial. There is no cafe or restaurant on site and only one in the vicinity. The restaurants in Kundasang are few and a car journey away. It would also be helpful to have some information about local facilities in the room.

Nice view when open the room door.
Mt. Kinabalu is exactly infront of you.
Nice weather, nice environment with full of flowers. Staffs are very nice and helpful.
Hot water very fast finish.
Having electricity blackout and no network during our last night. Genset automatically swtich on but Is quite scary and no staff attend us in the dark environment. Pillow is too hard to sleep.

room is clean, big and modern. the garden is very beautiful. we had breakfast on the bench provided. the view was very beautiful from the garden.
this is not a child friendly place to stay. they don't provide baby cots. the breakfast place is in another hotel, Benjamin Residences which was very dirty and hot. the sun shines into half the restaurant. so everyone was packed in the shady side. there were a lot of house flies which makes the dining experience very unpleasant almost like eating in a dirty coffee shop. the road into Spring garden was horrendous. uneven gravel road all the way into the property. it takes 20 mins to the main town because of the poor road condition. there was a blackout on our second night. the management wasn't prepared for it. they didn't have a gen set to provide temp electricity.

Quiet with an excellent view of the Mt KK.
Hope they have at least a mini fridge. Quite compact so for family of 4 is quite a pack in.

It was isolated and very peaceful. The river was so nearby. It was a very short trek to the river. The staff were very friendly, they even plucked a few passionfruits fresh from the tree for us to try. The view of KK was impeccable. Being so close to the majestic Kota Kinabalu gives off a mystic vibe!
There were supposed to be heated blankets. But the owner only notified that it was under repair when I asked for it. Since the temp gets very low, I was willing to pay the price for the blankets. But unfortunately was disappointed at the last minute.

Waking up to the majestic view of kk mountain, bird chipping sound, the eden garden of flower & the chilling weather, very exceptional stay.
The road coming in from the outside is a little harder to spot on and quite a choppy ride with uneven road & pebble stone.

my kids enjoy the garden very much and the air is so fresh! the room is clean and overall a very pleasant stay in spring garden. No TV and Wi-Fi but has the audio which you can connect and play music. I woke up at 6 am and manage to see the Mount Kinabalu, a very stunning view to see.
location is a bit far but is a scenic drive to the spring garden.

The cottage is so nice and the garden around is so beautiful. It is a good place if you are looking for tranquility.
It is quite secluded and the road towards the cottage is in poor condition. You may need SUV to drive around.

I love waking up to the view of mount Kinabalu. The garden is beautiful and well maintained. The bonus trek to the river was fun. We spent 2 nights at Spring Garden and wished we could stay another night.
I wish the road heading towards the beautiful chalet would have been nicer. It rained the night we arrived and we are grateful that Mr. Lee had waited for our arrival.

The landscape was beautiful and the morning view of Mount Kinabalu is awesome. Enjoyed the short hike to reach the river
The road was rough, especially for small cars with full passangers.. The weather wasn't as cold as what we expected.
